Multicooker Panasonic SR-TMB18. Negative sides have not yet been found, except for a loud signal that the dish is ready. It didn't even sound loud to me. The second day I experiment with cooking in it. What kind of borscht I cooked today and with homemade bread to boot - and really, as they write on the forum, you put everything raw and immediately (both meat and vegetables, only carrots and onions must be overcooked beforehand, and seasonings) and after 2 hours you get a ready-made miracle dish! Yesterday I stewed potatoes with meat and mushrooms in it, I put everything together and "forgot" for an hour, everything is ready. In the evening I will put the cottage cheese pudding on in the morning. So, just in time for me here, a person let slip that there is such a unit. So also write your reviews on the multicooker and recipes for it

And here is our first dish in a slow cooker: "Pilaf with vegetables and mushrooms"

And in the morning we took out such a beautiful casserole.Although this delicate product can be called a casserole with a stretch - casseroles do not melt in your mouth like that

Baker, Well, you have speed too, be healthy - both in purchasing the device and in cooking. Pilaf is just handsome! And in my opinion - sometimes it tastes better with mushrooms than with meat. Especially if you take forest mushrooms - such aroma and taste from them that you won't want any meat!

Today I cooked a chicken for dinner in the Baking mode. Like the author of the recipe from the site about multicooker warned, it turned out rosy, but soft. Delicious.

Baking mode, 40 min. on each side. Rubbed the chicken with salt and garlic.

And in the morning I made corn porridge for breakfast - it turned out great too. And this despite the fact that in a saucepan or in a microwave oven porridge from corn constantly strove to either run away or burn. And here it was cooked without hassle and any misunderstandings.

Hello elders of the club. Less than a year later, I was ready to buy a multicooker (as I said, a few days on the forum will decide everything for me)
Today I bought a multicooker and flew home on the wings to cook dinner on it. I prepared lean pilaf with vegetables (a pack of frozen vegetables, rice, water, salt, spices, vegetable oil). Easier to prepare and easier in my opinion only to eat raw. I am so grateful to you, dear forum users, wise and experienced, for the fact that you educate us inexperienced, I have the most positive reviews about the multicooker. If not for you, I would not have known about such a wonderful thing.
Special thanks to Zoychik for the tip. I bought it there for 2890 rubles.
I'm just happy, friends !!!

The first few days of mastering the multicooker. We share our impressions and tell you what we have already prepared.
- a cupcake (previously baked in a bread maker, the recipe is in the dough section) - it turned out better in a slow cooker, although I had to bake not 50, but 90 minutes (photo in the gallery);

- pumpkin porridge on corn grits

- Lola's cottage cheese casserole

- veal with vegetables in stewing mode, 4 hours - a lot of juice turned out, almost soup, very tasty - (photo in the gallery);

- pilaf

First, in the baking mode, I put onions, carrots, garlic, meat + pre-soaked chickpeas (pilaf peas),
then kept everything together in baking mode for 40 minutes, stirring several times,
then I added rice with spices, washed and absorbed in water,
boiling water 2: 1,
then transferred to the pilaf mode.
(photo in gallery)

I'm happy with the first results! Therefore, my review of the multicooker is positive!

Yesterday I started "making contact" with my new cartoon friend. I decided to bake curd pudding according to the recipe from the instructions. Delicious BUT: too sweet; almost did not rise; to the specified 60 min. I had to add 20 more, otherwise it was damp.
So I can't say that the "first pancake" turned out lumpy.
I will continue to master. I think that I will become attached no less than the "ski".

