and when I was buying a multicooker, an honest seller apparently got caught, immediately began to dissuade from Polaris 517, he spoke just about the saucepan, that it would quickly fail. Oh, in vain, I didn’t believe him, and there were no more on sale except for Panasonic and scarlet (they all sold out before the new year, I traveled almost the whole city, there were no Redmonds anywhere, but I found my own only in one store), but I wanted a pretty one , with a good design and to have more functions. Now I can’t fry and bake anything in my cartoon, and when I make an omelet, I don’t tear it off the bowl at all, and I have to wash the bowl with great difficulty. And I put parchment paper under the baking, I don't know if it's harmful or not. But my cartoon is only a month old, she was very careful with the cup. I need to buy a new bowl, I will probably take it with a Teflon coating.
And the question of someone like this happens in the steaming mode, cooked meat, set it for 60 minutes, but she only worked for 40 minutes. and turned off and did not switch to heating, I had to set a new program. And the same thing today was in the mode of milk porridge set the time to 10 minutes, and when the countdown went off it turned off after 8 minutes, and also did not go to heating. Am I worried if she started to fail? Can I carry it back to the store? although it's a pity, I'm used to it already.

Eh! I've also begun to notice such a misfortune behind my cartoon that everything starts to burn in it! although I treat her pretty carefully and I have already cooked lemon slices in it, but there’s no point yesterday making chicken drumsticks with steamed potatoes. How many times did I do this, nothing ever burned, but this time the time and food and their quantity are the same, and when the cooking time was over, I opened the lid and when I removed the tray with potatoes I was scared! the meat, of course, did not burn, it was overly rosy, but the onion turned into rabble! and to launder in general trouble was. I soaked it and boiled it with water, barely washed this burnt cinder. In general, I grew up a little bit!

katyukha1,
after milk porridge, the heating does not turn on, and in general the mode is unpredictable, after cooking for a couple I don’t remember, I rarely use it - it is necessary to check as for the earlier shutdown - are you sure there was enough water? How did you see that the mode turned off earlier? 20 minutes left and she suddenly passed out?
I did not turn on this mode for such a time, a maximum of 40 minutes - this did not happen, although even if it were, I probably would not have noticed - I am not standing over her, I signaled - then I come up ..
about a saucepan - there is such a nuisance, but girls - these are different things that stick and burn. My food just sticks - that is, the non-stick qualities are lost (I was ready for this, since I had already read a lot about such dishes before), and it burns - this is already from another opera - this is already a marriage, unless, of course, the user himself is not violated temperature conditions ..

yesterday stuck in the topic "utensils for cooking" and I want to repost from this topic, I hope the author, mr.Catlery, who is not just a specialist, but also a manufacturer of dishes, will not be offended by me

"The thing is that the sellers of this very" ceramics "did not tell what this coating is. And the technology is as follows: a certain suspension (sol-gel technology) is applied to the inner surface of the pan, which is then dried at a temperature of + 180C, forming a porous one" crust ". which is saturated with siloxane, that is, silicone grease (google it to wonder what it is still used for). As a result, this innovative" miracle "is obtained.Siloxane gives excellent non-stick effect initially, even better than traditional PTFE coating, but then gradually wears out, fading and transferring to the food. Silosan versus PTFE-based coatings? conducts heat very well and therefore such a coating can easily overheat. That is, a frying pan with a "ceramic" coating should not be used in the same way as a stainless or cast iron frying pan. It does not need to be preheated - in this case, the coating will "end" very quickly. Food and oil should be put into a cold frying pan immediately and only then heated. When cooking, avoid high temperatures and intense heating, make sure that there is always liquid in the pan, then it will last longer, but in any case it will be a maximum of a year and a half. Another "fairy tale"? which Greenpanovtsy from Anatres Trade fed consumers - this is supposedly "environmental friendliness" of the so-called ceramic coating (Thermolon) in comparison with traditional PTFE. Only this is why silicone grease is better (more environmentally friendly) than fluoroplastic, they themselves do not know Such a modern dishware business is lying, shameless, wrapped up exclusively on its own profit. And you citizens, eat silicone grease for health and change pans every 5-6 months. The more often you need to change the pans, the more you need to produce them and the more profit, such is the simple math "More: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=3127.0

I also realized that the milk porridge mode is not predictable, you can't get far from the cartoon. And I often use steaming, but I always set the time for a maximum of 40 minutes. And then I decided to steam the brisket in a baking bag, according to the recipe, the time needed was 60 minutes. I was in the kitchen all this time, cooking and watching the time, exactly in 40 minutes, maybe in 42 minutes. abruptly turned off and the water in the bowl was almost half, I checked it again before turning it on again. Today I'll try again, steam something for 60 minutes.

