So I will want to.
And today I have already mixed a pie for jam, it mixed not badly, but it was not very baked even, the recipe seems to be this.
And yet I kneaded the dough on the noodles, oh, poor thing, he grunted interfering, I took pity on him and turned it off, collected everything in a ball with the handles, now the dough is resting, then I'll roll it.
Anna67
Trishka, at least it (flexi) can now be searched without a joint venture, but we bought it from T.A. from Germany, it was not even listed on our websites.

No, this bowl surrendered to me, there are three immersion blenders just a liter and a half, wash only three times more I look at xiaomi ... I did not find any reviews.

I have a Boshik 4, I knead the dough for noodles in a bread maker.
But here's what I want to say: I was always fascinated by the video of Jamie Oliver making homemade noodles without kneading at all. Chopped in a combine and not rolling - that's it. I didn't get it that easy. Interesting to someone, look from 6 minutes

Dear girls and boys

Several times I tried to buy a harvester and changed my mind several times.

The desires from the combine are mainly:

kneading yeast, dumplings, pancake and biscuit dough (the bread maker copes with yeast, but it cannot handle dumplings),

whipping cream, proteins, sour cream and something else.

If there is also a shredder and a blender in the package, I will not refuse, I will find where to use it. And so there is a bread maker and a simple mixer, a submersible blender + chopper and a Berner grater.

I was choosing between Bosch and Kenwood and came to the conclusion that I wanted MUM 54251. I reread the thread and now I have doubts. The model is "elderly".

Our MUM 54251 costs 225 euros, that is, a large package, even something that I did not expect.
There is a MUM 54A00 for 150 euros, but there is nothing but 2 whisks and a hook. In principle, this option should satisfy my desires for dough and whipping. But for the difference of 75 euros, I can get a shredder, blender, meat grinder, cube cutter, citrus juicer. If I want to buy something in the future, then already one cube cutter costs 75 euros.

Other models newer than MUM 58 ... MUM 57 ... etc. cost about 220-250 euros, but there the power is only 100 watts more, and the equipment is poor.

Tomorrow "Black Friday", you have to make a decision, what if someone responds?

Take MUM 54251 or well, nafig entot "cube"? Or to buy a "naked" MUM 54A00 and a nice-diter for 12 euros instead of a "cube"?

Money is not a problem, it’s a pity if the rest of the vechendals are lying around idle.

If money is not a problem, buy MUM 86 better. There power and cubes and everything else.
k @ wka
I have in the simplest configuration, two whisks, a hook. There is also a grater and a mixer.
I only use beaters, practically. I made cocktails a couple of times in a whisk jug. Once I tried to rub the cheese with a grater, I didn't like it. To be honest, I would only buy whisk.
For me, it's better to separate all these juicers and meat grinders-graters.
The problem is also (as for me) where and how to store all this. Stood at one time on the table, takes up a lot of space in the closet, I take it out very rarely. HP kneads the dough, and everything else with other machines.
But I have only 2 eaters. I cook little food.
Sometimes it is faster and easier to grate one carrot on a grater than to drag it all, and then wash
Something like that
kirch
I only use my own beaters. Everything else is dead weight and takes up space, especially the cube cutter. Bandura is so
fffuntic
Jeanne, decide on the main question, where the combine will be. On the table, always available, or in the closet, from where you plan to take out from time to time.
Immediately. If in a closet, then most likely the smallest equipment is needed. You will not drag the bandura around small tasks that can be solved faster with a knife and a grater. Be too lazy to pull out, install, then wash and dry.
If it will definitely be constantly within reach, then think about how often you need cubes. Because the 251 vegetable cutter with a cube cutter is much larger than the small standard vegetable cutter on other models without a cube cutter. Look outwardly at both. Estimate that you are ready to rinse more often.
The Boshes have a meat grinder. There are those who like it, but even they will not be able to say that it can compete with a stand-alone one in power, speed, and capabilities. At the same time, sometimes it is simply more convenient in terms of the number of movements, if you bake pies, turn the boiled meat, immediately attaching the meat grinder to the combine.
Bleder is relevant if you plan to use it. The blender isn't the most powerful either. For cocktails, not for dumplings. If you need more versatile, you need to look towards the freestanding. But again, if the combine is on the table, then it is convenient to quickly put it on and knock it down on the movements during cooking.
Calculate your tasks and buy.

Thanks for the answer.

MUM 86 is already serious, but there are none in our area.

I cut one carrot and one onion on a burner, of course, and store everything somewhere. My Kenwood bread maker is already old, and when kneading the cake, it creaks quite strongly, and she never dreamed of dumplings.

The combine with the bowl will stand on the table. The rest is "crap in the closet". Looking for a place ....

