well, maybe not wet, but baking in a multicooker, in my opinion, is much wetter than in the oven, and I don't like that either, so I haven't baked anything in a multicooker for a long time.
In addition, just don’t hit me with slippers, I don’t understand why you need to go to the multicooker for 50 minutes + 50 minutes if it takes half as much in the oven? Of course, if she is ...
straight my thoughts
Moreover, at first I thought that I didn't understand something, BUT when I looked at Temki, where experienced multivar women spread pastries, I was convinced that it was just such a pastry! Some people like it, some don't.
For example, we liked the "wet" pizza without the fried crust on top. But this is Pizza mode.
And on the Baking casserole, I make a lush omelet, and several cupcakes that I liked the taste.

Girls, hello! today I made a great dinner, (honestly!) but I can't boast of a report ... They dared to do everything at once. Take the word?
Was available: a piece of pork (small, on the bone, I don't even know which part), leftover sour cream (a couple of spoons) and mayonnaise. The husband divided the meat brotherly into pieces - tomorrow it will go to soup with bone, pulp into four flat slices, well, such good portioned pieces (while our son is not we just a portion). I sprinkled them with a mixture of seasonings for meat (fortunately, their taperichi is sold for every taste), poured soy sauce on them and left them in saucers to marinate. I peeled two onions (I have a large one now!) And two carrots. Onions in half rings, carrots on a coarse grater. In the Field I put onions (half), meat on it, onions and carrots on it. I diluted the sour cream with warm water, added mayonnaise (a spoon, no more), drove 2 eggs into it (my chickens rushed !!!), mixed well with a whisk and poured everything into what I put in the cartoon. I put it in the "Bake" mode. There, by default, 30 minutes. It seemed to me a little, I added up to 45. The smell went in 10 minutes awesome! After the expiration of the time, Fields obediently switched to the Heating mode, at that time I fantasized something like a side dish in mikruh from yesterday's pasta and rice.
In short. The meat turned out - SUPER !!! Soft, juicy. I myself and without a side dish (carrots and onions served as it) managed.

ahh .. this ... I already wrote in this thread that I had a multicooker of a similar design, and there, yes, this key broke (the plastic there was, however, a little thinner), because of this, I did not take Paul at first I wanted to, but then I decided to take it - well, I didn't find analogues in terms of price-design-functionality ...
now I don't breathe on this button, so be careful, girls and boys ..

P.S. I will not tell you about warranty repairs, I’ll take it back from the Moscow region to the other end of Moscow, and even with a small child it was problematic, especially since that cartoon cost me about 2,700 rubles ..

they may, of course, try to refuse you - mechanical damage, but you insist on your own, let the examination be done, if that ..

lemon (from the recipe book) is quite "not wet"
and Tenderness (Melt margarine 150g, pour into it and stir flour (a glass - I have approx. 200g), sugar (the same glass) in the same bowl, then 3 eggs there and just mix it all (I mixed with a fork as in the distant 80s, when even whisks were in short supply), add a little soda and 2 tablespoons of cocoa. Stir again. Pour into a MV. Baking 50 + 30 minutes. I immediately took it out.)
well, and a cheesecake fair - I don't know, like not a cupcake, but not a cottage cheese casserole, but something in between (the first spoiler is her recipe)
Second spoiler - pictures

dough: beat 2 eggs into a strong whiteness with 0.5 multi-glass sugar; baking powder 2 tsp in a cartoon glass of flour, mix into the dough, a little lim. acid, 2 tbsp. l. cocoa. Grease the bottom of the cartoon with oil, sprinkle. Put the dough (compare liquid) on the bottom in an even layer.
Filling: grind cottage cheese 500 gr with sugar (1/2 multistak) in a slurry; add 1 tbsp. l. decoys. Beat 3 eggs into a strong foam, mix with cottage cheese into a homogeneous mass, put in the middle of the dough in a cartoon. The dough will creep along the edges by itself.
Baking 50 minutes. 20 minutes on heating (determine the degree of doneness by smell)

I put 3 large dessert spoons of poppy in 2 glasses of sour milk (that is, a total of 6 spoons of poppy). Flour (600 gr) mixed with 2 tsp. soda, mixed in cocoa there (leftovers from the can / in the recipe 6 tbsp. l.). Beat 6 eggs with 2 glasses of sugar. All (flour + poppy seeds + eggs) were mixed in a saucepan with a mixer. And poured it into molds. There is still dough left, I threw it into the MV for baking (50 minutes).
As a result, everything was baked great everywhere

I also divide this dough into 2 parts and add cocoa to one and cocoa to the other. I pour out the white half first, then the dark one and do not interfere.
The next time, a tablespoon of alternating colors turns out a zebra, and if you also mix the races in a spiral from the center to the edge, you get a marble pattern.
There is a photo, but I don't know how to post it. I just started to learn.