I read on one forum that the saucepan can also lose its non-stick properties if the bowl is washed as it cools, and immediately put back in the multicooker, and the heating element in the cartoon cools down for a long time, and the saucepan is heated to empty. They say it also hurts. But after all, when we make yoghurts, too, the bowl heats up empty, although not much, but still. maybe pour some water?
When my husband and I bought a multicooker, I thought that my husband would be able to cook in it without any problems, he does not have the time and desire to fill his head with this information as well, I specially chose that there were more programs. And then it turns out that you need to wash it carefully, wait until it cools down, when you cook porridge you won't go far from it, and even then you have to turn it on, use only a silicone spatula, etc. then he does not grease the porridge with butter and does not put the container for the double boiler, everything will run away from him, when he fries it is also necessary to change the temperature and remember which one is better to set, otherwise everything will burn. I had to write all these nuances on a piece of paper for him and stick them on the refrigerator. When he was buying, he thought that he had thrown everything, pressed the button and left, but it was not there. Now he bypasses her altogether, says to do it yourself, otherwise I'll ruin something wrong, you will swear.
If only they wrote in the instructions how to properly care for her, so that she would last longer, otherwise you have to climb through different forums, looking for useful information. I wanted to give my mom a cartoon for March 8, but I’ve already changed my mind, I will also have to compose a recipe book along with the multicooker, and you can immediately throw it away in the kit.

I understand, the cry from the heart, but how to say it ...
A multicooker is an electric pan, you understand, it does not cook by itself, it is just a tool in our hands ...
for your requests you have chosen the wrong model, on the contrary, it was necessary to take a simpler, with a minimum number of automatic programs, the most run-in model, of course, Panasonic immediately comes to mind, but even in this case, the inner saucepan must be handled carefully, it is very delicate ... All coated cookware requires careful handling.
When you cook porridge, you don't need to grease anything, just use the Oatmeal program - milk does not escape on it.
On the Yogurt program, the pan does not deteriorate, since at 40C the grease does not burn out. Well, water, of course, can be poured for your own calming and for a more even heating.
To always use a dry pan - buy another one to replace, for example, made of stainless steel, from Redmond - they say they fit, there is no coating and there is nothing to spoil.
And it is unprofitable for the manufacturer that the pan will serve you for years, it is beneficial for him that you change it more often, after all, it is no secret that the manufacturer earns more on spare parts and accessories than on the product itself.
And also from the psychology section - for a man to do something in the house, in no case should he be scolded, even if he burned your favorite frying pan into the trash for 5,000 rubles, otherwise he will not do anything ... I don’t teach, it’s just true .. there is such a technique: if you don’t like how I do, do it yourself (or yourself)

here, and everyone's mothers are different, my entire equipment brought to her house is idle - I use it myself when I come to visit, while others love it ..

Help with advice! I bought a polaris 0517 cartoon a week ago, checked almost all modes. When I cook milk porridge I add up to 30 minutes, and it, when 14 minutes remain until the end, just turns off without going into heating mode - I have to turn on the mode again and cook it. I do not know to carry it back to the store and will they exchange it for a new one? Did anyone have this?

before that we took Polaris 508, used only a week, cooked porridge every day, it never ran away in it.But the baking did not work, so they handed it back and bought 517, I wanted a more functional one, namely, that there was a yogurt regime, since there is a child, and he has a terrible allergy to purchased yoghurts, doctors generally forbade them to eat, even for children, as they say even in the most popular rastishka there is nothing, and the child adores all dairy products. Now I do everything myself, and we almost said goodbye to allergies.
Now I think I should have left 508, for porridge and omelets, since my husband basically only cooks this for breakfast, well, he can sometimes cook meat, but for me it would be better if he just went to the kitchen to eat, otherwise only losses from him stay in the kitchen, but since I do not always have time to cook or put the porridge on the timer in the evening, he has to himself. (when I cook porridge on the timer, I do it on a multi-cooker 90 degrees for 40 minutes, I have never run away). And for myself I had to buy this 517. Now I am thinking about the simplest and cheapest model for him to buy, and the child is growing up, so let them cook in it, it will not be a pity if they spoil it, only there is no place in the kitchen, it will be necessary to move something.
I just wanted a multifunctional saucepan without problems, as these multicooker advertise, but after reading the forums I realized that almost all models of different companies have their own problems. But I'm still happy with my cartoon, because it saves so much time, and everything even turns out very tasty. It's just that now, for complete happiness, like in the first two weeks of using it, you need to buy a new saucepan, and if I handled this very carefully, I will also blow away dust particles with a new one, it may last longer

