GIRLS FOR BAKING ONLY USE SOVIET FACETED GLASS OR 250ML, this recipe was still my mother cooked before there were no cartoons)))
mine are in full east. I make the filling sour cream with boiled dried meat, see the proportions to taste. I took 500ml of sietana and 250 condensed milk, and in the cold, preferably at night or at least 4 hours, the cakes are soaked and become a juicy single layer, super juicy and tender

I read in the internet that the non-stick properties of the ceramic coating can be restored if, for example, you make lecho in it, or some other dish with acid in the composition.
Has anyone tried this way to restore non-stickiness?
I answer my question
I made jam, there were sour apples, among other things.
So today I rejoice at the returned non-stickiness

The girls bought a multicooker yesterday. Today I began to cook, started with the "frying" function (I wanted to overcook it for the soup), put everything down, set the time for 10 minutes, the temperature was 160, the process started, everything sizzles, scurries, and the time does not go))))))) ))))))) As it was 10 minutes, it remains until it starts to burn)))))) I would rather turn it off, and she gives me an E3 error, got scared to turn it off from the outlet. Did I do something wrong? Or should I be upset and return the cartoon?

It is not necessary to be upset in any case. Look at the topic a few pages ago, we already wrote that at 160 it is better not to fry, it will start to burn too quickly. 140 seems to me optimal for overcooking.
About the time of the report was also in the subject, it does not start immediately in all modes, this is normal.

I can't say anything about the E3 error, I haven't had one, read on the Internet what it means. And about the countdown, my time does not immediately start to count down either, and if I do not close the lid during frying, as it is written in the instructions, then the countdown does not start at all. I am not very worried about this, because during frying you still cannot go far from multi, I always turn off this mode manually with the cancel button, as everything will be fried to the state I need. And regarding the temperature of 160, this is a lot, everything burned for me too, 120-140 degrees are enough, smart people suggested. I didn't seem to spoil my bowl at 160 C much, out of inexperience I made boiled pork according to a recipe from a book for a multicooker, the meat was burnt in the frying, and then I baked it again, and then I barely washed the bowl, and after this boiled pork I got food stick to the bottom. And the boiled pork turned out to be not boiled pork, some kind of burnt piece of meat.

The boiled pork recipe book will definitely not work. I read on various forums and almost everywhere it is done on extinguishing. I did it 2 times, everything works out great, if you first just fry on both sides until crusty for 10 minutes, and then stew for 3-4 hours. It turns out very tasty both hot and cold. It is better to take a 1 kg piece with approximately layers so that the meat is not dry. There is no need to turn the meat over during cooking, you can just periodically water it with the juice that stands out. Good luck with your cooking!

Girls, hello everyone!
Here's a recipe for a roast with prunes.
Pour oil into the multicooker bowl. Turn on the mode Multicook at 130 C and 30 min. When the oil warms up a little, load the pre-diced onions and carrots. We fry for about 15 minutes. Next, we send the meat, cut as for goulash, into the bowl. We do not put the meat all at once, but gradually, so that it roasts evenly and does not release too much liquid from it. When the mode Multicook will end and go to Heating, load the food processor sliced potatoes using the French fries attachment. Stir the sour cream in a glass of warm water and pour it into a bowl. Next, add hot water to the level of the potatoes. Salt, add spices to taste, barberry, prunes. Stir the top layer of potatoes lightly. We close the multicooker, turn off Heating and include Extinguishing for 2.5 hours. At the end of the program, stir the dish and turn off the appliance.

Agree!!! Buckwheat is super, rice (as a side dish) is super! And, interestingly, it seems that 25 minutes is not enough, but everything turns out great and fast. And do not interfere, follow!

25 minutes from the moment of boiling! just right! In a regular saucepan, it is also cooked for about 20 minutes

There is information from Lar4ik about the experience of baking using a silicone mold. And there are pictures. Not much, though. Take a closer look.

nuta! I got to the site, I take the recipes there, but I didn’t find exactly about the silicone, you will discard the link for me where it is written

the question immediately arises: is it safe for the bowl?
so I had the same question ...
and the theme opens directly if you carefully clean everything ***
theme title: Jam Pie
Lar4ik wrote:
And this "Sunflower" has already been baked in a multicooker. Has risen to the full form.