But something in my ear Zadornov whispers: take a fool, there will be no tomorrow. Was, was not - it is necessary to take a larger package, until the desire to buy again disappeared.

Because vegetable cutter 251 with cube cutter
The wrong word, it seems that more than the combine itself. While I was standing in the closet and did not want to get it, I now reduced the number of pots and moved them to the corner cabinet. It has become easier, but see for yourself, do you need a lot of these cubes?
fffuntic
but figs knows. The cube cutter is so big that I hid it too and bought a small unit. And in 251, the cube cutter is combined with a vegetable cutter, and a vegetable cutter at the Bochs is a paw when it is small standard. Here is a standard one you could use for one carrot, but the one with a cube cutter is a big question.
I would buy a standard Boshik with a small standard vegetable cutter included. Also keep in mind that you are most likely to buy a flexi whisk. And the rest separately.
It would be nice to have it in the complete set: more discs, flexi, a standard vegetable cutter, and the power, of course, no less than 700.
The rest can be decided separately. Strong blender, meat grinder.
I understand that the question is also in the preparation of a small amount every day. That is, most likely, then the thought will come to mind: you need a convenient mobile alligator, a medium-sized vegetable cutter))) - and this is clearly not in a cube cutter.

when she is small standard
Is this MUZ 5 VL1? I was thinking in the same direction, that's why I bought it for an inexpensive sale and still was equally lazy to collect ...
fffuntic
yeah, she is. But it is put and assembled much easier than cube cutters. And it's easier to rinse. It's even easier to just buy a freestanding little thing, but I like the rubbing of Bosch the most. Sharp knives - lovely, gently rubs.
If you put the plug on the thicket, then the rubbing will be right into the dish. There will be very few movements.

In fact, today it is a trend on the forum to buy a vegetable cutter for a stand-alone Bullet, there is a bunch of rubbing + an advanced spiralizer. An advanced blender is a ninja type.
That is, you can take cool, free-standing small units, and the combine can then be like a kneader, a cream model, and if there are nozzles, then some very special ones.
But the question is, how relevant is this?
Jeanne has to figure out what she wants to use more. Put nozzles on the harvester, or pull the little one out of the cabinet. There are also a lot of convenient little ones.
glykoza
From the cabinet I take out a Kenwood Triblade HB724 or mixer. I have a manual vegetable cutter - Burner, also at hand. The bread went over to the oven in the oven, and the bread maker will soon not be able to cope with the kneading and the oil seal is again letting liquid in the bucket. In place of the stove, I want to put a combine, and if you like everything, then send the stove to the dacha.

I want a disk for potato pancakes, or rather, I want toddlers themselves, but rub them on a grater. Apparently I need to meet with MUM 54251.
fffuntic
1. According to reviews, dumplings are made only by profikenwoods with kitschens. As dense as I have no idea, there was no such technique. Forget about dumplings in bosha. Ditch.
The dumplings are kneaded entirely with knives in a blender or in a Panasonic-xp, but then they are slightly modified by hand.

2. Soft dough Bosch makes very high quality. But it’s one thing in HP, another thing as a whole. And do not want to look towards the Panasonic HP? Workhorse. You won't know any problems for many years. In the harvester, you will really only make cakes, otherwise the panaska will rustle.

3. Rubbing Bosch - I have already confessed my love to her more than once. But it is the potato pancakes that always give juice (in principle, always - this is a prickly grater, although you can do it on a shallow one - but this is not for everybody), I'm not entirely sure that a huge cube cutter will want to rinse for potato pancakes every day.

On the other hand, you don't have to worry about making a choice. If you want - well, take 251. If it turns out to be something bulky - hide the excess in the locker (although this cube cutter is still that bandura, this is the only one that is very large) and buy a couple of little girls with your shitters for every day. Not a big problem, for potato pancakes, you can generally buy a separate small piece, like your kenwood.

Still, if you have a small family, you need a little of these potato pancakes, a couple of carrots, and so on, so I doubt that you will often use large baits.
I also have the same picture. I chose a Bosch combine as a dough mixer-cream model, and for every day I have a Bosch blender-vegetable cutter as small in size as your Kenwood. Moulinex-malyavka also have potato pancakes, which are generally simpler than ever, but designed for a very small amount of vegetables. At the filipka-small. Of course, it is most convenient to wash and collect the little ones.

