About couple
I don’t see a couple, the condensation is scanty, on the silicone on the lid from the inside, there is a kind of scum ... so I asked how to deal with it?
I prepared myself on FAST COOK with a premature cut-off (that is, I did not wait until the end), and that was a lot. This function is not clear to me, why is it for quick cooking ...?!
gazpacho MARUSYA - yes, cold soup (like beetroot, as you might say okroshka). Well, it's cooked with boiled vegetables ...
With Ratatouille I figured out how and what I understood, the main thing is to make and serve it correctly - BEAUTIFUL !!!
Girls .. well, glory to everything written above .. ....... I sort of figured it out

Girls! Good day!
Please help me find the answer!
I bought myself a Perfezza 55 multicooker as a birthday present - we had them at a very nice price, I thought if I didn't like something, I’m not sorry to lose, and if I am impressed, I’ll buy something famous.
I understand that they cook according to the same principle. made a roast (potatoes with meat) - it turned out, cooked soup with chicken hearts - everything is fine, without hassle, rice porridge with chicken breast - cooked by itself. Everything would have been nothing, only from the first moment some kind of taste in the product - even tingling in the mouth and unpleasant sensations for the whole day, then why not "seize" it is useless. the food usually cooked is ok. husband and son, nothing, but I feel. I have already ignited a saucepan with oil, "boiled it off" with vinegar, but there is still a little left.
What can you tell me? Do not leave without help, this is a very handy little thing, this multicooker, so you want to free time with it !!!
Thank you! I will wait for your advice!

shtv_32, I can’t even imagine that it can be so "fond" there! Did you disassemble the valve? Maybe some extra debris is stuck inside it? Covering the pan without damage? I am at a loss, I haven’t come across anything like this ... Do you, by any chance, live in a communal apartment with harmful neighbors?
IRR
I also did not write anything - I thought: girl_in_dreams: and apart from being supersensitive and individual intolerance, I didn't think of anything.

Shtv_32, Do you know that? put out the cabbage in it and then this smell will kill everything. I had it with a pressure cooker. Already 2 months and still the gum smells like cabbage.
Shtv_32
Girls!
Thank you!!!
I just bought cabbage today - I thought to cook a borschik!
But first of all I will blow it away !!!!! - it is better to let the smell of stewed cabbage than the taste of something incomprehensible !!! I thought maybe the non-stick coating "gives up its ions" to the product. I also forgot to say, I baked the knuckle, everyone is delighted, I treat the girls at work, and I myself ask suspicious questions, but they admire, and I am dying from "feelings!" By the way, thank you for such a Temko! There are a lot of interesting recipes, and most importantly, all are proven delicious (I already know).
Tomorrow I'll unsubscribe on cabbage!
and I will disassemble the valve, I myself did not guess! and the saucepan is completely new - my assistant only from March 9 did not have time to get scratched.
till tomorrow!
Glad to be with you now!
I hope I will "fry-out" this smack!

Shtv_32
Good morning, fans of multicooker!
I will report on an incomprehensible aftertaste - a little more and we will defeat it !!!! - I practically do not feel it !!!
Yesterday I stewed cabbage, fast and tasty !!!
in the morning (at a delayed start) I cooked Artek porridge with a liver, but I didn't guess right with water, I poured it 1: 2, it turned out to be a very tasty rattle. BUT how nice it is to wake up to the scent of fresh bread (in HP) and porridge, and without your intervention !!!
Good luck and thanks to everyone !!!
See you!