Agree! For this amount, it is safer to buy a well-known proven brand, and not a pig in a poke. I have nothing against Polaris.I have a cartoon - she! But, probably, you need to measure the price-brand-quality for manufacturers (or sellers ???) ...
Zima
Irishka CH,
agree!
and Polaris himself set the retail price, this is the so-called "minimum retail price", since at all points it is now the same to the ruble, as a bonus from the seller, free shipping - apparently the extra charge allows))
oh no, in one place I found a cheaper ruble 14989

no, well, the saucepan looks good, but taking into account the jambs in the programs in the 517 model, giving 15 thousand is unknown for what?
517 is at least worth adequate money.
Zima
Well, so far from the users only the representative of Polaris, who tests her, like she's all so cool .. clever horror.
collected in China.
And immediately from the minuses on the Pasta mode (I noted this for myself), I will copy the answer: "The product is laid immediately, so there is no signal. If desired, you can lay it after the water boils. The sound of steam coming out of the valve signals boiling" - in general, no sound notification about boiling water in the Pasta mode, this is not necessary in a pressure cooker, of course, you still cannot open the lid, but in the Multicooker mode it is necessary, to stand above it, or to catch steam, it is not always possible to fill the product right away.

well, the price is being discussed, of course, people did not expect this

in general, while the cat cried for information ...

but in general we are waiting for users on our site, because if Polaris pays for the Multicooker denyuzhku on this site there will be only good reviews, and the rest of the reviews will be deleted, special truth-lovers will be banned, as it was already in the history of the site during the "promotion" of Redmond and Ourson - so I I rarely go there ..

Hostess, tell me please!
which bowl for our multi is suitable for replacement?
Zima
yes, they flooded, now the formidable moderator will come, and there will be

so, spare bowls:
spare bowls with handles are not yet available,
without handles the following are suitable:
PIP 0501 NON-STICK INNER BOWL
PIP 0502K inner bowl with ceramic coating POLARIS

and also, according to a consultant in the store, bowls from Redmond multicookers are suitable (no one bought them from our branch, though), such:
Ceramic coated bowl REDMOND RB-C502 (RIP-C2)
Steel bowl REDMOND RB-S500 (RIP-S2)
REDMOND RB-A501 Teflon Coated Bowl (RIP-A2)
Irishka CH
Hmmm ... I rummaged around in my internet. I was looking for such bowls in Ivanovo. He gave me only M-Video and some other online store. Stunned! one costs 1290 rubles, the other 1490. Is it everywhere like this, or in our wilderness, what do they want and do?
gela
Yes, they are. I in Moscow in M-Video bought ceramic for 1400 rubles. It was 15 days ago.
irka84
I found out in Kirov they sell bowls for our multicooker ceramics with handles 1000 rubles.
jeanette
I bought, together with a multicooker in METRO without handles, ceramic 950r, and Teflon 750r. it was 2 weeks ago.
More precisely in the city of Kemerovo. In M-VIDEO, exactly these cost 1470r. It is very convenient to have 3 saucepans.

Girls, good morning everyone! I want to share with you the delicious I cooked for dinner yesterday. The dish is called Domlam. Who cares about the recipe for this.
We will need:
meat (any)
onions 1-2 heads
cabbage leaves
potatoes 5-7 pcs
carrots 1 pc
tomatoes 1-2pcs. or tomato. pasta 2-3 tbsp. spoons.
bell pepper 1-2 pcs.
canned corn 2-4 tbsp. spoons
greens
salt
pepper
condiments
water
(girls, the number of products is approximate, depends on the size of the product and your preferences, someone loves something more, something smaller)
And so, fry the meat in 1-2 tbsp. l rast. butter (I took chicken drumsticks, you can take any meat you prefer and cut it as you like). Fry it on all sides, (I fried it on the "Multipovar" 140g.) Salt and pepper. Cut the onion into cubes and put it on top of the meat, BUT do not stir. We turn off the "Multi-cook" mode and start laying out the products. So, put cabbage leaves on the onion (if the forks are not large, then you can put whole leaves, if large, then you can cut them into 2-3 parts) we put them so as to completely cover the meat and onions. Next, lay out the potatoes, cut into slices or slices, again who like more, salt, if you need to throw in seasonings. Put the carrots grated on a coarse grater on the potatoes, then put the tomatoes cut into circles (if there is no tomato, you can throw a couple of tablespoons of tomato paste), then a layer of bell pepper and cover this whole thing again with cabbage leaves, if you made small layers and you still have room for laying out, you can repeat sequentially laying out layer by layer as at the very beginning (on cabbage, potatoes, etc.), if not, then pour 2-4 on top of the cabbage leaves with which we covered our layer Art. tablespoons of canned corn. Pour 1-1.5 mult. glasses of water. All! Now close the lid and turn on the "Extinguishing" mode for 1.5-2 hours.
This is what I got when I opened the cartoon after 1.5 hours

