Everything is correct. As for laziness and kitchen helpers: the first thing that my daughter bought a month and a half ago, starting an independent life, is a Panasonic cartoon (small). And I have not regretted it yet. She was already purring with pleasure, independently () stewing meat and vegetables in it. She loves to eat, but to stand at the stove - bae!

Can you ask a question? Has anyone tried to cook condensed milk in a slow cooker? (not in the sense of a tin can, but condensed milk from milk and sugar). I'm trying to try everything, but I don't know which program to choose for these purposes - milk porridge or stewing?

There the boil should be strong and without a lid. So, what is easier to do in a pan.

I have Supra for 4 months already !! I do everything in it. So I like my miracle pot !!! Do not hesitate to take this company, some positive emotions, and most importantly inexpensive !!!
anika970
What is your Supra, 4501 or 4511? And on what mode do you stew and make pilaf? She has neither one nor the other.
mowgli
I have 4511 carcass and make pilaf on porridge .. I really like
anika970
Thank you! Thinking which one to buy: Supra or Visconte ...

I can't say anything about Supra, but I had Viconte for two whole days. I demonstrated several preparations in it, and the guests who spent the night with us for several nights took it from me because they liked it. Later I asked them about their friendship with this MV and in response I only heard "YES".
I drove my daughter up to Vikusha, she is delighted because she is not standing at the stove. However, like all multicooker.
The choice is yours.

I looked at the reviews here and on the "multicooker" site forum, the users who use it have no complaints at all, I'm talking about Supra, and most importantly, the price is not cosmic .. I cook almost everything in it. Not only did not bake. And so porridge, soups, fish, stewed cabbage, everything in it .. Oh-I like it very much. Especially the meat turns out great, so soft !!! I never did it on the stove ..
I recommend it to all my friends ..
Lana_56
people, share your experience! I have three days at home, supra 4501, I would like to share the storm of your enthusiasm, trying to choose a mode for making milk porridge for breakfast, laying in food in the evening, but so far something is pasty ...
I put 1 mst of rice + 5 mst of milk in the evening, I set it on the timer at 7 am. the first time I put it on "porridge" (min cooking time 1 hour), the second time on the "small amount" mode (min cooking time 50 min) in the second case, at least the film did not take on the bottom and not such a putty consistency turned out, but it did not look like porridge
or this model is not on friendly terms with "night" porridges ???

I wrote about the lack of this model already here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=80889.new#new

try this ---
1mst of rice + 2mst of water + 3mts of milk \ salt sugar butter to taste \
current and try))) not in the composition of the case, but in the cooking mode I want to lay the food in the evening, and in the morning so that the porridge is edible, and not pasty.and for this you need to set a shorter cooking time. but I just can't find such a mode in my cartoon.
Rina
Lana, do you make rice + milk or rice + water + milk? Trust me, this is a big difference.

Lana, do you make rice + milk or rice + water + milk? Believe me, this is a big difference.

for the first time I made 1mst of rice + 2mstvod + 3mst of milk on the "porridge" mode, the minimum cooking time is 1 hour. I loaded it in the evening, was ready by the timer by 6 in the morning, was very overcooked and took the film from the saucepan.

the second time I made 1 cc of rice + 5 cc of milk, also loaded in the evening, mode "small amount", minimum cooking time 50 min. boiled, however, not as much as the first time and no burnt film was formed. but still digested.
SupercoW
Lana_56, I always say that before you put any dish on the timer, it must first be cooked under supervision.
I'm sorry, maybe I missed ... did you cook milk porridge without a timer? turned out?

well, and one more thing, I'm not familiar with the supra modes, but it seems to me that your porridge mode is a mode for cooking porridge on water ...