She became the owner of MV Supra MCS-4501. I started with buckwheat porridge with meat-onion-carrots. On the "double boiler" mode, I fried the food, on the "Normal porridge" mode, I started it with buckwheat and boiling water. The proportions of buckwheat-boiling water 1: 2. In the instructions - the time for such cooking is 1 hour, I wanted to change the time, but for some reason it did not work, the necessary buttons did not react to pressing ... However, as a result, the "Normal porridge" mode worked for 15 minutes! (However, it was enough). Then the magic pot automatically switched to keeping warm.
The instructions indicate that the keep warm mode works up to 11 hours. As far as I understand, the heat is maintained either until the expiration of the time, or until its forced end. I will hold on this mode for an hour, then I will try the result.
Photos are posted on my blog, dorunova.livejournal.com, but the main questions are here. So far, the main problem is the strange behavior of the buttons related to non-automatic time operations. As the saying goes, "what was that"?

girls, and brag about multicooker, which one is better to take? where more functions can be ... I like to cook myself, but I really like all kinds of equipment .. I want to buy a multicooker ... what kind?
Pingvinus
realmk, all multicooker is good, as it helps to cook deliciously and without much fuss.
Of the Ukrainian ones, I would recommend Aurora to you, it has functions for making yoghurt, pasta and some other that have no analogues. Dex and Perfezza multicooker also tested by many users.
And from the Russian ones, I can advise the multicooker Marucci and Kukin Italian, they also have the functions of yogurt and pasta (in some models).
Good luck with your choice.

After reading rave reviews about multicooker, I begged my husband for this miracle of technology for almost a year. And a week ago I received it. Of course, I understand that a week is not such a long time, but this time was enough for me to be disappointed.
To be honest, I did not understand why everyone praises MV so much. Stewed meat - good, of course, delicious, BUT! It turns out just as well and tasty on the stove in a saucepan with a thick bottom. And it takes almost the same amount of time.
I cooked porridge - porridge, like porridge ... You can't tell the taste from the one that was cooked in an ordinary saucepan ... (I'll say right away that I don't have the habit of standing over the stove and stirring the porridge so that it doesn't run away - if we measure the amount of cereal with the size of the pan, I personally do not have such problems).
I baked a biscuit - it really turned out well - it didn't rise like that in the oven. But buying CF for a biscuit ...
In general, in my house MV turned out to be just an expensive toy and I personally feel sorry for the money spent.
Elenka
Miss ellen, maybe it is. But...
Benefits:
- No need to look at the preparation (undercooking, overcooking, God forbid it sticks)
- Can be left unattended.
- A small amount of fat is used during cooking.
- Moisture hardly evaporates.
- Possibility to set food preparation on a timer.
- And yet, some dishes are much tastier in MV.

Personally, she freed me substantially. I have been using it for the second year already.
I was disappointed only by its price (I bought it expensively, but I almost didn’t regret it) Money is just money, and I am alone with my children.

For me, the most delicious porridge is porridge from a multicooker. Cooking is easy and simple. I am very satisfied with the delay timer and heating, which the stove cannot provide me. If you forget on the stove, you will get coals.
Maybe pilaf from a cauldron, cooked over live fire, is tastier, but more troublesome to prepare.
Elenka69
I also paid dearly for my cartoon, but she already paid me in full with free time and tasty and healthy food, pleased me with pastries.During the renovation in the kitchen, she saved us from catering and dry food.
Miss ellen
You are disappointed because you have either cooked little in it or have a lot of free time.

When I was lying with a high temperature, I would fry the cutlets while lying down. I cook porridge at night, so that it is also infused for breakfast. When there is absolutely no time, then she can cook soup at night, while you sleep.
I love my cartoons.

Hello dear forum users! So I decided to join your ranks of users of bread makers and multicooker
I have been using the bread maker for two years, but I bought the multicooker a week ago. I will briefly say about the agony of choice. All my acquaintances praised Panasonic, but since they decided to time the purchase on March 8, they were not on sale, and then they appeared at a frantic price. I am not a maniac and therefore I didn't want to overpay for the company. And so I became the owner of MB Brand 37500 New. It should be noted - the happy owner
Of course, MV does not cook anything supernatural, but! What a savings in time and money on dining in canteens. In the morning I fill it with soup and for lunch we come to a ready-made and warm lunch! We unload (eat) lunch and immediately load dinner, arrive from work and - voila - a hot dinner. And there is no need for hungry households to grab pieces while dinner is being prepared.
In general, I am very, very happy !!!

