Well, the flight is normal. I baked the bread yesterday, today it is steamed poached eggs (in silicone molds) with feta cheese and pumpkin cream soup — the “baking” and “soup” programs were used for it. Everything succeeded. I will make yogurt in the evening. The multicooker is good)
By the way, I wonder why it is cheaper than 0517AD? When I looked for information on it, they wrote everywhere that Expert is more expensive. No, I'm not complaining, just wondering

Probably because it does not have the function of changing parameters during the operation of programs, like in AD.
Expert bought a year ago for a stock. This was the second cartoon to help the Redmond M150. Redmond is completely satisfied, but I wanted to see what Polaris is. I chose a model so that my cups from Redmond would fit.
According to my impressions, there are good automatic programs (including sensory ones) with a disgusting quality of materials (this, again, in comparison with Redmond, later bought their induction machine). Naturally, everything quickly began to stick to his own bowl - he lives with Redmond Teflon. After about six months, the signal in the "Steam" mode fell off when reaching the operating temperature.
Now, if I bought Polaris, I would choose 0517AD. But, most likely, I will no longer have Polaris - I did not like the workmanship at all. And the programs are good.
Venta
Girls, I’ll come to you) My 3-year-old redmond turned on, it’s okay to not cook everything on it, and without further ado I bought Polaris 0517 ad as I understand the third version))
Here I am testing, comparing so to speak. I will refute the post above - there are 2 multicooker nearby - the workmanship is the same !!! None is worse or better. Well, as for the "brains" - time will tell. By the way, Redmond's signals also fall off, my readiness signal stopped beeping. And once every 3 months I had to tighten up some 1 bolt in the middle of the bottom, yellowish (there are 2 of them), somehow it mysteriously weakened by itself and fell out.
Also plus 0517 is that temperature conditions are not classified, all instructions are openly spelled out where how much.
Pizza and Milk Porridge credit to Polaris. In m90, the Pizza mode is rather weak, with Polaris I liked the result better. In redmond, in milk porridge, the milk tended to escape, not from the multicooker, but the steamer was dirty. It is generally excellent here, it does not run anywhere, and the porridge is so fluffy. Pilaf and Krupa seemed to me on the whole similar, and Poli's Soup and Stewing were a little softer.
A question for experienced Polarist scholars on programs that are still unfamiliar to me. Can beans be used to cook pea soup? Where else can oatmeal be adapted? We don't eat this porridge. I will also deal with baking, I can roughly imagine, but let's say in terms of baking, can it also be adapted for something?
Irina.A
Venta, you can, but I adapted to cook it on stewing, although I set it for 2 hours in time, and there I regulate it, I boiled beans on the beans, at the moment the most popular programs are stewing, baking, pasta and porridge
Longina
Marina, after Polaris 0517 I bought a Redmond M90. And for some reason it seems to me that the quality is higher. At least the lifespan is 5 years, and the Polaris has 3 years. Yesterday I baked bread on the program Bread, it turned out wonderful. In Polaris it turned out worse. So in 3 years it will be possible to talk about it. I used to be a very big opponent of Redmond because of the intrusive ads, and now I don't.
Irina.A
Longina, Elena, my field is already more than 3 years old, I haven't even changed the cup yet
Longina
Irina. A, lucky! I immediately bought the bowls from stainless steel and Teflon.I put yogurt in cups in stainless steel, and fried in Teflon. And all the same, the ceramic bowl began to stick to the product, but there is a way out: I bought a Teflon sheet, cut it out to the diameter of the bowl and no problem. It looks like she was very actively exploiting the unit!
Irina.A
Elena, if it's not a secret, then about the bowls in more detail, I would buy my old lady additional
Longina
Irina, I bought bowls for Polaris on Yul-March for Redmond M70 or M90, they fit.
Irina.A
Elena, thank you, I'll know, you won't go to the store to try on bowls with a multicooker! misunderstand
Venta
Longina, I have a redmond in 3 years and was covered. Maybe now that it has been updated, but in my book it was indicated a service life of 3 years, not 5. So, as 3 years came out, it turned out to be a bug. My m90 suddenly began to fry wildly on all programs, they said in the service that the control board, the price was turned down for repairs at half the cost of a multicooker, with a 1 month warranty for repairs, I decided not to fool. Then, by the way, the redmont mysteriously partially came to its senses - some programs started working, I don't know for how long ... but the sensor began to fail, then one half, then the other. In general, now this multicooker is unpredictable - either everything will be OK, or it will throw out some surprise.
I have not tried bread in the Field yet, I plan, then I will unsubscribe. In Redmond, the program is, of course, good - only in this case, not everything depends on the programs)

Saucepans, yes from m90 to 0517 are perfect, and I also have a Dupont Rip A-2.

