and I disagree a little ... ... the first 4 days of cooking in the cartoon ... gave four different charlottes (different fillings, slightly different recipes ..) ... and then everything else went .... and now .. after more than half a year .. let's go porridge ....

I insist on a curd cake - it is necessary to somehow celebrate such an event !!!

I beg you pardon!
I do not agree!
Everything is individual. My favorite mode is "quenching"
I stopped cooking the first courses on the stove altogether. In Mulka they are just wonderful.
And buckwheat. And casseroles!

sweeta, start with rice .... First it's a rice cooker, and only then a cartoon ..
Girls, this is a joke! : -X And you do not agree ...
Although in my RV I started with rice.

Cooked fish stew with all vegetables found in the freezer !!! I'm going to try, smells, smells !!! The cat is already there!

But I have never cooked fish yet ...
Something hands do not reach in any way.
What kind of fish did they even cook? Share.
My family won't eat for a couple, that's for sure. Well, not lovers, we are a "couple"

Pollock fillet cut into pieces and many, many different vegetables, in the evening they ate mine !!! And today at lunchtime they finished eating, I still haven't eaten so yummy: csip: I didn't even feel the fish, so much it absorbed all the aromas of vegetables. And for me this is important - my daughter does not eat fish under any pretext ... But then she ate it and didn't make a sound !!! The dish turned out to be very dietary, although I did not regret the seasonings .... Next time I will try to add a couple of tablespoons of soy sauce for the fish. I think it will be very tasty ...
fugaska
while typing - the answer was ripe, so I cook the same way, fish with vegetables. I confirm, very tasty! but from seasonings I only add a little salt, I like it more natural and I took fish with some terrible name, flew out of my head ... the main advantage is boneless! but it is not suitable for my children, it is oily. adults do not feel, and my children are weak for acetone, so I don't cook yet
ikko4ka
The daughter is very happy with the cartoon. Fish with vegetables and cakes came out with a bang.

I have now also finally "re-cultivated".

Prepared "Rice at home" from the instructions, added only spices and a little tomato sauce. It turned out a delicious dinner, most importantly - almost without my participation.

And how much more I want to try!

Lola's curd cake must be tried! the most delicious thing !!!

I've heard a lot about this legendary recipe, but I'll make it about 10 days later,
otherwise I'm afraid that my cheese Easter will "fade" against its background.

guys, curd cake is something !!! My husband doesn’t eat cottage cheese at all, only in a salted filling with greens, but here ... with such pleasure he dies! I also threw the raisins there ... It's very tasty !!!

For those who have recently got a multicooker (I think the pros will also find something interesting for themselves): here you can download a VERY BIG collection of recipes for a multicooker, which was compiled by Borisych (from the Good Kitchen forum).

This collection is for the Culinary Notebook program.
Download archive (Multicooker.rar) here:

Just consider the archive itself - 962 MB, and the unpacked file will take 2.27 GB.

There is a huge number of recipes collected all over the Internet (as of 03/01/2010), cook, do not overcook!

And I, and I ... I already have MV too! Now I have a sweet couple: rice cooker + MV
And the most important thing is just OUR size, 2.5 liters. Well, they don't eat the same thing more than twice!
Now I cooked buckwheat, and put frozen cutlets on the double boiler. Now dinner is ready for you!
But, I already went through this option with a risovka, and I missed the timer in places, so I missed it ... Now I dream of waking up in the morning, and the porridge is ready ...
By the way, can you cook Dairy-free porridge on the Milk Porridge program?
lega
Rybka, do you want to cook a mess? Otherwise, I don't understand why I should cook non-dairy porridge in this mode?
lega
Quote: RybkA

Well, yes ... oatmeal, millet ... otherwise you constantly get bored with milk.

Of course, you can cook on mode milk porridge, and you can also use the mode - Extinguishing... Only the amount of liquid for smearing needs to be taken more (as in ordinary pots). But, if crumbly millet is used as a side dish, then it is better to use the mode Buckwheat.

Today is Sunday, got up for an hour before everyone else, even the cat still snored, I still sleepy poured 1.5 cups of wheat cereal (pre-washed), added 3.5 cups of water (cartoon), a pinch of salt, mixed and on the "buckwheat" mode, well the double boiler (upper bowl) was filled with sausages. And she herself to bed, to fill up with everyone ... got up, and the aroma, well, all ran to the kitchen (the cat in the leader's yellow T-shirt). great! Great breakfast!

Can I dilute the vegetarian dominance with multicooker?

I made "lazy dumplings" like this:

Very large pasta "Shells" are stuffed with minced MEAT.
Layers are laid out in the cartoon, filled with a glass of hot water (if there is not enough, the cartoon itself will "report" this by switching to heating mode) and 30-40 minutes in extinguishing mode.
Eaten with sauce. Hot. Very quickly (that's why there is no photo).
The lasagna is fast in the cartoon.
In the baking mode, fry the onion, minced meat, + tomato paste + salt + spices + water (achieve the consistency of liquid sour cream) and chopped garlic, lightly darken everything together.
Put 3 \ 4 of the prepared minced meat in a different container. With ready-made sheets of lasagna, make 1 layer (you can break if necessary), 2nd layer of minced meat, 3rd layer of dry sheets, 3rd layer of minced meat, etc. Until the minced meat (or lasagna, or saucepan) is over.
Sprinkle richly with grated cheese on top.
Depending on the amount, cooking in the stewing mode takes 35-60 minutes.
You can tip the finished dish onto a large plate (then the cheese will be at the bottom), or carefully remove it from the saucepan with multi Teflon spatulas.
Tasty the same.

