Share your secret about the price, how much did it cost, and the package is complete?

Thank you.

The result was a set for 215 euros: combine + cube + blender + meat grinder + citrus juicer + shredder and 3 discs. For 10 euros I got a disk for potato pancakes and an average grater - I haven't received them yet.

I was very pleased with the kneading of rye bread. I made a delicious cocktail with a blender, well, it was not the main purpose of the purchase, but it was not superfluous either.

it's great! I bought it about 5 years ago, it cost 12 thousand in the same configuration. Also lacking a medium grater and a disc for potato pancakes, I also wanted a flexi whisk. It would be somewhere nearby, I would have bought it a long time ago, but to order - my hands did not reach
Get yours, experience - share your impressions.
By the way, I often use a blender, my granddaughter comes, we always come up with some cocktails with her.

I join in the congratulations. It is very good that I liked the harvester. I am also looking forward to the impressions of use.

Ooooooo everyone, I ask you to help!

Previously, she lived in the same city and baked bread, everything was fine. Maybe he was not quite the same as here the experienced bakers lay out, but anyway better than the store one.
Now I had to change my place of residence again, and now the problem arose: even those results do not come out. At the output I have something that is perfectly described by a quote from one cartoon: "Use this brick to prop up the shed!"
I know that you need to start with the simplest wheat. Could one of you lay out or poke me into the place where the dough is kneaded in the combine straight through the stages. I'll tell you right away I read and watched the Admin article... Did not help.
Anchic
Charline-MT, I suggest moving to the topic with this question Help, nothing happens with bread !!! (Ambulance) There, explain in detail what you are doing. And post a photo of the result, this is a must. Maybe you can formulate what exactly you do not like the result, what you would like to get. Maybe without this it will be clear from the photo. Further, already knowledgeable people will be able to give advice. Now from your cry for help it is not clear what exactly to help with and what you are doing wrong. And I recommend moving to another topic, because it is just intended for debriefing in case of problems in baking.

Good day!
Can you please tell who bought Boshiki from computeruniverse - were there any problems with the warranty? And in general, does the warranty apply to combines purchased on this site for Russia?

And another question. I found one model, it has the DE prefix in its name, and I found it in the German IM. There are no such models in Russia. Does Bosch somehow release models by country?

I was looking for model 54251 - the impression is that it was taken out of production, I find it on the remains of some little-known IM. I just wanted a model with cubes, I found only 58252, there is no juicer, a disc for fries was added, a capacity of 1000 watts, but it costs 5 thousand more. I didn't understand why. Because a new model?
kuzashka
Svetlana_S, I have 58252 for almost 2 years, so the model is not new. I used a citrus juicer a couple of times in the past. Now, having a MUM-ku, I bought a tiny squeezer and also used it a couple of times. Is this bandura really needed? Although, of course, I do not want to overpay. Here I do not need a meat grinder from my set, it only takes up space. I often use cubes, and a free disk is in demand with us
fffuntic
power 1000 watts + additional disk + cubes, that's the extra charge. Someone will explain what the problems with the guarantee can be, if all fillings will be in place, the equipment will come without defects, it looks completely new, and the documents are normally executed with all the stamps and warranty sheets. Upon receipt, you just need to check everything.
Another thing is that some stores easily make returns, but only very few, and the rest are sent for the same examination after operation to the same service.
I have a 54251 power of 900 watts. And other pribluda, such as a blender and this squeezer, a meat grinder, and lie in a box. I don't even have a cube attachment, I use a small unit with cubes.
Consider how often you need to squeeze the juice. Rather, if there really was a universal juicer, it would be another matter. And this is only for citrus fruits.
Disk fries, in my opinion, can be useful to you more often, although I live without it and I do not need it
But if you use a cubed vegetable cutter, then the discs are more relevant than any citrus squeezer. Please note that you may want to buy more flexi.
Instead of any nonsense, it would be better if they included a flexi kit and a medium grater or julienne. You will most likely go buy more discs and a flexi whisk.

Agree! I even wanted to buy a basic package (purely a mixer), and there are nozzles for it, but it turns out much more expensive.

Any multi-cut. I have - Philips HR1388, I am very happy with it, but it does not have cubes.
With cubes, appeared
Electric multi-cutter "Black + Decker MultiPREP Slice 'N Dice"
but, so far, it is sold only from Americans and is designed for their own American network voltage.