Can beans be used to cook pea soup?
Marina, I'm from the "experienced". There are many pages to delve into, but at the beginning of my "career" as a Polarist, I wrote about pea soup. In the morning, I remember, I threw everything in the cartoon, closed it, put the program Beans, a delayed start and ... I took it to work. Honestly, I went to lunch with caution. In my head I drew pictures with a stove splattered with peas (I put the cartoon on the board and on the cooking stove), a kitchen, etc. And everything turned out to be just wonderful. The soup was ready, the kitchen was clean, Fields too! So cook, don't be afraid!
And on the bake, I cook casseroles! for example this one or this
And congratulations on your new assistant! Let it serve for a long time and please with sweets.
I've been using mine for 3 years already, it's my first and favorite!
Venta
Irina, it's cruel to show you Recipes at night, thanks a lot for them and for the congratulations

Girls who are interested, [urlhttps: //Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=177119.1660]. 3 years have passed, and I still use this bowl.
I forgot something how to make an active link
olga4166
Devchuli, the question arose: which Fields is preferable with crust / dessert or with pilaf / jam? Which one is better and easier? What is the best way to start acquaintance with CF in general?
Irina.A
olga4166, in principle, choose what is preferable for you, my crust / dessert, which I practically do not use, but I would not refuse pilaf / jam, we love pilaf, we cook often
Venta
She promised to unsubscribe for bread, here it is, sesame.
2 hours of proofing on yoghurt (after an hour I kneaded) and the baking program 1 hour + 30 minutes on the reverse side (On Redmont baked: an hour of proofing on yogurt, kneading + 2 hours 30 minutes on the Bread program, where 1 hour is again proofing and 1 hour + Baking for 30 minutes). In my opinion, the bread is no different, neither in appearance nor in taste)

Multicooker Polaris PMC 0517AD (reviews)
Irina.A
Venta, great bread
Longina
Marina, why do yogurt proofing in Redmond if the Bread program includes proofing? This is what I liked about the oven, that there is no need for additional proofing.
Venta
Longina, usually the bread dough is allowed to stand for 2-3 hours. And then they bake. So I got used to it - I give the dough an hour to distance, knead it and let it come up again. In Redmond, the proofing on the Bread program is only an hour. So I did the first proofing on yogurt, and the second on Bread. You can, of course, distance an hour on the Bread program. Turn off the program and start again to start again with proofing ...But I was afraid to miss the time of the transition from proofing to baking, so for reliability, the first proofing in Redmond was set on Yoghurt or the Multipovar 35º program.

If the proofing in one hour is enough for you or you do the first proofing of the dough outside the multicooker, then yes, you can immediately on the Bread. It's just a matter of habit and personal preference)
Longina
Clear! I have 1.5 hours in my bread maker and then 3 hours in a slow cooker. I'm happy with the result.
Venta
Your first proofing in your bread maker. I don’t have a bread maker, so everything is done with handles. But the main thing is the delicious result
I also tensed after Redmond - what if, without the program, the Bread would be somehow not right)))))
Makhno
We have purchased a PMC polaris 0517 expert multicooker. I think it is not very different cardiacally from the previous model.
I liked making soups with a delayed start. Until recently, I did not believe that everything would be boiled and not boiled. The only thing was that the broth was ready, and the frying was done in a frying pan, all the same there it is more convenient and faster.
And so I put everything, spices, salt, except for herbs (you can use it at the end), set the timer for the morning and .... voila. The soup is delicious, everything is in its place, nothing is cooked. I advise ...
Who has such a model, share the recipes for pliiiz.
I didn't like the Extinguishing mode. It seems that there is not even 80C there.
The languor is also questionable ... what can you do with this mode?
I tried to make canned capelin on Slowing for 6 hours, in the end the fish was not ready, the bones were hard. I had to manually set the temperature and put out.
dimple
Good day!
Can you please tell me what replacement teflon-coated bowl did you take? I'm looking for something and everything is just ceramics ...
Longina
dimpleWho is the question? At one time, until the Polaris multicooker was covered, I bought a bronze bowl from Redmond. I don’t know where you are geographically, we have an online store Yul *** March. Perfect fit!

Hello friends!
There are a couple of specific questions, please tell me:
1) There are 0517ad, which everyone praises and 0517ad / g appeared, I found very few reviews, but I saw that the bowl is different and supposedly better, the price of 0517ad / G is much cheaper and this is strange, for 2-3 thousand, it is worth taking it or is it better to take a proven one?
2) I read that the classic 0517ad without the G prefix has a fig ceramic bowl - thin, light and not easy to clean, it is better to buy immediately an analogue of a Teflon bowl or ceramics, is that so?
3) If you still take 0517ad, then I understand the v3 version better, since a lot of programs have been finalized, and should version 3 be indicated somewhere on the multicooker itself?