Miss ellen, my daughter says: the dishwasher and the cartoon are irreplaceable helpers in the kitchen!
She has two small children and there is not much time for household chores. He uses the cartoon several times a day.
I have a simple rice cooker. : girl_love: I cook only porridge and biscuits in it. And I am very glad that there is no need to stand over it and stir. I fell asleep and that's it!
Porridge in a rice cooker turns out well, you just need to adapt.
And the time will come and there will be free money for the cartoon - I will definitely buy it!
Miss ellen
Do not misunderstand me, I in no way wanted to offend anyone, I just expressed my opinion, because I think that not completely positive reviews also have a right to life.
Believe me, with free time, like everyone else, I have a stress - I am a working mother of a small child. I do not argue, perhaps I have not yet got the hang of it and have not found dishes that are great in MV, or I expected too much from her. Maybe I'll change my mind over time, but so far, apart from biscuit and porridge in the morning (and even then, you won't cook porridge every morning, breakfast of the same type will quickly tire), I haven't found any special advantages.
In general, while my opinion is that this is not the most necessary device in the kitchen. I apologize if I offended someone's favorite devices)))

Its most important advantage is its economy in the presence of an electric hob.

And I'm already thinking that I need to throw out the nafik stove, for now it's not completely - I'll just put the built-in surface with two burners, although my husband laughs - why do you need this - you still hardly cook on the stove, just buy yourself a portable stove with one burner

The multicooker is just a salvation for working people, and especially as I am a lot of working women and even with 2 small children. Of course, on a day off, as a queen, I can condescend and make something especially exotic, super tasty and delicious. On weekdays, the food is still simple.AND THE MOST IMPORTANT !!!! Girls, very successfully I mow under "technical cretinism" and my precious spouse believes that the pet needs to be saved and his culinary knowledge is enough to use this unit himself, all the same, though kitchen equipment. I think the thing is very convenient to make your life easier.
Antonovka
And yet - I was on vacation for 2 weeks, my husband lived alone - he calmly coped with both the cartoon and the stove - while I cannot say that he is a super-duper cook, but he did not go hungry

Thanks to the multi, I somehow smoothly and painlessly refused to eat. I eat everything only stewed, boiled and baked. Sometimes I "fry" a chicken in a cartoon, I get it stewed and fried, juicy and tasty. I make cutlets only for a couple.
And all this without any hassle.
ttvttv
Well, quite boring without fried, but in general, that's right. I have experience as a multi-owner for 1 month on weekdays, cooking only in it so involuntarily and you get used to that everything is stewed, boiled or baked.

shl. and on holidays and at a party, sometimes you can remind your body what disgusting smoked sausage and fried meat is, and again to your cartoon.
I agree that any normal person will not refuse to "get poisoned" with a good sausage.
I am very pleased with my purchase conveniently, comfortably at the expense of all sorts of culinary delights in the cartoon, I haven't thought much time has passed, but I will definitely invent something of a kind.

I bake all this for my son so that he gains at least a little weight, otherwise the shkelet is walking
I can toko once a month glut oneself I don't want to eat a lot of dough, then I don't want to for a long time until next month

The first dish in the new multicooker (yummi) was the potatoes from the instructions. It turned out to be strange - neither stewed nor baked (water had to be added).
The device is useful, but not everything turns out well.

I have favorites - Sweet and sour chicken and Honey cake from Shula (multicooker)

I wanted to join the ranks of persuasioners, but then I saw the date of fasting on April 1 and changed my mind. Although, maybe the truth did not go to someone's cartoon ...

Regarding the fact that all the same can be done on the stove is an indisputable fact. But. It should be a good stove with a timer (preferably also with a delay, yeah) and noramno obvious temperature regulation. Then it will be almost 100% analog of multi in terms of labor costs, in the presence of more or less adequate dishes. programmable cookers probably already exist now. But they are unlikely to be cheaper even than any "cuckoos", and good dishes are also not free.

