Cheese casserole with green beans

Ingredients

Frozen green beans 400 g
cheddar cheese 350 g
sweet pepper slices frozen 150-200 g
smoked sausages 100 g
garlic 3 teeth
vegetable oil 2-3 st. spoons
caraway 1 tsp
salt pepper

Cooking method

  • Dip the beans and peppers in hot water and cook for 6 minutes from the moment of boiling, drain the water. Peel the garlic, crush with a knife and chop. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan (without fanaticism), fry the garlic and cumin in it for 30-40 seconds. Add beans and simmer for 5-6 minutes.
  • Combine thinly sliced ​​sausages with cheese grated on a coarse grater, mix gently. Put half of the cheese mass in a baking dish, beans with pepper on top, salt and pepper. Cover with the remaining cheese. Bake in an oven preheated to 150 degrees until the cheese melts. I baked for 30 minutes, so that the sausages would have grabbed at least a little.