Functions
- porridge
- slow-cooking
- maintaining temperature
- steaming
- heating mode
- soup

is it your multi modes ??? if so, I'm right. which means that in the KASH mode, you will always have milk porridge boiled and without milk.
milk should be boiled in SOUP.
SupercoW
and I'll add ...
in my opinion the combination is better:

I also omultiplied the other day.
I used to run home, cook something quickly - and for embroidery, and now bake some bread, load a yoghurt maker, learn a cartoon. No privacy and embroidery, a solid kitchen!
Yesterday I cooked pilaf, today I put out potatoes with pork ribs (those that are like "machine-gun belts"). Delicious!
I want to make a cottage cheese cake from Lola, but one moment confuses me.
The author recommends turning off the cartoon after baking and putting the casserole there until it cools completely. But what about the condensate? We get the bread out of the oven so that it does not get damp and that condensate does not accumulate in the HP, but what is here?

Sonadora , I did it in different ways, including how you write. For myself, I chose the following formula: after baking, turn off and leave for 10-15 minutes with the lid closed, then open the lid and leave it to cool completely. If left to cool closed, there really is a lot of condensation .. I didn't like it.
Ikra
Today I became the proud owner of a Panasonic multicooker with a 2.5 liter pan. Well, I just couldn't take it anymore !!!!
I chose this model because the small saucepan suits me, and the cartoon itself is compact, and the girlfriends found the same model. Everyone is happy - both mothers with young children and business women with gardeners. They adapted everything to their needs. Everyone does not have any critical problems, only if the fantasy recipe fails the first time.
I have already baked a lemon muffin, and I am carving a fish roll for my husband's arrival. It is very interesting that the cupcake is inside, but for now I tolerate that my husband takes a picture of a whole
In general, the claw is stuck
Ikra
Wildebeest , Thank you!
Here's what I did today. Lemon cake according to the recipe from the instructions, and stewed potatoes with fish "based on our forum." It hasn't come to the cake yet, and the potatoes with fish (without oil, in their own juice) turned out to be amazing! I didn't expect such a rich taste from such a simple meal.

Ikra
ikko4ka, thanks! Otherwise, it could not be - before buying, I read our forum and thought a lot
Cupcake finally tasted too. Delicious. But next time I'll add a little sugar and 10 minutes of time for baking. It turned out damp inside. In fact, it's okay, because I still made the icing on top, which added sweetness, and half was eaten instantly. My husband now demands porridge by the morning. I'm going to read how to put postponed programs.
lega
Ikra, before you have time to scratch the saucepan, immediately change the spoon to a silicone one ...
Well done, the cupcake is beautiful. Good luck in mastering ...
Ikra
lega, thanks for the advice! It seems that I haven't scratched it yet, but I will definitely change it.
And I shouldn't have criticized the cupcake. Today it tastes better, and the girls at work are generally praised
In the morning I cooked an omelet, and again I am happy. I got up very early, opened one eye, mixed the products, set the program and went to wash and wake up. I came - and he was lush, he didn't burn, he didn't get cold, my husband was already knocking with a spoon

And yesterday I cooked pilaf for a large company of hungry eaters.
The saucepan fit: 1 kg of chicken, 2 carrots, 1 large onion (fried in the "baking" mode) and 4 measuring cups (500 g) of rice mixture (brown rice, black rice and regular long-grain white), and salt-pepper- seasoning garlic.
After cooking, the pilaf was heated for about an hour. It turned out to be very fragrant and crumbly.
The eaters were pleased, and the proud husband told everyone that he had bought such a wonderful pot.
Ikra
Sonadora, and before heating on what mode did you cook and how long?
Sonadora
Ikra , I cooked like this: first I fried the onion (finely chopped), the carrots in the "baking" mode, as it turned brown - I added pieces of chicken and fried a little more, all the time with the lid open. And then I added rice, water, etc. Mode - "pilaf", it worked for an hour and a half.