Please accept my congratulations, Boyaka's cat!
Have you already appreciated this device?
Have you bought HP?
x \ n not yet, I’m waiting until they bring it (they said to call the current store on the 12th), but I’ve already appreciated the cartoon ... - cool.
Did
1) barley with stew (barley - boiled high, I did not soak it, but fry it in plum oil in a frying pan first), and stew ... in childhood there really was MEAT, but what is put there now - I don't know .. the feeling is as if from the synagogue of pruning you yourself understand what. I took two different cans, both not a fountain. so I'd better make barley with meat stew)
2) Recipe curd pudding Lola , from 800g of cottage cheese - my musch women liked it sooooo much, I added candied apple fruits from the O'KEY mag. They said to do urgently more
3) I stewed pork roast in large pieces with spices - very good ..... Today I will go to training, put buckwheat on a side dish, so that it will be ready for my arrival ...

Link, toHavedrink a cartoon, just watch the holidays for all those in need to buy equipment usually spoil ... not a current for me and you .... I'm waiting for my x \ n .... I have already decided to take Panasonic 255th, I thought finally, but a letter came from the owner of Delonge - and my split personality started again
So it's easier for you to wait - you specifically need a cartoon

The first two days have passed with the multicooker. I liked the device very much, I already closed the lid at the gas stove - I hate washing it (the stove)!

First of all, I prepared pilaf according to the recipe for the instrument. I sat for an hour and thought what would happen without frying in such a small amount of oil. I was afraid to open the lid, although I know that it is possible. When the lid was opened, the pilaf was very disappointing - so pale. But for dinner, pilaf flew away "with a bang!" Rice cooked very well - crumbly, tender meat. But now, of course, I will do with roasting as you write here.

The second was prepared curd casserole according to the instructions. Such a normal cheesecake turned out to be edible.

In general, I made the conclusion that it is necessary to cook according to recipes from the Internet - there are simply wonderful ones, I have already copied a lot from here and from the good cook. Well, I myself will experiment!

At night, the multicooker "extinguished" a liter of pasteurized milk for three hours. Delicious baked milk came out!
Linka
I had to open the stove today to boil the eggs (I don't have an egg cooker), but Cartoon cooked stewed cabbage with meat, satsivi and steamed vegetables for vinigrette. And the charlotte with apples and raisins turned out to be higher than usual in the oven! and tender, ate all at breakfast.
I am very, very glad to see Multi in my house, that's why I am writing ... and my husband praises, even he himself said that now you definitely need to buy a yogurt maker and a thermopot, and then on the list ...

Where are all the novice multicookers?

I baked bread for the second time in MV. It turned out more airy. It was just that while the dough was coming up, the soup was being cooked in MV, so I was in no hurry, I was busy, I skimmed the dough 4 times. My husband came home from work yesterday, saw a large new loaf and suggested that maybe we can do without a stove? Figurines

I also set the timer from Saturday to Sunday and cooked the same millet. I woke up to the smell of millet millet porridge .. Mrr .. Beauty It's a pity that I did not know about this miracle before. After all, while the children grew up to the garden, I cooked porridge almost every day. True, this was invented not so long ago, but all the same .. I could have used the younger one quite well ..
Made baked milk on Sunday (1 liter, 4 hours on Stew). I thought to try fermented baked milk later, but the milk did not survive - they drank it in the evening
Yesterday for dinner I stewed potatoes with my mushrooms already boiled and frozen. Added sour cream, green tea. Delicious. I managed to fry the onions in the Bakery. On the first day of using MV, for some reason I did not succeed
A! Yesterday an incident came out - somewhere I read that someone was boiling milk - 1 liter in the cooking mode for a couple of 1 min. Yeah .. Escaped through the valve. Okay, I was there. I managed to turn it off ..