What I wish you too!

Well, it's been two days now that tmx18 has been living with me. First of all, it was tested on "lazy potatoes" with meat (slightly fried meat on baked goods + potatoes + sour cream and spices, and all this for pilaf and a timer, and for a walk) - the result was pleasantly pleased. Timed milk porridge is great, although I still have to choose the consistency that is pleasant for me and the milk-to-cereal ratio. It is very unusual to get up without having to go and put the child on porridge, while trying to wake up.

Yesterday I prepared pumpkin millet porridge according to the recipe included in the instructions (the pumpkin was frozen in the fall). The recipe is unexpectedly pleased ... Try it, very tasty and tender ...

Girls and boys, I read I read about CF, the result - I got it. I cook porridge for breakfast on the timer for a week. The spouse did not respect porridge before, but here he asks to cook it, bought various cereals, up to oatmeal, I'm experimenting! To which the grandson is a little bit, and he respects porridge from a magic pot very much. I have a question: now I put the oatmeal in milk, the stewing mode is 2 hours, and then it will go to heating until the morning, but the MV somehow strangely clicks after a certain time for 2-3 minutes, it's just me or so it should be, you have to go to bed and I sit as a watchman?

Tashi, don't bother !!! Everyone clicks. This relay switches. On the site about multicooker, one PANASONKA was dismantled, and I quote- "4. Inexplicable common sense use of relays instead of semiconductor devices, which leads to clicks inside the MV during its operation. " So it's okay with the cartoon.

The first experience in a small multicooker is excellent, I do everything according to the recipes of the forum. First of all, she baked Burenka, in vain she reduced the mass of products in the first place. Millet millet with pumpkin turned out awesome. Now I put the buckwheat in a peasant style with a delay. I don't see the countdown at once, as in the Multichotter. Perhaps it is different here, the result will be seen in the evening.

P.S. I looked at the cartoon now, everything is ok, the countdown has started, I had to guess right away that the countdown would be every half hour

I have had a multicooker for more than a month, but before I used it "with feeling, sensibly, with arrangement."

And yesterday it turned out that I had only 10 minutes at my disposal, in the evening my husband needed to be fed, and in the refrigerator there was only frozen chicken and zucchini (I was going for groceries and had to urgently cancel everything).

I thawed the chicken in the microwave only so that it could be cut.
Cut into pieces, cut into large cubes zucchini, onions, carrots. Added a spoonful of mayonnaise, a spoonful of sour cream, spices. Extinguishing mode 2.5 hours.

And a delicious dinner was ready almost without my participation!

uh huh
and it happened that we managed to defrost the turkey leg (upper part, thigh) only to the state of "wash", the cartoon also coped wonderfully with it in the "extinguishing" mode in 3.5 hours.
It turned out quite a decent turkey "in its own juice".

Baker girls!
Many thanks for such a meaningful forum !!!!!!
I read about the Multicooker for the first time on your forum, studying recipes for the Panasonic 255 bread maker. It was in January, since then I got sick with this wonderful pot. but bought it (plus my brother's wife) only now. The price dropped to UAH 1280. in the online store. This is a thing !!!! I just can't describe my feelings when I cooked chicken, cooked soups, baked casserole !!! At first I was not understood by the home people - the casserole is like a saucepan, but then they saw the cooking process (the pot is boiling, steaming, baking, and I go about my business) they immediately wanted to too !!!! Thank you very much!!!! For advice, for recipes !!!! GOOD MEN !!!

Fast lasagna in cartoon

Thank you very much for the idea! A box of lasagna has been lying around for two years now, and I still can't bring myself to cook (it is very annoying to boil), but now I will definitely do it!

Hello. I also became the owner of a 4.5 liter multicooker. On the very first evening I cooked meat on the bone, stewed with vegetables in it. And from the top I also fell asleep shells. It's just something !!! So tasty and tender !!! I would never cook such a dish in a saucepan. And the children were eating the main thing by both cheeks!
Now I have a question, do I need my steamer?

Now I have a question, do I need my steamer?

Only you can decide. The steamer insert in the multi is very small. Having taken a double boiler for a while, I decided to buy it myself, because I liked how rolls are made in it, and the power of a separate double boiler is more.

Gentlemen, old-timers, take me into your close ranks! Thanks to you and I, I now have this little miracle. I only have a multicooker for a few days, but I have already managed to pamper my family with pilaf. corn porridge, casserole, charlotte, and today I cooked vegetable soup, my husband even asked for extra money with the words: "Look, and you learned how to cook!" (Although I cook at the same level, but the soup came out truly noble!)

