I have a different one, but there is nothing complicated, if only for a timer, there are better instructions. And so take the recipe at first simpler, first liquid, then flour, salt, sugar in the corners, yeast in the middle in the deepening. Follow the kolobok, Admin told and showed everything about him. Exhibit basic or French. program and go ... It is advisable to read about the kolobok carefully. Or find a clone of your HP and download the instructions.

I have a Delfa DF104X. I bought it last year. I unsubscribe in this thread from page 9. If interested - find my posts and read. There is something about the peculiarities of our x \ n. This model is analogous to the Kenwood 350 (if not confused). Look for instructions for it.

Something is quiet here Neither new nor old. How are your breads? I am actively working with sourdough, she is already a mature lady, the bread is high and fluffy with a special aroma. The pastry continues to delight, perfectly kneads the dough into pies and cheesecakes, bakes bread perfectly. On the middle crust, a golden color comes out, I have not even tried the dark one. I have not worked with the whole grain mode yet, as I bake sourdough bread, my favorite mode is Dough and Baking. I bake almost every day, give it to my daughter, my husband wears it to work, they are surprised there, I haven't baked for decades ... and then Ostap suffered
mother
I just think that I also need to try something with sourdough, otherwise I began to miss something in the bread. I don't eat so much anymore.True today I was kneading the dough on dumplings, it turned out very cool
Lala
Be sure to try! It differs from yeast in taste and smell, after it there is no heaviness in the stomach. At first, my leaven was young, the bread had the same taste, now it is more mature and the bread changes its taste. And when she stands in the room (I'm preparing for baking), there is the aroma of green apples. I read so many different horror stories about yeast, my head is spinning. I know one thing, before bread was baked with sourdough and everyone remembers exactly that bread, considering it the healthiest. I also watched one video, so there the guy mixed water, salt, flour, a little butter in a bowl, put it on the battery for a day, the dough fermented. He then smashed everything on a baking sheet, smeared it, like he smoothed it out with a spoon and ... ... People know how! After that video, I calmed down, I won't be left without bread, I mixed it, I forgot for a day, smacked it, baked ...

Try THIS recipe. I love. Only at first I did exactly according to the recipe, and now I do it on ripe (sour) dough, that is,I do not put all the dough in the mold, but somewhere I leave the 4th part in a saucepan, add everything according to the recipe, except for yeast, and put it in the refrigerator (now just in a cool place). About a day before baking, I take it out, let it warm up, separate most of the dough, mold it and put it on the proofer. Then - into the oven. With the rest of it again: I add everything according to the recipe, except for the yeast, knead it in the fridge ... and so on. I really like this bread: quickly, without hassle and very useful. And I also replace ordinary flour with whole grain or its mixture with rye ... Try it, I advise.

Tell me there are recipes with powdered milk, can you replace it with something or not add it at all, what can you tell me?

Yes, the dispenser knocks that way too.
Powdered milk can be replaced with ordinary milk, you can take as much water as indicated in the recipe, i.e. dry milk + water = milk. You can just not add. This is not for everybody. Try it, look for your taste.

The links are thrown in order not to write the recipe, they save time. I think it's not difficult to follow the link; it is enough that you found it and wrote it.
If it is not written which mode, it usually means "Main".In general, flour-temperature-water-salt -... everyone has different, and tastes too, so choose YOURSELF for this recipe. Experiment, don't be afraid. I had not very successful bread, but throwing it away - this was not the case. And you will succeed. I wish you success.

1-New York I bake only in the oven, I haven't tried it in x / n, but I think it will work out too, only a different technology is needed: the dough is kneaded and rises in some other container, then it is crumpled, molded, raised and baked in x \P.
2- Wheat bread on ripe dough (self-leavening) baked and in x \ n, only controlled the rise: if it rose badly, then x \ n turned off, waited for a full rise, then turned on "Baking" in x \ n.
3- On the "Village bread" mode, only cakes were baked, and in particular, Royal. Recipe HERE
4- There are no instructions in Russian. I don’t use it. I take the recipes here as a basis, and then I create ...

sour cream 15% - 2 tbsp. l
honey - 1.5 tbsp. l
sea salt. - 1.5 tsp.
vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l
flaxseed - 1 tsp
The water was mixed with whey, honey, sour cream, warmed up to a warm state, in a bucket, then the sourdough, stirred, flax seed, then flour, salt and in the CP on the Dough mode, I control the bun, the mode is 1 hour 30 minutes, then I cover the CP with a towel, like only the dough rises two to three times, I turn on the baking for 1 hour 10 minutes. Depends on the recipe - if the cake is shivering. sweet roll with uzum, then I baked, I remember on the most ordinary main program or 2 fr, and if a cake with a bunch of butter and eggs, well try the KEKS mode - how long does it take? I don’t remember, but my mother’s stove has been living for the third year already, I have a friend, a big delfa, for kneading

In fact, every now and then we do not have a Keks regime, but there is a Sweet bread and Cake regime (I don’t understand what it is). So I think on which one

immediately starts mixing

While I decided to bake in a cartoon. While the Cake mode is very interesting, is it really that long? And what is mixed there for such a long time, the biscuit does not like when it is strongly sausage, it then becomes like a cake.

I have a 938 model, I am very happy, and even for the money. But it has a drawback, it is a very short cord, I recently had to put it in another place, but I could not connect it. And if the cord itself is changed, then as far as I know, the guarantee will not be valid.