Yesterday I made baked milk and fermented baked milk from it. Into warm fuel. milk (approx. 1.2 l) added gr. 100 15% sour cream. Warmed up half an hour in the Heating mode. She poured the Ashanov's heat-retaining bag and a couple of blankets into a heated saucepan with a thick bottom and wrapped it in newspapers. In this "den" the pan stood for 7 hours, maybe a little more. When I unfolded it, it was still warm. And inside - like jelly, jelly, pudding - fermented baked milk. Stirred quickly - got a normal consistency. And in the refrigerator. Delicious!
In the evening I fried 7 chicken drumsticks on Pastry. Turning over 2 times in 25 minutes. I put the honored drumsticks into a sieve for a double boiler, and cut 6 potatoes into a saucepan into thin slices and again on Baking. I also interfered a couple of times (taking out the chicken by itself, it was on top, under the lid). T. about. the potatoes were fried very tasty and the tender chicken came out. The skin, however, ceased to be crispy, because it was steamed for 20-25 minutes over potatoes. But it was still delicious, even I ate it. Usually I give it to my husband (beeeee). And not to say that she was steaming - there was no liquid below. Just kept hot and reached readiness.
For the night, I again charged the millet in milk - this time 1 cup of millet and 6 cups of milk (or rather, 5 milk and 1 water). It turned out just for my taste - not liquid, but not thick-dry, it came out viscous. We ate several times - first the son before school, an hour later the husband before work, after another 2 hours the youngest, who is sick and does not go to the garden now. Almost all the time the cartoon was heated. By the junior's breakfast, the porridge had thickened a little. But not critical. She did not dilute.
I'm so happy ... (t-t-t)

Well! As promised, my friend brought me a cartoon from Moscow last Monday !!!
The first dish was chicken pilaf
The second - curd casserole ... I immediately opened the lid, as in the description, but I had to wait ... But it's still delicious!
Third - omelet according to Moiseev
In general, of course, super!

I will also speak about multi.
I bought it a month ago, so my opinion will be interesting from the point of view of "newcomer".

What are the pros:

1. Milk porridge - tasty and boiled, with a light taste of baked milk. Made from millet, oatmeal (grains, not flakes), rice, yak, corn. It is very convenient to set on a timer: loaded in the evening, and in the morning the whole family has breakfast with freshly prepared hot porridge.

2. Buckwheat is tastier than with conventional cooking. Made with carrots and mushrooms. Rich, caramel color. The smell and taste are great! I also put on the timer: in the morning I threw everything raw and ran off to work. By evening, supper was ready.

3. Pilaf - yeah ... Pilaf is delicious! And, most importantly, fast! In the evening I fry carrots and meat, and in the morning I throw in washed rice and water. In the evening - dinner for return.

4. Curd cake - like it. I like it a lot.

Minuses:

one.Frying in a mullet takes longer than on the stove. Although splashes of oil do not fly like in a frying pan, you need to fry the cutlets for 40 minutes (on the stove - 10-15 minutes).

2. Soups with the “all at once” system of food are not as beautiful as on the stove. Transparent, but there is no "broth", which is obtained when browning vegetables. Although for me, as a busy person, aesthetics are somewhat purple, if only they ate mine. And they eat mine.

3. There is no extinguishing timer. I really want to throw everything in the evening, and by morning have soup or stew. But this is not too critical for me. I just use the "extinguishing" program on weekends.

4. Very fragile coating on the pan. I try not to even breathe on it, but there are already a couple of scratches.
Conclusion:
I do not regret that I bought it.
Natasha1983
And I have already tried buckwheat, borscht and charlotte only with strawberries. I liked everything very much, delicious and fast

Pilaf on trial seemed to me the rice is more moist than the usual method and the meat is somewhat harsh. But it prepares really quickly.

Oh guys, I bought this miracle, I didn't look for a long time, I carefully read the forums, and using the advice I went to Megamax in Lugansk and bought a 2.5-liter cartoon there, there were simply no others. I think it will be enough for me, because in 2 weeks I am getting married, and my family is still small, enough for us. The first test was unsuccessful - I baked a biscuit, it did not rise. But the cartoon is not to blame here, I just beat the whites incorrectly. Then I cooked apple charlotte, of course it came out super-rose by 10 cm, baked beautifully. I opened the cartoon immediately after baking, as I noticed that the failed biscuit became very damp when I held it after the end of baking for another 20 minutes in the cartoon. So I'm happy with the purchase, especially since I'm moving to the regional center, and where I'm going, gas in cylinders. Therefore, the cartoon will be a great helper for me, I also bought a bread maker, also a miracle.