Perhaps it's high time for us to create a FAQ and put it on the first page (ask moderators), does anyone know how this is done? And then every couple of pages the same question ... still it would be good to pull up the answers of the manufacturer's representative from a neighboring forum .. - of course he also has "pearls" - a la: "we deliberately did not do heating after milk porridge, because that after the end of the program, according to the recipe, you still need to mix it "
like the others who have this heating are so stupid, they don't understand elementary things

In my opinion, it works like that for everyone, read above, this mode is not understandable and not predictable, at first I was upset, but now I mainly cook porridge on a multi-cooker. Since our cartoon has many other advantages. And about whether or not they will exchange it most interestingly, so she herself initially thought about this too, because this mode does not correspond to the instructions for operating this mode stated in the instructions. I decided to leave for now. It will be seen further.

katyukha1,
there is no perfection in the world

if for cereals and omelettes and not to be sorry if they spoil it, it's really better to have some small and inexpensive one .. by the way, the same Panas released a baby, 4 programs in total - I really haven't studied the reviews - I just paid attention, and it's not expensive. ...
and for frying meat I dream of grilling

yet, in my opinion, multifunctional devices are a compromise,
specialized ones do better (faster and better) - it is clear that additional financial investments and additional storage space are their minus

So the heating, on my milk porridge, sometimes turns on, but sometimes it doesn't. This is also some kind of "pearl"))) It's just that Polaris once again messed up that with the 508 cartoon the whole last batch of baking does not work, and the 517 has a buggy mode of milk porridge, and now they don't know how to get rid of. In general, I think the store should exchange someone this mode is very annoying, referring to the fact that the mode does not correspond to the one stated in the instructions. Only I read on the forums that many with other cartoons of other models, also not cheap ones, also have their own problems in this mode.

in general, the seller is obliged to pick up and conduct an examination, which will show that the program does not work correctly and, if the buyer wishes, to return the money .. well, or exchange ...

yes, I read on a slow cooker that some people turn on the heating - people were laughing that this was already a modified model)) well, a jamb with this program, of course ..

but on the other hand, there is Oatmeal, and you can simply forget about this program ...

and most importantly, there is a Multipovar, which is quite flexible (not all cartoons have step 10C), if you have it, you can forget about most programs altogether ..

Quote: Katyukha1

Here's the thing, in many models there is no MILK porridge program, there is just Porridge or Krupa - these are more intensive programs, milk runs away on them - well, they don't eat milk porridge in Asia, what to do))))
Therefore, the user has to get rid of it in different ways: coat the sides with oil, put a double boiler on top, steam and so on ...

I wrote and wrote the whole Temka, but everyone reads only the last pages
molKasha always works the same (but NOT the way the manufacturer writes)
If you just put MolKasha + Start (by default 10 minutes), then the porridge is cooked for 30 minutes and the MV goes into automatic heating.
If you put MolKasha + Minutes (e.g. 25) + Start, then the porridge is still cooked for 30 minutes, while about 8-10 minutes goes to boiling, after which the countdown timer starts, which by (30-10 = 5, or 30-8 = 7) 5-7 minutes is reset, and the MB is turned off without going into heating.

That is, this is such a clever implementation of a user request to turn off heating

I have adapted to cook rice porridge on MolKash. The rest of the milk porridge on Oatmeal is great.

about saucepans
my ceramic "began to deteriorate" only in the third month of use. And I did a lot of useless things: I fried ice dumplings and cooked meat from the freezer into soup. And I just fried, baked, baked (I even laid out pictures for boiled pork), they often made chicken legs and potatoes on the crust
And when it began to stick to me, I first read about sour, tried it - it works
And then I bought a teflon saucepan and happiness came again
and I now have almost perfect ceramics. We cook only soups, yogurt, and something not hot to 100C in it.
Teflon on all unhelpful ceramics working modes

that's why I'm writing about the FAQ
I read everything in a row, and then some things that I myself have not tried are not deposited in my head (I'm talking about milk porridge),
after I had to wash the multicooker a couple of times, the desire to experiment with this program disappeared completely