And I have already closed my stove with a lid and used it under the bedside table, I really need only one burner - a small tile for coffee in a Turkish / mocha and eggs (for pancakes I have a "tefalnitsa"), maybe I'll ask myself somehow "and- the tile "for" pampering "(now there is generally a cheap spiral). The stove is already living out its last days - as the husband recovers, we will assemble a wardrobe instead of it, and we will take it on the last journey.

Well, when moving between apartment rentals, it is much easier to drag along several boxes with small households and Ikean cabinets, collapsible to flat packing, than this coffin.

I already think about the same. In a year and a half (and, as we would like it to be, during this year), the kitchen will have to be remodeled. It was made for two single adults without so much equipment, and now there are two more small children who are eager to join the cooking process, plus a bunch of equipment. And I have already decided - a separate hob for two burners, anyway, more than two at a time are not used. Well, as a last resort, three (so that there was a tiny coffee shop). And with the oven, too, you need to think seriously.

And I would not give up a normal full-fledged stove in favor of a multicooker))) (by the way, my stove is the most ordinary, without any bells and whistles, an analogue of the Soviet "Electa" and the most ordinary pots, to the point that a couple of grandmother's iron pots are used).

But, since the multicooker already exists, we will try to establish relations with it)))

Rina
to think seriously about the oven is to take the choice very seriously. And the oven is a necessary thing. No cartoon can replace it.

Miss ellen, I, too, at first did not admire Panasonic, and even now I do not, but ...
Just treat the saucepan as a help, and not as some kind of rare miracle.

I started mastering Panasonic with cooking rice and buckwheat that I and my children love. Having a constant distraction in the form of two small ones, I often overlooked the porridge on the stove.
Then somehow it was necessary to cook soup and it was necessary at the same time not to be in the kitchen.
Then somehow I put the meat to stew ...

In general, step by step.

And even before buying a Panasonic, I appreciated the automatic operation of an electric pot (pressure cooker) when my father-in-law (he lives in another city) was crippled and was hospitalized. My husband and I arrived there the next day, running around the doctors, a lot of problems with documents. And the gas stove in the father-in-law's house is absolutely terrible quality. In order to cook something acceptable there, you need to actually stand over the stove without leaving for a minute. And I brought an electric pressure cooker with me ... From the hospital we drove home, I quickly fried vegetables and meat, threw them into the pressure cooker, poured rice, poured water, closed and turned on. Almost immediately, we rushed to the following business, drove to the father-in-law, from him back home, my husband raked up the resulting porridge with meat (although it should have turned out pilaf) and took to the hospital. That is, we visited our father-in-law and went to "prepare lunch", and lunch arrived just half an hour later (exactly the time for the round trip). The next day, we also selected the dishes so that they would be cooked in a pressure cooker in our absence ...
As a result, my father-in-law knocked out this saucepan

Peace be with you bakers!

our AXO department is not excluded, but rather the opposite
so we threw off the bonuses and bought the cartoon

the truth is, you have to put the cartoon on the closet - under the hood so that the smell does not spread around the office

....
And I would not give up a normal full-fledged stove in favor of a multicooker)))
No problem. Just first, find a full-fledged or (at least) just a good stove worth about 3tyr (an average price tag for 10k, you can even search for 4.5 - an average price tag for 18k). For this money, apart from two-three-pancake spirals or siiiilnogo used something average statistical will not have anything. At the same time, you can calculate the cost per square meter of an apartment and find out how much money unused / used once in a thousand years 4 burners eat.

If I had the means and living space for a normal modern stove, I could also somehow manage without multi. The most unkillable plus in comparison with any conventional stoves is the cooking / delay timer. And there is no admission against this, even though you are a magician three times, but toss cereal with milk into a saucepan and get porridge for breakfast on it will not work. As well as pilaf / stew for dinner, throwing everything in the morning before running away to shops / business / children. Technically, yes, no miracles. Just a Teflon saucepan with a timer and thermostat. But they just decide everything. And so - some do not even want to buy a dishwasher, because "hands are not a problem" ...