To be honest, I didn't think they were still on sale. So the model is old. You probably don't need to worry about the version of the model. The first and second should have ended already. But if you are going to take this model, you can clarify when it was produced. The latest version has also been released for a very long time. The bowl of the first models is not just terrible, but very terrible. With active cooking, it will not be enough for 3 months. I blew off the dust particles and still one day everything stuck tightly. So if these are the same multicooker, then at least because of the bowl I do not recommend it.

Just wash any, if the non-stick coating is good.

Honestly, why do you need this cartoon. There are many more successful ones now. I will not advertise other brands, but in comparison after Polaris, I am only glad that I bought another. Straight heaven and earth. Heats up somehow sluggishly.I cooked porridge for 1 multi-glass for 1-1.15 hours. Only if you set it in advance so that in the morning they would be ready for baking biscuits. I rather didn't like the extinguishing mode. Yes, nothing escapes, but for the meat to be soft, even normal pork, you need to keep it there for 2 hours. In general, I recommend looking at newer models. They always have spare parts.
wingio
Victoria,
Thank you so much ! I would gladly consider, if you tell me the model, everyone in my circle fries and will not advise the model), I just found from the reviews that it was a good model, according to the reviews they recommend the redmond m150, but it is not in sale. I can easily make porridge myself, the main thing for me is to stew the meat and cook the fish, for this I take
anavi
wingio, let me try to tell you the model ... I have 2 of these Polaris 517s - one broke, the second was sent to the dacha. In general - IMHO - do not take an oval-shaped model - you lift the lid from them, and part of the condensate is drained into a saucepan or outside, it never gets into the condensate container. take a round or square. The best one I have is Steba's pressure cooker, but you kind of need a cartoon. not a pressure cooker. The best ones are multi-panasonic without any problems, but they are no longer produced. And take Martochka - a very economical and successful model, round, I have Marta 4314, for example. If you need anything - ask. But this is MY opinion, keep in mind!

By the way, the pots of Polaris - I have 4 of them - are terrible! I'm talking about ceramic with handles, gray inside. I bought it from Redmond - that's another matter. But Martha's ceramics - I really liked the saucepan, everything flies out right! And then with Polaris I was completely disappointed in ceramic pots!

wingio
Olga,
Thank you! Already looking closely, as the main meat told me, beef, chicken, fish, is it good in March? I personally always get rubber beef), I just want to elementarily darken and soften and it is advisable not to do it for hours)

Well, look, if the emphasis is on meat, then a pressure cooker is better. There really any meat is ready in 15 minutes. This is if you need it urgently. And if beef is softer, for example, then half an hour. I can advise you my multi, but again, one has already ceased to be released - these are Redmond rmc p-350 and rmc pm-400. I can safely recommend both, the sword does not disappoint in anything except porridge. And then, they also got used to cooking. But if you want just an ordinary multicooker, then you need to ask in the topics on other multicooker. But by the way, redmonds are fried too well. A relative's model 92s is also happy. And the pan, if it is universal, I can advise you to order it in "bowls of nek". This is if you decide to take Polaris. Their bowls are highly praised on the net.
wingio
Thanks again to everyone! In general, I look towards Martha 4314 and redmond pm 400 and compare them with Polaris, they are almost the same in power, cooking specifically white and red meat takes, as far as I understood, about an hour for all multicookers. There are few reviews about pm 400, but I just looked at the designs and they say the lid quickly breaks down, March seems to be not bad either, but even in YouTube I looked at the review there, the joystick finally seemed inconvenient, programs always skip, special thanks for the tip about the bowls, it's really straight inspire confidence)

I have a multicooker Polaris-517, I was very happy with it when I bought it 3 years ago. But then a wave of pressure cookers began: Shteba, Oursson of various modifications (5002,5005,5015) Unit 1210 and even Polaris for 3 liters. The last purchase for me was the Redmond-400 pressure cooker. Here she became a super pressure cooker for me. I just bastard from her when I cook. She can do everything her heart desires. I will bake, stew, languish, bread, and even under vacuum knows how to cook all sorts of goodies. I got pizza in it, baked the recipe from the recipe book and took what came with it.I also made a pork knuckle from a recipe book tastefully! Before buying, I read the reviews, not really believing in their veracity. I took a chance and bought it! I am now contented and happy, I do not want anything else!
