give me a recipe for charlotte please
Beat 5 eggs add 2 multi-glasses of sugar then 1 pack of vanilla sugar (I didn't put it) + 2 multi-glasses of flour + zest of 1 orange on a fine grater (I didn't add it either, it's not known how these oranges are processed)

Add all ingredients without stopping whipping!

Grease the bowl with butter sprinkle with breadcrumbs and spread 2 oranges in slices. pour the dough, spread 1 more orange (I drowned it in the dough) I added a few more walnuts from myself for a test.

baking 50 + 25 and 15 minutes did not take out with the lid closed.

1 piece remained. everything has already been eaten. I'm in a bite with sweets

Irina, how did you check for "leakage"? I have a second Polaris ceramic bowl, cream, no handles. I could compare if it's still relevant. How best to do it?
probably just seems
"leak" - that's why I cover it in quotation marks, because it probably doesn't exist (serious) in fact.
and I checked it - with my hands at the holes - it feels hot.
If there is a bowl with handles, then there is no such hotly I do not know: is it clear ...

Understandable, that is, almost to the touch
I just boiled water for steaming with different bowls, that is, both ceramic, only one original with handles., and the other without handles. There is little time difference (about a minute). I don't think this is critical and it is worth bothering about this topic.

A good idea! And I thought to adapt some silicone potholders. There are a lot of them now on sale. In short, the thought worked ...
0791
today the brewing of the horns went as before (just as quickly)
and they were fried at 160C so hard
In short, with a Teflon bowl, I was pleased to buy her a silicone stirrer
and with silicone potholders (we have half-sleeves) it is very convenient to pull out a saucepan from these holes for the handles. And hold it so that it does not spin when stirring when frying.
... I will attach closures only for baking

Multicooker Polaris PMC 0517AD (reviews)
Good day, dear members of the forum. Here I gave my wife a multicooker ... We tried very little, but it turned out that you will lick your fingers. I immediately solved the problem with the blinking button on the panel, as can be seen in the photo. In order not to pull the plug from the socket before the last one inserted a conventional switch. That's all for now. Thanks for the recipes, no goodbye.
nika-773
last weekend 2 days, ie Saturday and Sunday we lived on mantas.steamed them for an hour, but 40 minutes was enough. After 2 days of use, I barely wiped off the scale at the bottom. She felt by the touch. From here I understand and starts to stick to the bottom, and it is. Water quality matters. What shall we say?
Gibus
It is better not to scrub off the scale mechanically, but to boil water with acid (citric acid, for example). Everything will dissolve.

I enjoy and most often use Soup, Baking and Stewing I love the soup! now there is no problem in the evening to tinker in the kitchen with "tomorrow" dinner. In the morning I charged any soup (pea, of course, on the program Beans) and calmly to work. Everything is ready for lunch, children from school come to eat too warm, even hot.
AlecLea
Please tell me what my mistake is, if anyone knows.

Yesterday I made strawberry manna: 1 tbsp. kefir + 1 tbsp. semolina (soak) then 0.5 tbsp. sugar + 4 eggs + 100 g of melted plums. butter and blended frozen strawberries (package)

it's the recipe itself. Made the dough - it turned out very liquid, added a glass of flour.

of course everything was baked but somehow tasteless.

Maybe who is the pitch, it was necessary to add flour or not?