Quote: fffuntic
If you put the plug on the bowl
And what exactly is this plug? Some kind of magnetic disk that is screwed in instead of a bowl so that the harvester thinks everything is assembled correctly?
fffuntic
After all, you can only rub with an inserted bowl. And the bowl below is inserted into the groove in one place. She presses on him. Look at the bottom of the bowl from the inside out at the bottom - there you will immediately see the ledge, and it presses on the lever in the round plastic base. Here you can press on the ledge without a bowl and deceive the combine. Any crush. I have a wooden flat skewer.

well, you can put a bag in our bowl, or foil, so that you can immediately pull it out and not rinse the bowl
Anna67
fffuntic, cool, you have to try - I thought it was harder than just sticking in anything ...
fffuntic
there it is just a good choice of the length of the skewer so that it rests against the opposite end, so it will not jump out. And round off the tips of the skewer on both sides, so that you can easily insert it, without sharp protrusions, as we have on the bowl.
I made a plug from the handle of a wooden spatula, or a plastic one. Not difficult.

glykoza, Jeanne, well done, good choice, I will support him because he lives with me. I also chose and suffered for a long time. And when I found such a complete set - there was no limit to happiness. Usually there is nothing in the kit, but that's all, and a citrus juicer (I use it), a meat grinder (I use it), a blender (always in use!), And a cube cutter (!) - okroshka in summer in 3 minutes, in winter - olivie. I don't know why, everyone thinks that it is big. The harvester itself is no more than any multicooker, even less. And I keep all the "spare parts" in a column cabinet on two shelves. Assembling and disassembling is a matter of minutes, washing is not difficult, just the bowls are large. In short, I love him!

Optimist, try on a different potato variety. Some cut raw potatoes, and only then boil the finished cubes in a double boiler. I really never had such a problem: not in Vlad, not in Moscow, not now. Eggs are probably harder ...
But everything suits me. Moreover, I even bought a large grate for a cube, and in the summer there was also an adapter for a cube cutter to get rid of the separate attachment of the vegetable cutter. Boshik came with my usual vegetable cutter, the cube was bought separately
fffuntic
yeah, a variety of potatoes, so that they don't fall apart by themselves. The truncated is soft, well, the eggs are also in the refrigerator right until they cool completely, it cools down and thickens there. Cold and planed. At the same time at the lowest !!!! speed. We plan raw on high, soft - on low. The egg yolk is bound to crumble, but it crumbles even when done by hand. If you don't want to wash a vegetable cutter, then buy for a penny a small round metal mesh for cutting vegetables (I need to look for a picture? Do you understand what I mean?) And push the egg through it. Simple, instantly, and you don't need to wash anything.

Jeanne, before, only one grate was given for 9 mm, but you can also buy for 12 mm, if you also have the same equipment as before.

To cut boiled potatoes on a cube cutter, it must be well cooled. For example, for Olivier salad, boil potatoes in their uniforms, peel and refrigerate overnight, and cut them in the morning.

I have such a mesh. Eggs only on it! I cut it in half and pass it through the net. In principle, you can cut the potatoes into slices and skip them too. But I want to automate the process.
I will try to boil potatoes and eggs in the evening and keep it in the refrigerator overnight.

yes, but also a super thing for vegetables. For blanks, for sote, for stew, for ratatouille. So I realized that the technology from the rat Remy, when cut in circles, I do not really like. An, yes, she is! But this is in the assembly, and the nozzle itself is just a round plump plastic disc. And this cup ... the vegetable cutter is assembled from it, it goes to all the graters. She lives in my closet on the shelf, cleaned it and does not bother anyone. Easy to clean - under running water.
Anna67
Ilmirushka, it (a cup) is twice the size of that vegetable cutter. Of course, I did not try to stick the "cube" knives into a simple vegetable cutter, but doubts about compatibility gnaw at me, it's not a flat disc ...
Charline-MT
Anna67, this is in the model where the cube goes initially, no one has the feeling of a "bandura" from a vegetable cutter. They, yes, change the insert with a knife and mesh for an adapter for discs and that's it. But those who bought the cube separately, they get two cases: a smaller vegetable cutter and a larger cube. This was also the case for me until this summer, until I finally found this adapter for discs per cube.
About your question about the compatibility of the knife and the grid of the cube with the vegetable cutter: no, it will not get up, will not fit and will not fix. Therefore, there are 3 ways: 1) have a cube with an adapter; 2) keep two cases for both the vegetable cutter and the cube; 3) limit yourself only to a vegetable cutter, if the cube is not important and is needed once a year ...
Anna67
Charline-MT, an adapter is it like a spoked wheel for a rim? Doesn't it come with a separate attachment or something?
I initially had a cube in the kit, which did not stop me from calling it a bandura and throwing it into the pantry away along with the rest of the discs. choose a grater, take out a bowl, assemble, disassemble, wash. If this is not a bowl of salad and not a large pie, then the grater and knife are faster.