Hello, I was going to buy HP for a long time, but on your website I found out that there is a more interesting thing - MV, and now I have been using the Panasonic SR-TMB10 Multicooker for 2 days (I wanted 18, but they said that there are only small ones, I have a family of 3 people. , I think enough). On the first evening I decided to cook chicken legs. At the bottom I laid out 2 big heads chopped in a chopper, and on top were pieces of salted and seasoned chicken and stewed for an hour, the meat was ready, and the onion crunched and a lot of juice, then I put buckwheat on the baked goods for 20 minutes. It turned out delicious. Last night I tried a curd cake from the forum for 300 g of flour. It didn't work out. I think maybe the curd is damp, or a lot of dough for my CF? I put it on 65 + 25, then on 20 three times, and the top with the middle is raw, then I took it and turned it over and for another 20 minutes, it turned out delicious, but heavy and damp inside, maybe you need less sugar (it turned out very cloying) I don't know. I decided to continue baking in the oven. And in the morning I decided to try milk oatmeal with a delay. The porridge turned out to be delicious (only I cooked with homemade milk, you don't need to add butter - it’s fatty: it’s done). My daughter, who bothered me that there was nothing to spend money on such nonsense, ate 2 servings and ordered another one for dinner. This time I put the cereals without soaking, but with a delay of 2.5 hours. I'll see how it goes.

I bought a Panasonic SR-TMB18 yesterday, there is no limit to happiness. I immediately tried to stew cabbage on the pilaf program, it turned out deliciously long enough and stirred occasionally. In the evening, I put rice porridge in the morning, woke up from the delicious smell of porridge, it turned out to be great, I would have got tired of standing at the stove to cook it and would have burned it without fail, miracles and more!

Hello everyone! I'm a newbie. The cartoon moved into my kitchen just two weeks ago. I’ve already cooked a few things, including the pea soup. I soaked the split peas for about five hours and added ground green peas Mistral to it. The result is a wonderful soup. Green boiled faster, almost boiled, and yellow was just soft. Everything was delicious. Try it.

Hello from newbie! So they gave me (already) on NG MV! I managed to cook rice porridge and buckwheat in milk on the timer. Awesome! The roast also turned out deliciously, the husband is pleased that the meat is very soft. Then the borshchik cooked - this is something ... with such little effort and such a miracle ... the combine chopped, MV cooked (while I was walking with the child). Very happy

Also try to bake a WHOLE piece of meat in a mulch!
Beef or pork neck ...This is generally super!
First, fry a little on "baking", then hold on "stewing" for 2-2.5 hours.
Then you can eat cold or hot, as you like! Such baked pork turns out, your husband will carry you in his arms.

Hello everyone !!
on NG I became the owner of a multicooker, since I live abroad, then there are no such devices here ... they are there, but it's problematic to buy ..
Therefore, my friends from Russia, just came to visit us on NG, they brought me such a gift.
And for 2 weeks now, I've been using it to the fullest.

1. Mean. so, 2 times already cooked borsch. Cooked from sauerkraut.

At the bottom of the casserole I put raw meat, already cut into pieces.
For meat - cabbage, then raw beets, sprinkled with lemon. juice (for bloom),
top-fried onions-carrots, then potatoes-garlic-tomatoes (you can use tomato paste)
Salted, poured water up to the mark. 1.5 hours on "extinguishing". It turns out deliciously incredibly!

2. Fried a chicken. Sprinkle the whole carcass, smear, salt, taste.
Fried for 25 minutes on "baking" on one side and on the other.

I poured chopped potatoes into the juice from the chicken, covered it with a fried onion and on the "pilaf" mode.
opened the multi lid when the delicious smell went. The fact is that "pilaf" is a long mode, it is suitable for rice, but too much for potatoes, so I opened it earlier.

She also stewed potatoes with fried mushrooms and onions. All mixed, and the same for "pilaf".
My all love it !!

3. Cooked jellied meat. Loaded all sorts of meats and for 6 hours in the "stewing" mode.
Here I will say this: do not pour a lot of water, just to cover the meat, and not according to the marks.
The broth came out as much as it was filled with water. It doesn't boil over.

4. Cooked pilaf.
At the bottom of the casserole: lightly fried meat with onions and carrots, a lot, rice on top,
I fell asleep 3 measuring cups of cereals and 5 measuring tbsp. water.
Salted, lavrushka, garlic, and all sorts of seasonings for pilaf.
It turned out shykarno: grain to grain.

5. I cooked milk rice porridge 3 times for breakfast.
Rice 1 measuring cup + 2 cups of water and 3 cups of milk, sugar, salt.
Milk porridge mode. With these proportions, a liquid porridge turned out, who loves it thicker, then a little more rice is needed.

6. Baked a charlotte with oranges .. it's something ....
I want to try some more cakes for the "Prague" cake.

7. I generally keep quiet about vegetable stews, I eat every other day ...

In general, I am happy, straight food ...)))))))

Be sure to say when the button is pressed: pot, cook!))

I don't know how to insert a photo here .. tell me, pliz.