Shl when I cooked at the rate of 2 measuring stack. rice, then in my opinion it was cooked in an hour, if I don't confuse anything.
Sonadora
Today I cooked beef stroganoff, such soft meat has never been obtained before. It turned out so tender meat that you could eat with your lips!
I had a slice of beef tenderloin (thin edge), just over a kilo. I cut it first into medallions, and then across the fibers. Sent meat + spoon of rast. butter in a cartoon, baking mode, lightly fried. Then I added a little water and a mode of extinguishing for 1 hour.
I fried a finely touched onion in a frying pan (in butter), when it was salted, I added 2 tbsp. l. flour and fried a little more. I put everything in a cartoon, added 400 grams of low-fat sour cream, salt, pepper. Extinguishing mode for another 30 minutes.
And that's all. The eaters purred with pleasure!
Girls, thank you. If it were not for you, I would have lived without multi, doubting whether I need it or not. Now I know - I need it!
Sonadora
Vitalinka , with so many responsive members of the forum it's not difficult at all, honestly!
Ikra
And I just stuffed an ostrich into a slow cooker Not a whole, of course, but a pound of meat without skin, with carrots, potatoes, tomatoes and onions. Last time I cooked fish, and didn't put in any oil - it turned out incredibly tasty and dietary. And now I want to achieve the same result with poultry meat. It smells great! I cut everything, and immediately put it on "stewing" for 2 hours. There are about forty minutes left.
My slow cooker makes me happy! So far, everything turns out, the only thing is that there is not enough time to cook something more complicated than "cut-and-throw". Nothing, everything is ahead. Even this budget-lazy cooking option suits me 100%. For his sake, by and large, everything was started.

Hmm ... I finish writing the result: this old chicken! For the rest, the multicooker has done its job: the meat is the softest, everything is saturated with each other's juices. It smells great ... One thing is bad: everyone again could not resist and ate for the night (and after all, I planned to cook in advance for the next two days)

great! I have never eaten an ostrich))) but my stomach likes stew without frying!
Luysia
Ikra, So was it a chicken or an ostrich?
Sonadora
Luysia , it was such a brave and proud chicken who thought he was an ostrich!

Ikra , and how did you get pilaf?
Ikra
Luysia For the second day I have been plagued by vague doubts about the origin of this "ostrich".I read on the internet (and at the same time remembered what I saw at Serpukhov on the farm) that ostrich meat is red and expensive for the price. It was quite light, and 198 r / kg ... Maybe it was trimmings from the wings, neck, back, and expensive things go to their restaurants ... But one thing is clear: this is a bird, and this is not a chicken, and not a turkey. But the taste is quite pleasant, dietary meat. I will consider him an ostrich
Sonadora, until my hands reach pilaf, I'll try on the weekend. In the past we flew to Seliger to open the season. And I really want to make yogurt, I'll go read the materiel
Ikra
Vitalinka , Thank you!
If anyone has any valuable tips for beginners about yogurt at Panasonic, I will be glad to know. So far I have bought only pasteurized milk from Izbenka (we have such a nice company that sells dairy products from small farms). Boil such milk? Or can you just heat it up a little?
Vitalinka
Ikra, I make yogurt in a cartoon (I have Dax). I heat the store milk in the microwave for about 3 minutes, then pour it a little into a cup, add a jar of "Activia" bioyogurt and 2 tbsp. l milk powder. Stir well, combine with the rest of the milk, pour it into jars and put it in a cartoon. I turn on the heating for 30 minutes, then turn it off and leave everything in a saucepan for 6 hours. And that's it, the yogurt is ready! Yes, it is advisable to put something on the bottom of the saucepan (I have a silicone mat), and cover the jars with lids or cling film. Good luck!
Sonadora
Vitalinka , but how does the multi only turn on the heating?
Vitalinka
Sonadorochka, in my cartoon there is a button - heating / off. So I use it. Look at yours, probably also has such a button. Heating on the machine lasts 2 hours, and after 30 minutes I manually turn it off.
Sonadora
Vitalinka , there is such a button, only I did not know that the "heating" function can be selected separately. I thought that it was only after preparing the cartoon that she went into this mode, like a bread maker.
Vitalinka
Sonadora, but in the cartoon you can just warm up food. Try it.

