Korean Tomatoes

Ingredients

Tomatoes 2 Kg
salt 2 tbsp. spoons
sugar 1 glass
vinegar 1 glass
vegetable oil 1 glass
garlic 4 heads
Sweet pepper 4 things.
bitter pepper 2 pcs.
any greens 1 bundle

Cooking method

  • I will say right away - the recipe is not mine, it was found once on the Internet and was remade for myself. Sorry for the lack of a photo - the fotik safely ordered to live a long time and cannot be repaired, and since we are finishing repairs in a new apartment, it is not on the shopping list in the near future.
  • So let's get started. In a 3-liter jar, put a couple of horseradish leaves on the bottom and put the tomatoes cut in half. We pass the rest of the vegetables through a meat grinder (the greens can be chopped, but I did not bother and twisted it too - I had the remains of basil, parsley and dill in the refrigerator), mix with salt-sugar-vinegar-oil and put on top of the tomatoes. Shake the jar and turn it upside down, leave it on the table for 8 hours (this, according to an unknown author, is done to make the top layers marinate faster), then turn it over to its normal position and you can try. Keep refrigerated
  • My comments after the tasting. I stood for about 1.5 days - very tasty. It seems to me that tomatoes and marinade can be laid out in layers in a jar. If there was a similar recipe, do not throw too much slippers ...