The meat is very juicy - you can eat it with your lips.
I made chicken legs with a crust. Delicious! Photo in the relevant topic.
Who doubts the purchase of this device, take it without hesitation. The multicooker really saves time. Indeed, you can leave for a few hours and dinner is ready for arrival.

Now I am also with a multicooker. I just put on the pilaf, I'm looking forward to what happens.
In the end, we bought a new model. We went to Gorbushka, where in the Panasonic brand store they found it available for 6,900 (although they are not in the online store). We have already decided to buy, we just decided to go through a different program in Gorbushka and accidentally stumbled upon a new 4.5-liter model for 5750! As a result, they bought it there. But we took the last one there. And in Panasonic there were definitely a few in stock. So there are those who are still in search on Gorbushka.

Congratulations! I also recently with a cartoon, 2 months. Pilaf cooked 3 times, always a great result. I made casseroles 2 times - potatoes + minced meat and potatoes + mushrooms - the result is super. I made charlotte with apples 2 times, it turned out good. But with biscuits, no. 4 pieces screwed up. But I will still puff over them. I also made stuffed peppers. And now there's a CHEESE cake in the fridge. It seems to have worked out. Have not tried it yet. So I wish you good luck with learning !!!

Hello everyone, the first four days of development have passed and now I can share my impressions !!! : DFirst cooked pilaf (made frying in the baking mode, then threw the meat and rice with water and poured pilaf on it) such a mnyamka turned out !! Then I cooked a compote from quince with pears (water, quince, sugar and water. On stewing mode and then boiled for 5 minutes on steaming mode) In general, during these days there was a lot of ear, and tart, collection of many recipes and casserole ( initially, it was supposed to turn out pasta in a naval manner (I fried the onions and carrots, then there the minced meat from the homnadine, all frying, poured the macaroni + some water and on the pilaf mode, also what kind of mnyam did it turn out to be), but my husband wanted casseroles - beat the eggs + sour cream a little bit we fill in the pasta in the navy and on the baking mode - it turned out to be just a bomb !!! In general, these days I have been diligently experimenting !!!!! !!!

And I bought a cartoon last week for 3400 large in an Internet store, everything works great, I have already tried milk porridge and charlotte and stewed meat and it turned out awesome pilaf! So happy New Year acquisitions to all!

Hello) Allow me to join) I've come across a bread maker on your site in the spring, bought it, and now the site has encouraged me to buy a multicooker) I have it for three days and is already in my favorites. Cooking casserole, omelet and pilaf, everything is super! And today I made dry pasta with vegetables and meat - delicious. I did not cook it separately, but straight from the pack into a saucepan for vegetables and meat.

I fried meat and vegetables for 20 minutes on baking, then poured out a pack of 500 grams of pasta, poured boiling water over it to cover the pasta, and mixed the pilaf mode, that's all. The pasta is ready, the degree of readiness is "right"))

I have a multicooker for the second day. Already managed to cook an orange charlotte (according to a recipe from a book) and sour cabbage soup.

Sauerkraut cabbage soup

Pork (500 gr) put chopped potatoes (2 potatoes) on top of the pan on the bottom of the pan, salted 1.5 tsp, added sugar (3 tsp), poured about half of the multi volume with water and stew for 1 hour. Then put the cabbage (550 g) and topped up the water to the highest mark. And another 1.5 hours to extinguish.
The cabbage soup turned out to be very tasty. I pour sugar according to my grandmother's recipe. She cooked cabbage soup like that all the time. I advise. You will lick the cabbage soup

First of all, I baked a cake, which I have been baking since childhood - the dough is liquid, it is very capricious in the oven, it does not always rise, it was simply gorgeous baked in Mult - it rose about 2 cm higher than in the oven, but the holes are inside, holes !!!
Yes, the cake is gorgeous, I also added a poppy. When I decorated it with marshmallow and butter-sour cream with frosting, they made the cake. Photo only until amkania is