Of course I am very glad, but I am overwhelmed by the fear of how to approach her, she is my first. Tell me where to start (it's not about instructions)

No one has yet regretted that they bought a cartoon, you can read our forum, there are many simple recipes that a beginner can cook! better try oatmeal. I'm talking about the regime. Put the porridge on the Oatmeal mode.
Be sure to try the soup (Soup mode). This is such a delicious meat, make it Stew-mode
I also choose baking for myself, because with Baking, not everything familiar from the oven turns out.
The Pizza setting for these yeast buns I recommend to everyone, from the recipe book weird dough. The pizza itself will not be fried on top. The upper ten only dries up the condensation on the lid.

Do not be afraid! Better yet, first read the forums about the features of our cartoon. When I first cooked, it was stewed potatoes with chicken, so I do it every 10 minutes. I looked into it, was afraid that it would burn or run away. And now I already know how much to put or pour, I set the time and calmly go about my business. And one of my first dishes was boiled pork from the recipe book, so it is better not to cook it according to this recipe, everything burned for me. And ask, there are a lot of good girls and experienced on this forum, I myself don't know what to do without their advice, thank you all very much !!!

and there are also features of each product
On the other hand, I got such a successful boiled pork, however, I did not fry it beforehand (as it is recommended in the book), but just put it on baking.

and now such an omelet turned out to be just wonderful ... I regret that I did not take pictures of the process itself ... I was afraid that it would turn out badly
made from three eggs, 20 grams dry. milk and 150 ml of water. All this mixed (without beating). I poured it into a silicone mold, poured water to the bottom of the MV to the bottom mark in a Teflon one! She put the mold in the middle. Baking mode 30 minutes. After 20 minutes everything was ready

this temka has my way. My ceramic. the bowl is still alive, healthy, it feels great, just now the "jam pie" easily jumped out of it ...

Hello sw. multicooker.
A few days ago, FINALLY, I bought a Polaris 17 (for 5.800 rubles).
She's just a miracle !!!! (you probably already know that).
First, I put an empty "steam cooking" mode (of course I poured water) so that the unpleasant smell of plastic would go away. This time, there was a smell during cooking, but no longer appeared.
Cooked pilaf from brown (Kyrgyz) rice. My changes to the recipe from the book: chicken meat, "frying" mode 20min, poured water 4st (5st as in the book - that's a lot!), Did not add oil draining, cereal mode incl. 2 times. Bottom line: the pilaf turned out to be amazing, crumbly!
2 times cooked buckwheat on the "groats" mode: 1 multist. buckwheat - 2 mult. water (buckwheat was well washed with water), it turned out what you need - "cooked not boiled."
Pumpkin porridge(I took the recipe from the Polaris website as a basis): I cut the pumpkin into large cubes + a little water and for "baking", then added 3 m / st. milk, 1 m / st wheat groats incl. mode "oatmeal", the cereal seemed to me poorly cooked (it was necessary, as it is written on the site, to wash it with boiling water!), I added 1m / st of milk and 3st / l of condensed milk + drain. oil, once again turned on the "oatmeal" mode. It turned out just incredible!
Cottage cheese casserole from the book on the "baking" mode it turned out very tasty, but "dense" (not airy).

Today I prepared a curd soufflé according to the vernisag recipe https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=176171.0.
And then the problems began: I laid everything down, closed it, chose "dessert" 1 hour + added 20min = 1h20min.
The countdown has started. After 20 minutes I looked at her - there is a "heating". I pressed cancel, then turned it off.
I switched it on again, chose "dessert" (1 hour by default) and 10 minutes did not pass on "heating".
I decided to cook on a multi-cooker 120 * 1h, the program worked fine, then the heating was turned on. The casserole did not work out very well, or rather it did not work out, did not rise, too dense. I think this is due to temperature changes ?? Because the author of the recipe has it just gorgeous in the photo.
Please tell me what is wrong, maybe I'm doing something wrong, or in the cartoon marriage.

Maybe someone knows a proven recipe for a cottage cheese casserole for our multi, so that it is tender and airy !!!

...........
Please tell me what is wrong, maybe I'm doing something wrong, or in the cartoon marriage.