Irishka CH, Nuta_, Thank you
Yes, I found another strange program (plus molKasha)
We have a daughter very good. loves fried horns. Therefore, Pasta + Frying is very often used. And in a new cup I decided to cook dumplings. I set 20 minutes on Paste ... and MV switched off at 11 minutes. I checked it several times with my own and with a new cup, and at different minutes (after 10). In an abnormal mode, the Pasta behaves strangely after boiling, beeps and then maintains only 70C ... it does not boil more ... and after 8 minutes (set at least 10, then at the 2nd minute; at least 20 - then at the 11th) turns off without heating. If you set the normal mode (8 minutes by default), then after boiling with a squeak (by the way, the squeak never turns off!) Boils several times, that is, it keeps about 90-95C for all 8 minutes, and then switches to auto-heating.
So, we now cook dumplings with Heating (it holds about 100C for 20 minutes) after boiling in Pasta: that is, Pasta squeaked, I turn it off, load the dumplings, turn on the Heating - and so I cook the dumplings (after surfacing 5-8 minutes).
I can't pester, but if suddenly someone noticed the same, I will be glad if you share your observations
I am making an amendment! The temperature in the bowl went down so much because of the big one! significantly exceeding recommended! volume of ice dumplings (more than 500 g) and water (almost 2.5 liters was).
The Pasta mode is designed for about 300 gr. dry pasta
I posted the answer on this mode from a Polaris representative somewhere further in the topic.

I beg your pardon, I do not know how to address, there is no name!
I won't say anything about PASTA. I somehow got used to pasta the old way - on the stove and with a colander ...
And here is the MOL. Porridge is a really cool program. I cook all the porridge on the Multipovar, and then I decided to bungle millet porridge for dinner. And in this mode. Yes, apparently not calculated with the proportions. (well, I can't guess at all !!! how many times I cooked and always forget how it was in the previous one!) I put it on for 30 minutes, turned it on, and watched it like this from time to time ... The countdown went down after 10 minutes and then somehow it didn't cut off I - the cartoon turned off quite quietly and imperceptibly after 7-8 minutes. And she just didn't have enough liquid! What a clever girl is our Fields!!! And the milk did not run away and the porridge did not burn. Well, I had to boil some more milk on the stove, add, stir and put on the HEATER (which together with CANCELING), well, that's another story ...

0791,
My first experience with the regime paste was unsuccessful. Poured water up to about 10, set pasta for 10 minutes, and when the cartoon squeaked, poured 300 grams of horns. The water stopped boiling, and after two minutes everything turned off. About the same as yours, Irina, as far as I understand. I had to cook on multi-brew, then drain the water, etc. Then, after reading our forum, I realized that I had gone too far with the amount of water. Now I fill in enough water so that it has time to evaporate within the set time. Then I add oil and fry. And everything seems to be fine on pasta turns out. Sometimes I boil horns on rump... I pour about 300 gr into the bowl. horns, pour hot water to almost cover the horns, put a piece of plums. oil, a little salt. On top I put a steamer tray with chicken drumsticks or thighs directly from the freezer. Include cereals... The horns are even slightly toasted. And the chicken is steamed very much even nothing.
But, I did not understand what it means abnormal operation ?
0791
what does emergency mode mean?
this is what I call the regime that the hostess sets at her own discretion. In Paste, for example, these are all minutes starting from the 10th. In this case, you must poke "menu" on Pasta, then poke "minutes"several times and only then"Start". In total THREE buttons are involved in setting the mode.

Established - if you only poke TWO buttons: "menu" (choosing, for example, Pasta - 8 min by default) and "start" ...
I invented these names, so it's so hard to understand

namesake, I'll write in the Profile now, I didn't even think it was important

I (albeit at the Multivarskinsky Forum) made a sharp speech! FOR our Polechka
the thesis of my "speech" was: you need to understand how the modes / programs work, and set them correctly, then everything will work out 5+

I always used the same Pasta for 8 or 9 minutes. Always worked without failures
and then somehow I set 15 minutes ... and about, like you, I decided that something was not enough, therefore it turned off. BUT when the "trick" was repeated once, the second, the third ... I realized that this is a different mode (I call it NON-standard, working as the manufacturers themselves do not know).
I even thought of it, in the morning I tried to cook semolina on it (I set it off for 12 minutes) the milk boils, the mule squeaks, I pour semolina in a thin stream, stirring. Then leaving the pan open (next time I will try to close it), I calmly leave before the squeak.
Irishka CH
0791 - Ira, MUCH THANKS for the detailed recipe for pilaf (page 48 of our forum). I just realized today, having done everything according to this recipe, that I really always cooked rice porridge with meat (although it is also very tasty). I can’t even give an account - everyone was dared in one sitting and, smacking their lips, thanked for the "extraordinary" dinner. Made with pork. The meat is tender, the rice is grain to grain. A thousand thanks for the science !!!!!!