As for the acid trick, I don't even know, it doesn't work for me
I cook cottage cheese every 2-3 days.Whey is a very acidic medium (my mother uses it to soak jars with lime deposits - she has very hard water), besides, I hardly fry .. Yes, I also cook fruit-dried fruit compote several times a week - and this is also fruit acid ...
- based on this logic, my saucepan should be perfect - but, alas, it is not ..
for some reason it is worse just after the compote is washed, the prunes have to be "ripped off" ((
gela
I have a Polaris 508, the saucepan was out of order after a month, now I bought a ceramic one, so I think how long it will last. I was lucky, my cartoon was without marriage and cooks very decently, the porridge never ran away, even there were no attempts. For a cheap option, that's it. I'm almost ripe to buy Polaris 517, but now I've read a lot, what problems she has and I think maybe Redmond 90 is so expensive because there are fewer tricky programs and the cup's coverage is better?
Of course, the coating cannot last forever, but still it should not fail after a month. At the bread machine, we don't change the buckets every month, but there, too, is the temperature, we pour glands and sugar, and all kinds of nuts, seeds, scrape over the coating. After all, the bowl must have a real shelf life, otherwise it is necessary to write in the instructions: "We recommend buying additional bowls right away, as their quality leaves much to be desired ..."

Yes, that's why I bought a Teflon saucepan, because I read that frequent acid etching is not useful.
I still have a fatter bottom, probably. I don't even wash the not very dirty bottom with soap, I just run it with a washcloth, which is a little greasy to the touch. Only if the smell is felt, then with washing mine. And always with only hands. Do not put in the dishwasher
I only cooked sour jam twice.
in general, the calculations on the internet (here they were also given in text) in comparison of Teflon and ceramics convinced me of the need to purchase a Teflon saucepan.

I just SO LOVE my little mullet-Polechka that I turn all the shortcomings into advantages
to me she SO EASIED everyday COOKING !!!
but I repeat ... we did not have strong punctures. The most unpleasant thing is the misunderstandings in the description, which are confirmed by the Polaris engineer that it was like "it was intended"

Zima
So I am also quite happy with this model - yes, there are jambs in the programs, but it fully satisfies my needs for everyday cooking.
For me, the price-quality ratio is important, and I am not ready to pay twice as much for a similar model, even if it is perfect (which is unlikely).
I think Redmond is overpricing .. IMHO

well, the multicooker, of course not "from head to toe" was soiled, when I tried to catch this milk cap I opened the lid, milk from the valve flowed back down the body and the non-removable silicone gasket or sealant was still poorly washed, I don’t know which one is in the lid, she was all in a fold and the milk was successfully distributed there - I had to pant, armed with rags, a toothbrush and other improvised means

once I had such a case ... only I did not catch ... and when I came, I saw a similar picture. I just can't say: a jet of milk would have flown out, flooding the kitchen (as people even write about Borki); because the milk "did not run" beyond the valve. It is dreary to clean out the valve, I agree

uh .. mmm ... but what about "Krupa"? and "Baking"?
katyukha1
I was today in an electronics store for my husband, looking for a gift, passed by the multicooker, they grabbed them very much. There are many elderly people who buy them and are not friendly with the Internet, what should they do? We will at least read here, we will discuss how. So I imagine my mother or mother-in-law who would buy a multicooker and something would run away from them, or it did not work as it was written in the instructions, or after 2 weeks the saucepan failed, not everyone has money to buy new bowls all the time, they would be very upset, dragged back to the store, and there are also sellers who do not like returns, they will hang noodles on their ears, convince that everything works fine, that you just have crooked hands, and elderly people take everything to heart. I think that our multicooker is still not cheap, I bought it for 7500, and we could have made a stronger bowl. She said to her husband that they had to buy a new saucepan, and he said, now you will buy a new one every month))) and we have them from 1000. How expensive it turns out, he says it was necessary then to buy a multicooker for 20,000 thousand at once, but I doubt that if you buy for 30,000 there will be no problems.