Maybe someone knows a proven recipe for a cottage cheese casserole for our multi, so that it is tender and airy !!!
I read in the original recipe
in manual mode at a temperature of 120 * one hour.
this means it was necessary to set the Multipovar 120C and the time was 1 hour.
Dessert mode turns off when the liquid boils away. This mode is for jams, compotes, for liquid dishes.
And the soufflé had to be gently baked at 120C

Well why for a long time .... I did, and I do ... I tell you: take 2 liters of milk, boil, cool, remove the resulting foam. Pour the multicooker into the saucepan (just wash it thoroughly, you can with soda, and pour it over with boiling water), add the leaven, stir with a clean spoon (also boiling water), close the lid, and put it on yogurt for 14 hours (I set 6 + 8). Then divide the resulting yoghurt yeast into 2 parts: 1.5 liters. - eat, and 500 ml. put it in a clean sterile jar, and put it in the refrigerator - you will have a "uterine starter culture", you will ferment milk with it for the next batches of yogurt. You need to use the uterine starter culture within 2 weeks. Used like this - 100 ml. starter cultures for 1 liter. milk (if from store bags, then I do not boil), dilute and pour in jars, and in a cartoon for 8 hours. I just want to warn you about Evitalia - a couple of times I came across a fake, or a repackaged delay ...

Oh, Natasha !!! Thank you !!! I got it. Only our multi has special cups! In them, 2 liters will not be removed at once. Can the amount of milk be reduced? or will there be little for the leaven? Or dilute in 2 liters, pour into cups, and the rest, as recommended in the instructions, in a saucepan in a towel to the battery for the same 12 hours? (and to me on "you" !!!)
tysia
Irish, I started fermenting Evitalia even in a bread maker (I have an LV 2001 with the function of yogurt), there is a container of only 1.5 liters, and I diluted the whole bottle on it, and then 500 ml of them. left on the uterine starter culture, and the rest was eaten. So I think you can dilute it on our cups. Honestly, I would have done so, well, their dances with a battery bank ...

I haven’t picked up a remedy yet, I have one idea, but I need to spread it and hold it for a day, and I use the cartoon several times a day, so I’ll buy another pressure cooker, the multicooker will unload a little, then I’ll conduct an experiment.
The usual product may not work, aluminum oxidizes and becomes covered with gray indelible stains.

.. and yes, girls, all the same Pasta is buggy, and not only when installed for more than 8 minutes.
Last time I cooked pasta, there were still 5 minutes left on the display, I left the kitchen and after a while I heard a signal. It seemed to me that it took less than 5 minutes. But it seemed you couldn't sew it to business. Today I expose 8 minutes and after boiling I do things next to the cartoon, when there were still 4 minutes of the cartoon left on the display, the cartoon went into Heating .. that's an ambush ..

"but it seemed to me that they were asking how to wash the heating element, and not the bowl itself ..." - from Zima

I just meant a heating element
there are many ways ... but they are all at the peril and risk of the performer

I once wiped mine with soda and there is this type of iron (BUT NOT !!! iron) sponge from Amway.
Any kitchen tools usually contain acid, and from acid, silumin (it is alloyed with aluminum in a heating disk) darkens, and is not rubbed off with anything else, only polished. And from very good strong polishing you can get a hole
in a word ... it's better not to bother too much with this topic. The heater spots do not affect the cooking quality. And so it (this disk) is not very visible, there is always a saucepan

.. and yes, girls, all the same Pasta is buggy, and not only when installed for more than 8 minutes.
Last time I cooked pasta, there were still 5 minutes left on the display, I left the kitchen and after a while I heard a signal. It seemed to me that it took less than 5 minutes. But it seemed you couldn't sew it to business. Today I expose 8 minutes and after boiling I do things next to the cartoon, when there were still 4 minutes of the cartoon left on the display, the cartoon went into Heating .. that's an ambush ..
it is not buggy
as explained on Mulvarka (forum) - this type is specially disabled
It's not without reason that I wrote about "production features" a few pages ago

I cooked durum pasta (for the first time I ran the pasta program for 8 minutes for the first time, so that they boil.) Yesterday I decided to set it for 20 minutes at once, so as not to reinstall it several times. Yes, it was not there, the countdown reached 11 minutes and the MV just passed out without heating. I had to start again for 8 minutes by default, worked for 8 minutes and went into heating. Sheer disgrace !!!! Why mislead buyers like changing the cooking time, if it cooks this way and that for only 8-9 minutes, and also with a pier. porridge, at least 10 minutes, put at least 25 minutes, it still cooks the same way.

to our happiness there are only two such programs.
The rest are working as claimed.
I cook after Pasta (dumplings when there are more than 30 pieces) Warm up (which is 20 minutes on the menu).