Girls, something I got confused, please explain, in the Pasta mode do the macaroons cook before the water evaporates or do they need to be drained?
Zima
I cook and so and so, it depends on the amount of water poured,
I didn't manage to boil a large amount of water for the first time either, after laying the pasta, the water didn't want to boil in any way, but I don't remember setting so many minutes, now I set the default to 8 minutes and everything works out
gela
This means that the program works for boiling. I now have a Polaris 508, in it, in the Pilaf mode, the macaroons turn out perfectly, even a little fried. I like that you don't have to bother, fell asleep, poured water, salt, oil, and that's it, get the finished product.
Zima
not quite, the program works for a while, that is, set 8 minutes - it will boil so much that it did not have time to boil away - it remains in the pan along with the pasta, but it evaporates strongly, in general, you need to guess with the liquid, choose to your taste ...
I don't know about Polaris 508, but in Panas Plov there is an automatic program, the time is not set there
our peculiarity is, the girls wrote that if you put not 8, but say 12 minutes, it will be cut down in a couple of minutes and that's all .. one of these days I'll try to check on my own whether I have it or not ...
in principle, 8 minutes is enough to cook any pasta ..
gela
In Polaris 508, the pilaf program works like in Panasonic, that is, automatic.
I have been studying the new Polaris for a long time, I want to buy it myself, and 508 to the dacha, although recently there are more and more doubts. Somehow it seemed to me that the programs did not work quite correctly. There is a problem with cereals, the pasta program can turn off without cooking anything, maybe some other surprises will be found ...
Zima
Milk porridge - yes, glitchy, but there is Oatmeal - it works great, just for any milk porridge ...
Well, there are minuses everywhere, so I had a Brand 37501 multicooker before this one - very good functionality, and the saucepan is heavy, the coating is good, so girls, in 10 months (with a break of 2.5) I had 2 pieces: the first time it broke after 5 months of use, the SC issued an act of unsuitability (although 45 days I was bothered that the part was waiting for repair), exchanged for a new one, then I was away for a month and did not use it, I came and started using it and after 2 months this new one broke down again - they say power surges are possible, but not a single household appliance has yet broken due to surges and not a single multicooker has broken electronics .. in general, I decided not to exchange a second time and took the money (Brand, of course, great fellows, very loyal to the Consumer - everything was formalized without any problems) .. and for others this model has been successfully working for the second year, so how lucky ..
there are some flaws in our cartoon, but in general, in terms of price-quality ratio, the device is good .. IMHO
gela
Zima. thanks for the answer. I certainly understand that there is no ideal. Each multicooker has its own challenges. It's just strange to me that such a demanded mode as milk porridge is so poorly worked out, especially since this mode works very well in Polaris 508. I have never run away, there was a problem with the crochet hook (it quickly began to stick), but I bought a new one and now everything is fine.
Now I choose between Brand 502 and Polaris PMC 0517 AD, just the opportunity to buy a replaceable bowl at any time and outweighs in favor of Polaris, since Brand does not have bowls in stock, and it is not clear where to buy them, it also captivates that Polaris temperature 160 degrees - Brand 130. In general, all in the throes of choice.
Zima
Well, Polaris has not yet tested all the modes, this is a new model with so many programs, perhaps (this is an assumption), which is what they do at another plant, Brand's first 37500 models were also not very successful, how many modifications there were already, they just did great that they organized such a powerful feedback with the consumer, take into account their wishes and every time they improve their model, I don't see any problems at all, on Brand's website these bowls appear periodically, right now I looked - not yet, but this is temporary ..
So choose a model that you like more externally (I, for example, have already outlived all the white plastic from the kitchen, so now I am considering only black, stainless steel or plastic in color) and functionally, there is still time before the summer season ... for a choice. ..
Good luck!