I realized that Krupa just cooks for 25 minutes at 120C. Because just yesterday I managed to make thin buckwheat on it, that is, it did not evaporate all the water
Baking ... I had the most problems with baking until I realized that recipes with a small amount of flour work well. Only after that, I began to get baked (the way I like) cupcakes. I didn't dare to make charlottes and biscuits yet. Ie.the baking mode itself is built according to a clear algorithm; the MV itself does not change anything there.
Touch mode - has no set time. The MV itself by the sensor determines how much more it should work.
Personally, I don't need this. and someone like it

I just came from Temka about Bork700 (their saucepan is also not perfect, its (pots) price is 10 tons), Bork itself is 33 tons. And you need to adapt to it

so I think about the same, that now what is expensive does not mean high quality. You cannot find a perfectly working technique now. About 10 years ago I bought a set of ceramic tableware, at that time very expensive, then only ceramics appeared in our stores, which I just did not do with it, I cooked in the microwave in it, and the meat and casseroles are different, and in the oven put it, and until now nothing sticks to it, and the dishes themselves are as good as new for so many years of intensive use.

And the husband immediately decided to fry the potatoes in it, only he wanted to try to fry the potatoes for fries, but he was frozen ... and now everything sticks and really the bottom is somehow not smooth (((((((now I don’t know what to do , I'm even afraid to cook something other than cooking and stewing ... and the pastries stick, it's a shame to horror ... where to buy another bowl now? and how to do it right so as not to spoil it again?
irulya85
but I also wanted to ask, maybe someone came across this ... when my milk porridge started to run away, I opened the lid, and the E3 error was displayed on the screen, it seems, I don't remember the letter exactly. In one of the groups they said to rinse carefully and dry for a couple of days, and not contact the service center as indicated in the instructions ... I did it, and it seems to work, maybe it was impossible?

I thought that my husband could cook in it without any problems
And what troubles can there be? I cook everything. Cut it, threw it, pressed the button. Much easier.

And the husband immediately decided to fry the potatoes in it, only he wanted to try to fry the potatoes for fries, but he was frozen ... and now everything sticks and really the bottom is somehow not smooth (((((((now I don’t know what to do , I'm even afraid to cook something other than cooking and stewing ... and the pastries stick, it's a shame to horror ... where can I buy another bowl now? and how to do it right so as not to spoil it again?

There are also Polaris Teflon bowls PIP 0501... They are not as "capricious" as ceramic ones.
The bowls must be handled with care. Any coating deteriorates during sudden temperature changes. This should be avoided.
Frying at maximum temperature is also risky.
About milk porridge I can't say anything, I don't use it.

Dear "advanced" users of the Polaris 0517 AD multicooker, I ask for your advice! I got this miracle of technology 3 days ago, tried to make pilaf - it was successful, I baked a marble cake - it was also successful, I decided to make a cheesecake, according to the recipe, set the "Dessert" mode for 1 hour 20 minutes, but after 5-10 minutes without a sound signal the multicooker I switched to the "Heating" mode, the countdown started increasing, I was wondering how it would end, so exactly after 1 hour 20 minutes. a signal sounded, in short, the cheesecake turned out to be delicious, I hope it is exactly what it should be, then I tried to cook hearts with potatoes in the "Stew" mode, BUT again after some time the cartoon again switched to the "Heating" mode and worked in this mode exactly 2 hours (this is the time programmed by default on "Extinguish"). So here's the question: girls, is it normal that she switches to "Heating" or is there something wrong with her?
when extinguishing, it does not switch to heating mode. Everything works as it should.

osa4843,
for frying and baking to buy a new one, teflon is better, in this one just cook and stew, in my opinion there are no other options?

And what troubles can there be? I cook everything. Cut it, threw it, pressed the button. Much easier.
troubles with the regime of milk porridge, sometimes it runs away and then it takes a lot of time to wash it. Or frying in it is also problematic, it happens that everything has already been fried, and it is just a countdown of the start time, or the last time I cooked for a couple instead of 60 minutes. - 40min. worked and turned off, there was water in the bowl. For example, stewing for at least 2 hours is a lot sometimes, but a multi-cook saves, but again you have to remember how many degrees you need to set. Baking is only 50 minutes, this is sometimes not enough, many biscuits are only 70 minutes. are baked. Also troubles for the care of the bowl. Many regimes did not live up to my expectations, since you will not go away about your business and you will come, and everything is already ready. But she also has a lot of advantages. And I bought it because of the multitude of modes, so as not to be soared, well, I liked the design.