This is pie! I just didn’t understand - you put a silicone mold in a multicooker? So it is possible? Does the MV saucepan deteriorate from this? Probably, the heating is strong, because such a figured shape does not fit the whole bottom.
and the answer ... not about that at all ...
It is in the casserole. It was just the right size and everything was baked perfectly. And silicone can withstand temperatures, if I'm not mistaken, up to 240 degrees. It can hardly be higher in a multicooker. But it turned out the same.
that is, Larchik did not even understand that the question was not about the danger for silicone, but about the negative consequences for the MV bowl.
and no one further in that Temka laid out their pies in beautiful silicone molds
osa4843
Yes, this topic has not been raised on other forums for some reason! As I understand it, almost everyone baked with silicone in their ovens, he (silicone) is comfortable there, but what will happen to the bowl in mv, how will ceramics behave in relation to silicone? Here is the question !!!! I wanted to bake cupcakes in mv in tins and I was afraid !!! can anyone read about it throw off the link !!!

Girls! Here's what I found about baking in silicone molds (recipe "muffins with chocolate" in a slow cooker):
Only the question of the safety of the bowl remains open. In the end, you can buy Teflon for this, if you really feel like it.
osa4843
So then it may be easier to bake in the oven and not risk it !!! Of course, I want to believe that the manufacturers have taken this into account (foreign objects in the bowl). I watched on one of the forums how people make yogurt ... this is their whole science ... and they do it in glass !!!! And we are already in our cartoon in containers ... Pancake progress ...
Harisma
My opinion - I would not risk a precious multicooker bowl for three or four cupcakes in silicone. It will burn out somewhere else, everything will pester her.

Here's another answer from one of the members of the forum ... Once I decided to cook a casserole in silicone molds in a slow cooker. She put tracing paper on the bottom of the pan and put the molds on top. I cooked baked goods. As a result, all the casseroles had to be thrown out. The food has acquired an incomprehensible smell. The molds themselves smell now, which was not noticed behind them before. The molds are not cheap. So I don’t know what to sin on, but I don’t want to carry out such experiments anymore. I had a thought maybe there is not enough ventilation in the multicooker, so it happened ...
Manna
Girls, according to the rules of operation of the "ceramic" coating, it must not be heated dry, especially unevenly. The same applies to the "Teflon" coating. So, I would not recommend using silicone molds on baked goods. I only use silicone molds for steam cooking.
Sveta Nguyen
girls, I agree with you, but for a couple in uniforms for children, my sister makes meat and liver soufflé, just super, washes and desserts-ufle so try

Girls, please tell me, I'm going to cook steamed fish and at the same time rice for a side dish, do I need to put foil under the fish so that it doesn't drip into the rice (maybe it will be juicier) and what other mode is better to choose for steaming or cereal?
Manna
It is better to use the mode for cooking the dish that is directly in the bowl (Groats). If you lay the foil, then not over the entire basket, but so that there are holes for the passage of steam (that is, make a bowl of foil).

Happy Valentine's Day everyone

and a question
does anyone use a teflon bowl (PIP 0501) in our cartoon?
we bought today at MetroCashCarry for 750 rubles.
And now I'm thinking
while I put it on VarkaNaPara to boil.
Initially I planned to use Crust, Bake, Baking modes.
BUT there are holes on the sides that are provided for the handles of the native bowl.
How will these holes affect the cooking process?

It's clear about Fry (the lid is open) - I don't ask a question
Nuta_
0791,
The main thing is that the lid closes tightly, the recesses for the handles on the sides do not play a role.

Or maybe the bowls have different thermal conductivity and therefore heat up differently?
And about the "leak", if there is one, then it seems to me that the presence of handles is a small obstacle for this.
I think. that our Polechka won't cook worse from this.

that's for sure. Only I have not yet understood: is it good or bad ...
For example, now the noodles are fried at 160C as before at 140C.
I will have to test all modes with a new bowl in a new way

Girls, the handles of the saucepan are very sideways. When you close the lid, the silicone ring touches the edge of the saucepan. I have a Teflon pot since December. I did not notice a critical difference in cooking time. I bake in Teflon, and so I use it alternately, when I cook several dishes in a row.

Anya, absolutely, without any problems "crashes".
About a ceramic saucepan, I read reviews that stick to the ribbed bottom, I didn't have this, but carbon deposits sometimes accumulate in the honeycombs. There is no such problem with Teflon. And the Teflon bowl is not as sensitive to overheating as the ceramic bowl when empty.