Irishka,
hint more persistently, a bread maker is a necessary unit. We haven't bought bread for 5 years. Baking is also a very exciting process, and homemade bread cannot be compared with purchased bread
Once I baked bread in a cartoon for fun. It turned out no worse than in a bread maker.
It is good to bake cakes in a multicooker: you need less yeast, and a round cake is better in shape.

depending on how much water you pour
if 1 liter of water per 200 grams of pasta plump, then of course it will not evaporate.
And if only to cover it, then everything will evaporate and cook well.
About Pasta 8 minutes (and 9 minutes) works PERFECTLY!

you can also evaporate macaros well on Krupa

and I will repeat about Oatmeal for tender porridge

For cereals 25 minutes rice 517 in pilaf turns out wonderful
naturally, the ratio of water to rice must be observed
I (albeit on another forum) argued that in the 517th it was PLOV that turned out and not porridge with meat (as in Panas). The important points are described on page 48.
With cereals, the problem is solved either by Multi-Cook (and any delay and 100C for a given time - everything is easy), or if there are quick cereals, then Oatmeal is up to 30 minutes from 10.
Pasta ... already wrote again - it works properly without changing the time.
MolKash for rice milk porridge
0791
Algorithms of some programs in 0517 restrict the user in the range of cooking times. This is done in order to minimize product spoilage. Despite the possibility of setting a longer time by the timer, the program is interrupted at the end of the recommended time. An example is the Milk Porridge program, which was discussed in detail some time ago.
The recipes in the book involve boiling 250 gr. pasta. The bowl should be filled with water in a stake. 1 liter. The default program time (8 minutes) is sufficient to boil the specified amount. In this case, the water boils intensively all the time of cooking. A further increase in time is impractical. After turning off the program, the residual heat of the heater is enough to drain the water from the bowl after cooking, add butter, put the bowl back in the multicooker, melt the butter, mix everything and hold it with the lid closed, saving energy.
Checked repeatedly, including at home.

Millet flour. a / c - 350g.
Salt - 0.5 tsp.
Sugar - 5 tbsp. l.
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Vanillin - 1 tsp
Draining. oil - 80 gr.
Milk - 80 ml.
Raisins, candied fruits - 150 gr.
First, I kneaded the dough in the bread maker on the Pizza mode, then in the Yoghurt proofing for about an hour and a half (the dough should rise to about 8 (dome level)). Further on baking 50 minutes + on Crust 15 minutes, then turned over and again on baking minutes 20. Here's what happened:

Dear "advanced" users of the Polaris 0517 AD multicooker, I ask for your advice! I got this miracle of technology 3 days ago, tried to make pilaf - it was successful, I baked a marble cake - it was also successful, I decided to make a cheesecake, according to the recipe, set the "Dessert" mode for 1 hour 20 minutes, but after 5-10 minutes without a sound signal the multicooker I switched to the "Heating" mode, the countdown started increasing, I was wondering how the matter would end, so exactly after 1 hour 20 minutes. a signal sounded, in short, the cheesecake turned out to be delicious, I hope it is exactly what it should be, then I tried to cook hearts with potatoes in the "Stew" mode, BUT again after a while the cartoon again switched to the "Heating" mode and worked in this mode exactly 2 hours (this is the time programmed by default on "Extinguish"). So here's the question: girls, is it normal that she switches to "Heating" or is there something wrong with her?

If on Extinguishing cartoon before the set time switches to Heating, most likely there is not enough liquid in the bowl during cooking.
As for the cheesecake, there was a mistake in the recipe. It needs to be cooked on baked goods.
