Here is a recipe for simple white bread for a large loaf from my Hitachi recipes (I've been using it for 17 years):
Wheat flour 4 d. glass or 600g
Yeast 2 tsp
Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Salt 2 tsp
Dry. milk 2 tbsp. l.
Draining. oil 20 gr.
Water 370 ml.

You probably have BORK 500 - recipes in measuring cups - download recipes for BORK 800 (recipes in grams). I did so - the recipes are almost the same, I wrote for myself how many glasses of bork = grams I weigh everything on the scales, so the recipes in different stanchiks are, on the contrary, inconvenient for me.

True, then an incident happened - I began to weigh the flour immediately into a bucket, which already contained all the liquid ingredients, and my electronic scales began to "junk", either the batteries were running out, or the presence of a microwave oven (I read on the forum that it could supposedly influence for work of scales). Well, in general, after I poured some flour through a sieve, my weight dropped to zero. How much more to pour, how much has already been poured - I don't know! Horror! I got some sleep. I have a Panasonic 2502 stove with a dispenser. I did not put yeast in flour (as according to the recipe), I poured it into the yeast dispenser. I had to wait for the start of the batch. When I looked after pouring the yeast - my dough is dry - it crumbles, I realized that I was pouring flour, I had to add a little water. See that the bun is correct. I was terribly upset, because already a deviation from the recipe. Already, the fact that kefir was added with milk, so then I also shifted flour and added water. The program was set as the main one for Panasonic - 4 hours. The bread was ready at night. The result made me very happy! And this suggests that the recipe is very good, if even with such errors, an excellent result and great taste were obtained!
