here (in the subject) more than once wrote that the MolKash regime is amazing
I even posted Polar's answer. ru that this mode works exactly for the specified time (i.e., if 30 minutes is set, it will cook for 30 minutes from the moment of setting!), However, the countdown starts from the moment the milk boils (this is about 5-7 minutes after inclusion). In total, with a set time of 30 minutes, the porridge begins to cook immediately, the countdown starts after 7-10 minutes, the cartoon turns off until about 8 minutes. That is, somewhere in the 8th minute, the MV will turn off. If you wait
If you include "normally" with the default menu 10 minutes, then after 7-10 minutes boiling will begin (active! at 99.8C - measured with a thermometer), then after another 7-10 minutes the countdown will begin (while the porridge is cooked at 87-93C), and at the end of the countdown (checked and confirmed Polaris engineer) itself! the maintenance of temperature (about 60C) will start after the sound signal. Total MolKasha is always cooked for 30 minutes !!!
Yes, since the milk was already boiling, when they moved from 30 minutes to 10, the countdown began immediately
Well, such an amazing mode
corrected after specifying temperatures. I measured it myself with a thermometer

made a hodgepodge. "2 carrots on a grater and an onion fried on a fry 120 degrees for 5-7 minutes, then cut the pork (200 grams) and also there, salami, boiled sausage, sausages ... I laid everything as I cut it. Then 4 potatoes and tomato paste , for a total of 30 minutes from the onion. Poured 2 liters of water, cut pickled cucumbers and tomatoes, salt and soup. And then everything as usual - olives, limo and sour cream))) I love hodgepodge.

and for lunch today I made pork with mushrooms in cream. I fried the onion with mushrooms (I had frozen mushrooms, stood on the top shelf next to the freezer, held them under water for about 10 minutes, and melted to the end). Then I cut the pork into small pieces and to the mushrooms, fry at 120 degrees for 30 minutes in total, until the meat is browned. then poured cream, to the general level, to cover the meat. Salt, pepper and stew. But somehow it was stewed strongly and I moved it to a multi-cook 100 degrees for half an hour.

And we use the "Groats" mode for pilaf. There is a description in the attached recipe book.First, a zirvak is prepared on the Zharka, then washed rice is poured, filled with water and Krupa is turned on. Then on heating for 15 minutes, and the pilaf is ready.

Girls! Today I tried to bake a cake. Even though Easter is still far away, I decided to practice. I took the recipe from the instructions for the bread maker:
  • dry yeast - 2.5 tsp
  • wheat flour - 450g
  • draining. oil - 100g
  • sugar - 4 tbsp. l., salt - 0.5 tsp.
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • vanillin - 1 tsp.
  • citrus juice. 50 ml
  • raisins, candied fruits - 150 g

I kneaded the dough in a bread maker on the Pizza setting, then loaded it into the multi bowl and turned on the Yogurt. The dough was left to stand for 1 hour 10 minutes. Has risen right up to the top mark on the bowl scale. I turned off Yogurt and turned on the Crust mode for 1 hour 15 minutes. Then she turned the cake over and kept it on the Baking for another 10 minutes. Here's what happened:

During the baking process, the dough rose so much that it even knocked out the lid. The recipe needs to be adjusted for our cartoon. I think that you need to bake on 3 eggs, and reduce the number of other ingredients proportionally. It turned out to be very healthy. And the baking time would be reduced by 10 minutes. Girls, does anyone have experience with Easter cakes? Please share.

Olya! Don't be upset. Maybe the cake recipe is not quite suitable for our multi, or a different mode had to be applied. Also Crust, for example, or even Pizza mode. There the temperature is up to 160C. You need to try and everything will work out in the end.

Yes, dry enough, almost like bread. Exactly the same is obtained if baked on a bread maker.

Yes, it's not too sweet, not for everybody. To make the cake less "ruddy", I put larger eggs in the dough.
There are other recipes for Easter cake, where 6 tbsp is put into the dough. l. Sahara. They are baked in other settings on a light crust.
Next time I want to try to bake a sweet cake on our cartoon.

More about sweetness. The presence of raisins and candied fruits fully compensate for the lack of sugar in the dough.

Well, if I'm wrong, correct ...
It seems like the yeast rate is somewhat overestimated, because a pack of yeast 11 grams (2.5 tsp) is designed for 1 kg of flour.
maybe they played so hard?

Multi cook for 100 deg. For 20-30 min. Based on the calculation, it will still stand 20 minutes on heating.
millet 1 mv glass
milk 3 mv cups Milk must be from the refrigerator
water 1 mv glass
pumpkin is better grated
Salt sugar.
I cooked it a couple of times, but for some reason we don't like millet.

Seasonings and spices add color to the pilaf. Try to cook with this seasoning, the color and taste of the rice is amazing.