we have already written about Zharka, but I repeat, the countdown begins after the device has "reached" the desired temperature, for example 140C, but the point is that if you have more than one oil in the pan, but products that contain liquid, then the meat, for example, was washed and not dried, it is possible to dial 140C only after all the liquid has evaporated, since the boiling point of the water is 100C, of course, in the process, the products are already being prepared with might and main and may even be completely cooked, since in this mode be healthy!

understandable, but I want to set the time for example 10 minutes. and do other things and after 10 minutes. on a signal to come and turn over the meat, for example, but it doesn't work, but again the multi-cook saves. You need to get used to it and adapt.

but I also wanted to ask, maybe someone came across this ... when my milk porridge started to run away, I opened the lid, and the E3 error was displayed on the screen, it seems, I don't remember the letter exactly. In one of the groups, they said to rinse carefully and dry for a couple of days, and not contact the service center as indicated in the instructions ... I did it, and it seems to work, maybe it was impossible?

it's just possible if you went to the service center to disassemble it and notice that you filled it, you would say you are to blame and do nothing, or you would do everything the same as you, if only they took money for it. It's just that many breakdowns in technology are easy to debug, you just need to know how.

but there is still a danger of doing self-repair, that if any other malfunctions arise, and you apply under warranty, they can see that you have repaired something yourself, and the warranty can be removed. Everything needs to be done carefully. There are all sorts of seals and other things on the technique, according to which the craftsmen determine what you did with your technique, for example, flooded, dropped, drowned, or disassembled yourself. And under warranty they may refuse to repair.

And I have the same question? I only make second courses on baking ...
osa4843,
I started baking with baked goods, but it seemed to me that the baked goods were too weak for yeast dough. and I switched to baking. And everything seemed to work out more or less decently. I wrote about my experience in baking cakes.

where then can you find this teflon bowl? I should know all these subtleties at once, otherwise it is advertised as a super simple device, but in the end, you’ll figure it out ...
and for the preparation of what, then, to use a ceramic bowl and for what a teflon one?

It is better to fry and bake on Teflon, cook and simmer on ceramics. This has already been written about a little higher.

the lemon didn't help my cartoon either. all that remains is to buy a new cup.
I just recently wrote in this Temka that excessive acid etching is not good at all. But how to define it as sufficient is an open question, therefore I got a Teflon bowl, and recently I use it much more often I put it in ceramic yoghurts overnight, we cook the soup in it. And that's probably all ... The rest is in Teflon.
I carcass the meat in Teflon, because I like to fry it before stewing. I always put the roast at 140C. You can leave for 10 minutes at 140C for meat, as soon as the crust appears at the end of 10 minutes. For vegetables (if you need to leave) then set 100C and then you can safely leave - they will not burn out in 10 minutes.

honestly i'm surprised
Is it possible to leave when frying on the stove?
IMHO !!! MV is a super assistant - everything is clean when frying! we need to move away for 10 minutes - set the temperature lower - and go, wait for the signal
By the way, MB was not originally intended as a roasting device.
and until THIS MODEL appeared !!!!! with such a huge range of frying programs / modes, I was not even going to buy MV.

please tell me the recipe for your jam
yes, there is not a recipe, but so what remained (a full cup of fruit slices) after my daughter's birthday, I threw everything into the bowl (then I just had one ceramics, and it began to burn), poured about 600 gr of sugar on top. There were 600-700 grams of fruit in a cup. Of the fruits were: mostly sour apples (that's why they remained), a little pears (5-6 quarters from the whole); a little bananas (I cooked bananas for the first time); and I 1 tbsp. l. I poured lemon juice into a multi-glass of water - this poured fruit with sugar (since without water, the Dessert mode is turned off).
That's the whole recipe

Ira, you are a thousand times right, and agree with you 150%. The multicooker is a wonderful device, an amazing assistant in the kitchen, freeing up a lot of time. But you need to read the instructions and, if you first met such a miracle, learn how to use this device. Of course you can leave everything in it and wait for the result, you can! But some modes require and your presence... for example frying... At first, it stuck and burned, until it came to me that the temperature should be reduced. And in the instructions, by the way, it is clearly written that this mode is performed with the lid OPEN! Indeed, will you leave when everything is squalling? But it does not splash!
I am VERY happy with my Polechka. Soups like from the oven, biscuits - awesome airy, stewing works flawlessly, porridge with a delay in the morning is such a delight to cook ... There are many programs, you need to get used to them and understand! Girls, dear, cook with love and everything will be OK!