Panasonic does not have a Heating function, and even the instructions say not to use the heating mode to heat food.

lga - do not use the heating mode to heat food.

and I warm up the food \ rarely true \ but I often lay the dough on the rise

Sonador, did I ruin this? These are instructions - pages 8, 10, 12, 16, 18. But we can ignore their advice ... If you do everything according to the instructions, then you cannot open the lid, but we open it ... I think that it is simple to WARM up food in the cartoon, there is no special sense, it is ineffective, for a long time .... In the micros it is faster. And to distribute the dough, to make yoghurt - it's the most ... just be careful ...
Ikra
Lga, how not to overheat ??? That is the question?
I just experimented several times with yogurt, sour cream and something else sour milk like this: I bought a can from a manufacturer who positioned its products as "live", ate it, but left it on the bottom. She poured milk or cream from the refrigerator (without bothering pasteurized or sterilized), and just left it on the table in the kitchen. In the morning, or at most at lunch the next day, I got, in my opinion, the same as in the original version. Therefore, the issue with heating somehow worries me. Or is there something I don't understand in the process?
lega
Quote: Ikra

and just left it on the kitchen table.

IkraYou didn’t use cartoons to make yoghurt, so it didn’t work. If you want to make yogurt in a cartoon, then there is a topic about yoghurt in general, everything is set out there.
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=2389.0

I mentioned caution only due to the fact that if there is no special program YOGURT in the cartoon (and in Panasonic it is not), then the temperature on the Heating program reaches 600(I won't say for sure, because there is no accurate thermometer) and yoghurt just curdles and fail. In order to prevent this from happening, we turn on the heating mode for a short time, for 20 minutes (it depends on the volume), you can periodically turn it on several times to maintain a more or less constant temperature. The same is with the proofing of the dough - we do not turn it on for a long time, otherwise the yeast may "cook", or the dough will become acidified.
Ikra
lega , so you answered my question in the best way! In order not to overheat, it is necessary to periodically turn it on and off. And of course I read the topic about cooking. But when you read the whole big topic at once, something is somehow overlooked from the important.
Ernimel
Regarding heating and heating. It is unlikely that it will work to warm something up from scratch on a panasny "heating". It happens for a long time.

But if it is not urgently needed just about, and there is still no micra, then I regularly do this. I put on steam for 1-2 minutes, and then it goes into heating. The essence is the same heating in a frying pan with the transition to keeping warm. But it's good to do it with something at least somewhat fatty, liquid or juicy - otherwise it will be slightly undershkvarvatsya from below or you need to interfere. Pilaf, I sometimes warm it like that, for example. She turned on and went to put the child to bed. I come - just lukewarm. Alternatively, you can first turn on the baking for a short time, and then turn it into heating with your hands. But steaming is more automatic.
Ikra
Segondya experimented with yogurt. Or rather, not quite. I took the sourdough from Beefelife, 125 g, milk 1 l - from the refrigerator, pasteurized, did not boil. I put it on heating mode for 20 minutes, then - for 20 minutes the cartoon was turned off. Then again for 20 minutes ... And so it alternated 2 hours The last 20 minutes - heating on heating. And left it off for 6 hours without opening the lid. It turned out great! In consistency - like the original product, only less sour (which suits me), tender, homogeneous. "Soaked" 2 large glasses in one person. The rest is waiting for my men
I am glad! Everything is working out so far.

Ikra, glad that you liked the result. But, in my opinion, there are too many "dances" at the beginning. For Yoghurt, the temperature should be 40-42 degrees. much, of course, depends on the initial temperature of the product. Did you put in jars or did you immediately do it in a bowl? Do you have a thermometer?