I made yogurt according to the recipe from our booklet.
I don't know about cow's milk
I took a packet of tetrapak 3.2% fat, and a jar of natural activation.
I poured a glass of milk and a jar of yogurt into a saucepan (regular, not MV) and a jar of yogurt (then I read that 2 tablespoons are enough for the activation), stirred it well, and then added the rest of the milk, mixed it, poured it into jars, and put the multicooker in the jars in the crock-pot, with no lids covered in general, for the program "YOGURT" for 5 hours. After 5 hours, I closed the lids and put them in the refrigerator, after 2 hours I was already eating!

the difference in taste and texture of yoghurt is very significant. Depends on milk (fat content and manufacturer, are selected by the search method, thicker yoghurt with 6% milk). The taste also strongly depends on the sourdough, we did it on Activia (more sour), on Bio-Max (I can't describe the taste, we didn't like it), on Bifidobacteria (our Novosibirsk manufacturer produces Biovestin from the pharmacy) we have installed it recently. We liked this option on bifido, I don’t put sugar at all, because it’s absolutely neutral taste (not sour, not sweet, not yogurt). The only thing is that bifido ferments a little longer - 8 hours (I also searched for it by trial and error).

my husband would also like it !!!
but you can describe the process a little
cut the potatoes coarsely, medium into 6-8 slices. We put it on the oiled bottom in an even layer, salt it a little with fine salt. We turn on the Baking for 30 minutes. After 15-20 minutes we look at the state of the crust, if already "as we wanted", then turn it over, if it is still weak, then wait ... Then we turn it over, a little pepper (some more seasonings to taste (my husband does this), and 30 minutes Baking. If it's ready earlier, then turn it off. And to the table
I like this cartoon ESPECIALLY !!! that you can open the lid at any time and see if anything can be adjusted in the process.

1. Definitely - boil, to avoid trouble.
2. For the volume of 6 containers: the volume of the starter culture (a jar of yoghurt) plus milk to make a total of 1 liter. In principle, you can pour out a liter: the remaining mixture can be poured into the same yogurt glass or some small bowl - and there will be another portion.
3. Place directly in the bowl WITHOUT water, WITHOUT a rug (the temperature is not high there).
4. Close the lids to prevent condensation from dripping into the containers.
5. I did it on Activia (WITHOUT additives and NOT drinking!), On Miracle yogurt without additives. I liked the first one more. I also make varenets: I ferment baked milk with a jar of sour cream

I'm sorry ... I overlooked that the milk from the cow was not from the store ...
boil necessarily !!! then cool to temperature (not to drink hot) - if there is a thermometer, then up to 35-40C.
In hot milk, yoghurt cultures die.
A prerequisite for tender yogurt is ABSOLUTE !!! cleanliness (almost sterility) of dishes and freshness of milk and starter cultures to grow only yoghurt culture.
If the milk is a little sour, then you will definitely get yogurt, because.sour milk grows faster and more actively than yogurt (I've read it on the Internet).
If in the dishes at least a little bit of neyoghurt bacteria remain, they will grow, and the yoghurt will be tasteless

we are only on ultra-pasteurized we make yoghurts with milk, always excellent

With milk, everything is clear - we must boil homemade, cool to 20-30 g
- you can simply heat up from tetrapacks, or you can not heat it. MV will do everything by itself

Girls, I have already spoken about this in this Temka, but decided to repeat it again. I quote a couple of posts from another Temka about a yogurt maker:

Quote: manna

Maybe I'm, of course, too suspicious, but we can't know what the real life span of this sour cream, in what conditions it was stored, and what could have been divorced in it during this time, not to mention the fact that it is stored in plastic ... And then we place this mass in conditions optimal for the reproduction of bacteria, and how then can we be sure which bacteria have multiplied: friendly to our body or not.
We all know that the life of lactic acid bacteria is up to 5 days. How long does it take for these packages? And we all know that the production time is very often, if not always, tomorrow's ...And it is worth re-fermenting, even homemade, fermented milk with a life of up to 3 days in the refrigerator, otherwise it is not known that you will ferment ...
Something like that

Quote: MariV

When I had this miracle - a yogurt maker - I was a complete "teapot" in terms of making sour milk at home. Also for two weeks I used the store's "Activia" for fermentation. Somehow in the beginning there was no time for fat ...
Then I studied this issue, found suitable starter cultures from the Research Institute of the Dairy Industry, I try to buy milk either Udmurt or Mordovian.
The result is obvious, that is, specifically on the body!
Well, in the summer, of course, milk comes from a cow or a local goat - and I'll stock up on sourdoughs in institut!
This game is worth the candle!
Irina Orsk
So it’s not worth experimenting with yoghurts like fruttis?
EEEEH tomorrow I get my EKOKOM starter cultures, I will ferment my beloved Vitalakt, but most likely without using MV.