Peace be with you bakers!
well, here's my family with a slow cooker
already tried buckwheat (y) chicken on baked goods and then potatoes there
chicken stewed in a creamy sauce (y) salyanka with smoked brisket
steamed fish was used to the fullest
no words very useful thing
but unfortunately on our website and on parallel recipes they give
without details if bread recipes are given almost to the nearest gram of salt, then recipes for a multicooker are something like
put the meat plumped potatoes and spilled raspberries
but not all experienced chefs can sprinkle something by eye, of course, to taste and color, as they say, but something needs to be started
and only then customize the recipes for yourself
yes, that's just pear pie no more pear charlotte
it looks like it turned out to cool down I'll try

Good evening everyone! Accept replenishment. And I have a cartoon. First, I infected my little sister with a bread maker, and she, "took revenge on me" and gave a cartoon to the DR. I am mastering it, and since I really love all sorts of cottage cheese things, I decided to start with the simplest thing, with a cottage cheese casserole. So: cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, a couple of tablespoons of sour cream and noodles (leftovers from yesterday's dinner). I didn’t beat anything separately, or rather didn’t beat it at all, I just mixed everything with a spoon and into a saucepan. BAKING - 1 hour, looked, and the middle walks, added another 30 minutes. TO SAY IT WORKED WELL, DO NOT SAY ANYTHING! This cannot be called a casserole, it turned out to be something like a soufflé, airy, it just melts in your mouth. And this is from an ordinary set of products! There are no words!

URAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA !!!! I have it !!!! It has been working for FOUR days without disconnecting from the network. I bought it at the Three Whales radio market (3 km along the Mozhaisk highway).
First day - I was upset that I was so small - I had to buy 2.5 liters, since there were no big ones and in the near future (as they explained to me) there won't be.
Second day - oatmeal porridge from Admin. I specifically started with it, because I can't stand it and eat only for reasons of usefulness. I ate the whole plate !!!!!!!! The husband did not even understand what the porridge was from
The third day - chicken breast satsivi from recipes for multi. I cooked this dish for the first time. I downloaded everything and left. Warmed up for 7 hours - I thought there would be only crusts. Opened - zapaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaah !!! The taste is awesome. Breasts fall apart from one touch!
Fourth day - fish under a carrot fur coat. I also downloaded everything and left. The result is excellent!

General conclusion - I stopped getting upset - the volume is more than enough for both of us with my husband. Happy as an elephant!
Umenok
Take a new one!
Yesterday I prepared for the first time in a cartoon:
fried chicken thighs and threw them into a double boiler so that they would not cool down, but wheat porridge down.
So, the chicken is fried and boiled, but delicious, you definitely need less salt than usual; the porridge is tasty, crumbly, slightly fried at the bottom, but it salted unevenly, that is, in some places the porridge is not salted, and in some places there is a lot of salt. It looks like I forgot to stir after salt

When the cartoon signaled for the first time that the chicken was ready, after 30-40 seconds the bread-baker sounded, about the need to add something to the dough, the daughter threw her business and thrust her head into the kitchen began to find out what was happening, I had to explain that it was not cosmic ship, but still kitchen
After supper, the child began to look at the cartoon with RESPECT
(and at first there was sheer skepticism about what kind of new tenant my mother had dragged into the house!) found flaws and proposed to improve the device: to attach handles, legs, rags, brooms to it, so that after cooking it, it would not stand idle and while no one was at home
quickly clean the apartment

While we were having dinner, the cartoon was baking a cake from Lola: well, oh-very tasty, and oh-very sweet, next time I will reduce the sugar. The cake turned out to be just great