Thank you so much!
Ukka
svetta, Svetlana, can I have some questions? You have a MUM4 series, I also ordered one at a discount, it cost 2590 rubles, this is at the price of an ordinary hand mixer. As a good planetary mixer, I needed it. What kind of MUM4, I know, in Gorlovka I had one, squirrels in spades, a gorgeous biscuit, I also kneaded something with hooks. In the MUMR1000 only corollas are included in the set. In the future I want to buy a set of discs, it was convenient for me. I'll look at Avito, you can buy it very inexpensively, this is an analogue of your FH. But the fact that flexi is for 4ki is good news for me. Where did you order and can you tell me the article?
And you wanted to bribe the cubes or did I confuse something? Well, this is much later and more for my daughter, I want to give her one like mine, too, but later. While I'm more interested in flexi. Thank you in advance for your response!
Svetta
Olya, yes, I have MUM 4756, it was fully loaded. But you're confusing me with someone, I didn't buy flexi for him. AND cube cutter for series 4 does not fit any model, so I really want to, but there is no possibility.

and why are you with me on you?

Ukka
svetta, Svetochka, I'm sorry, I probably got it wrong with the cube ... Straight and you can't dream ...
And I read about flexi, you and Natalia K. discussed it. Perhaps for her model. I went to read the whole topic carefully.
What attachments did you find most useful?

I found it, Ritochka Rituslya was writing about flexi for 4ki, but everything in my head was jumbled with joy ... I went on to read.
Svetta
Olya, I sold the citrus juicer as completely unnecessary to me, sold the leftover blender and something else. I still have a meat grinder, a vegetable cutter and a bowl for dough with whisk. For a vegetable cutter at the OLH I bought a small shredder disc + slices and really wanted another disc for fries, but very expensive, I will manage. And then I bought another glass blender for him for a penny.

But what can I tell you. If I had come across infa a little earlier about the Philips 7605 combine, then I would not have bought a Bosch Mum.
Let me explain.I had (and still have) a small compact Zelmer meat grinder, which was constantly on the desktop. For her, I bought a vegetable cutter attachment with shredders a long time ago, and she completely suited me. There was also a Zelmer mixer with a swivel bowl, which lived in a closet and was taken out as needed. But then I wanted to make the cream in a more voluminous bowl, and knead the dough not for 500 g of flour. Well, it started spinning! I started to wool websites, shops ... models, cost ... as a result, I found a wonderful version of MUM in neighboring Kamenskoye, went by train and bought it for 2400 UAH. Enjoyed and enjoyed!
But half a year ago here on the forum I read about Filipka and, as if by order, he comes across to the OLH for UAH 400 instead of the usual 700-800. Well, I grabbed! And what can I tell you - for my needs it turned out to be exactly what I unconsciously dreamed of all my life !!! I could easily leave my Zelmers and buy this Filia and not be fooled.
Now I don't get a vegetable cutter from Bosch, I have enough for 150% Filka. Moreover, I had a quirk to rub carrots in Korean as close to Berner's size as possible. Bosch rubs a little, and in Phillips it is! I now rub 1-1.5 kg easily. And Phillips is at my fingertips on the desktop, rinsed and collected, and for Bosch it is necessary to rearrange the harvester, get the vegetable cutter, wash ... That is, for me it is convenient when everything is within the limits of an outstretched arm and with a minimum of movement. It's just that I have very little space on my desktop.
I make sirloin and pancake dough, and dad made mayonnaise, the cutting is generally gorgeous on it.
And yes, I bought an additional disk for fries on the OLH for Fillet and also a fine grater just for carrots. I do not have enough slices for it in thick slices, but I thought that it was in Boch and somehow was not in demand at all from me.
This infa and pictures are in the topic Choosing a harvester for rubbing.

So think well, you are a practical girl, you will buy what you need.
Ukka
svetta, Svetochka, yes, the vegetable cutter is good, you will have to buy it in addition. And I also bribed the middle disk for Gorlovsky. It will be necessary to bribe for this, too. And flexi is a must. But all this later. I don't need a meat grinder alone. I have a blender Vitek, which is a soup cooker, powerful!

And then with dr (matchmaker, my granddaughter, my sweetheart, my daughter in December, too, others, I already bought a gift for ng), I completely lost my rut

You should have seen yesterday my burst of emotions upon finding such a price for Boshik !!!
An adult aunt has so much childish joy!
Taia
Ukka, look here about Flexy. There it is indicated to which Bosch models it fits.
MUM 4 is not listed.

MUM 4 not listed
Flexy, which is for MUM5, is perfect for MUM4 - this is how it was initially positioned.
That's Polga, it was successfully installed on MUM 48 (see. Bosch MUM Kitchen Machine Accessories # 212).
It works for me on MUM 4655, and when I bought it, I also had to search to find the part number and compatibility, since I ordered it from the service according to the catalog "on order", when it was not delivered to us, but in the catalog was listed only in English and without a photo.

Have Masinen, - Bosch series mum4xxx (the same as the purchased Ukka, originally equipped only with a hook and whisks), and she successfully used this attachment, including for kneading pure rye dough

(Masinen)

And here is her video on using the Flexy nozzle to prepare another recipe

Taia
OgneLo, well, great, thanks. The issue has been resolved.
I gave links just to dig in there or ask the consultant there. Suddenly our members of the forum will have no time to answer.
I remember that this topic, about Flexy and its compatibility, was previously discussed in our forum, but I did not follow.
Ukka
Taia, Taichka, OgneLo, Marina, thank you, girls !!!!
So, I will ask the children for ng instead of the already purchased harvester flexi nozzle!
Ukka
And that's who I have.
Bosch MUMP1000.
Food processor Bosch MUM 5 ...
Tests tomorrow.
Svetta
Olya, Congratulations! Cool handsome!
optimist
Ukka, with the purchase!
The red details adorn it a lot!
What else is there in the kit?
Ukka
Girls, thanks!
Includes only 3 standard beaters. I took it in Auchan at a discount, it turned out 2590r.The same is exactly on Tmolla and wb, it seems at a price of 3990 rubles.
optimist
For two and a half, you can take it, four is already expensive in my opinion.
I have a Moulinex planetary mixer with the same functions.
Ukka
Lenusya, an equivalent same model (only pure white) of the same Bosch in Internet stores costs from 5500r. So 3990 is its normal price. And in Auchan it is at a discount, they often have discounts, there were Tortilla at a discount at a good price, I also bought Polaris 3L cartoon for a promotion.
optimist
Olya, I readily believe. Bosch products have never been cheap.
Ukka
I looked at the nameplate, made in Slovenia. Well, mmm.

Tanya-Fanya
MUM44r1
What do you think? Is it worth taking? Good price now.
Is 500 watts enough to knead heavy wheat loaf dough?
sveta-Lana
Tanya-Fanya, Tanya, also interested in MUM 44R1, if you bought, share your review.
Tanya-Fanya
sveta-Lana, I bought it. I'll make a reservation right away, it cost me 3900 rubles. The package is minimal: two whisks and a hook. Actually a replacement for a hand mixer.
The power, of course, is small. Beats well, but takes a long time. With a hand mixer Eggs were whipped on a biscuit faster, but here you don't need to stand and hold anything, the main thing here is not to rush things- :)
With a hook I tried to knead yeast dough into pies at the rate of 700 grams of flour. In order not to kill the engine, Muki did not specifically report. I did it, but then I still had to beat the dough with the pens, bringing it to mind with flour.
It is very convenient to knead the dough for pancakes, pancakes, pies with a "sour cream" consistency, muffin dough.
The bowl is voluminous, high, small in diameter, nothing spills out. The top can be closed with a plastic transparent lid. the whole unit is very compact and does not take up much space on the tabletop.
sveta-Lana
Tanya-Fanya, thanks for the feedback, I have already opted for Bosch,
choose between models mum 44r1 and mump 1000, with metal. a bowl price 5921 rubles, with a plastic one 4971 rubles,
now I'm thinking about which bowl to choose, metal or plastic, they both have a plastic part on the bottom, so I'm thinking how strong it is ... plastic with plastic and plastic with metal, is it worth overpaying for metal. cup and what is the advantage in it.
Now I have specified the power for 44r1 500W, and for 1000 600W
gawala
Quote: sveta-Lana
how strong is it ... plastic with plastic and plastic with metal,
I don't know plastic with metal. Plastic with plastic, why should plastic happen? The bowl is strong, not thin .. I have been plowing such a combine for 16 years. TTT.
sveta-Lana
Galina, and what is your power? can dumplings dough be kneaded?
gawala
Quote: sveta-Lana
What is your power? can dumplings dough be kneaded?
500W. And I mixed dumplings, rarely, because my husband does not eat dumplings. But I only knead bread dough in it. If I also have a large kneader, I use only Bosch. The volume is understandably small, but for 500 g of Bosch bread dough there is enough "for the eyes" .. Biscuit dough is only in it .. and indeed everything is in it.
sveta-Lana
Galina, Thank you

Yes, not at all ..

sveta-Lana, Svetochka, my Boshik has both a plastic bowl and a metal one, so both are equally durable. I don't see any difference between them at all.

Interestingly, it will be possible to refuse the goods if, upon receipt, it is written on the nameplate made in China, because on their website it is indicated in the characteristics, they will not say that it was necessary to look carefully?
Ukka
Svetlana, when I buy at the World Bank, if I am not satisfied with the product, I refuse. Do not pay in advance, but choose payment upon receipt. Upon receipt, first inspect the goods, then pay. If the operator at the point or the courier resists, intimidate the consumer protection society. First, acceptance of the goods, then payment.
Have you seen an Internet shop in Auchan?

I looked at Ashan, no ... It's a pity ...
sveta-Lana
Olya, I don't have it in Auchan now, I'll try to order at the WB, I hope I'm lucky and the production will be Slovenia.