Now I will master it with great pleasure.
So, thanks to the person who invented this device, and also the BIGGEST thanks to the inhabitants of our forum for the fact that they can very clearly explain what else is missing in our homes for deliciousness and convenience
Dolli70
I continue to master MV. Today I cooked a fish (according to the recipe with good-cook) and fried potatoes. So, fish. She poured a little vegetable oil into a saucepan, put finely chopped onion, then chopped fish into small pieces (there was no frozen cod, there was no other fish in the house, but to cook, what is called an itch), added a little and slightly smeared with mayonnaise, and on top a layer of grated carrots, again I added a little salt and smeared with mayonnaise. BAKING mode, 40 minutes. After the signal, with a spatula, gently, without stirring, transferred it to the dish. While the fish was cooling down, I fried potatoes: again a little vegetable oil in a saucepan, chopped potatoes there, BAKING mode for 30 minutes. Once, after 15 minutes, I added salt and mixed. FSE. Simple, fast, delicious. The fish turned out to be very tender and juicy (this is cod), with fried onions and a very tasty carrot. And the potatoes turned out wonderful.
In my opinion, I wrote longer than I cooked. And one more thing: when I cooked a similar fish on the stove, I first fry everything separately, respectively, I got a mountain of dirty dishes, a splattered stove and everything around, and today I washed only ONE saucepan, like this.
Umenok
I want to boast of how I quickly got used to the multicooker, in the sense that I threw in the food, left and came to take out the finished one when SHE calls me with a signal, and even then you can not immediately run to her
It so happened that I didn't have a large portion of meat at all, and I decided to stew it with mushrooms in a small saucepan (0.7 l) as in the "old days", that is, on a gas stove. No sooner said than done, put it on and went into the room to the TV and the iron. I got carried away with the ironing process. And about the fact that something is being prepared in the kitchen and forgot to think. I came into the kitchen in the smell of burning: the stove did not call me when everything was ready.
CONCLUSION: TO GOOD WELL O-O-VERY QUICKLY YOU GET USED!

And now for those who still hesitate to take - do not take. TAKE!
ksyusha69
Today I have 1 day with a slow cooker!
Already managed to cook 3 dishes!
1. PLOV with meat - it turned out very well, I am especially pleased with how well the rice was cooked, and not greasy, fragrant, just a couple of tablespoons of oil, but everything is so well dried !!!, on the stove it does not work that way.
2. Lemon cupcake is a very original recipe, and sour cream on top .., class!
3. Rice porridge with milk - very good!
I am still preparing recipes from the book, mastering
vorona

Yesterday I conducted an experiment - I needed two manna (one for my son, the other for a visit), so I started a double portion of dough and baked one in the oven, the other in MV.
conclusion - the manna in CF is much higher, more beautiful and tastier!

I had a cabbage day on the weekend. She cooked cabbage soup in mulk. Long time (put on "stewing" for 3 hours), but soooo delicious !! And not even in broth, but for the smell I added a little smoked ribs.
And she went skating!
Here it is, freedom!
And now I am sitting at work, and at my house stuffed cabbage rolls are being stewed ... A hot fresh lunch is provided for homemade food.
The cabbage is still left on the salt ...

I have a cartoon for two years, so I'm here "off topic" But the excitement from the acquisition has not passed, I cook in it every day. I am very sorry that there is no second saucepan in the kit. but bother with the purchase of a separate
I have long wanted to combine the kitchen and living room into one room, but I was afraid. now, when there is a cartoon, nothing burns, does not spray, does not boil over and does not steam, all doubts have disappeared. A large kitchen-living room was planned in the new house.

I totally agree!
Look at the last page for instructions in MB.
In my (I have a Panasonic) when "baking" the power consumption is about 800 watts / hour.
And this is the most power-consuming mode.
When "heated" - 120 W / h.
For example, my oven is "eating" 2.5 kW / hour. Almost three times more.
And if you take into account the free time ...

Buckwheat 670 W - the "hottest" program
Heating 107.8 W - coldest program
And on the cartoons themselves it costs 670 W, apparently they began to make the new model more gluttonous

I do not agree!
Everything is individual. My favorite mode is "quenching"
I stopped cooking the first courses on the stove altogether. In Mulka they are just wonderful.
And buckwheat. And casseroles!
