Lula, I have a slightly different hp, but the principle, I think, is the same. The instructions say that after the end of the program you need to wait 5 minutes, and then get the bread out of the bucket. That's what I do: after the end of the program I unplug it from the socket, after 5 minutes I open the lid and take out the bucket. if this is not done, then the bucket is heated for another hour. Somehow I was not at home and took out the bread about 1-1.5 hours after baking. The sides of the bread were very hard, dried out, and the bottom was sweaty.

Elya, thanks! Just now, I am finishing baking the second loaf, now I will do it as expected. Yesterday's bread, after heating, really has a rough crust.

Lula, not at all, delicious bread!

I'll get you. I read in the topic about Darnitsky bread that some kind of toothed blade is used for rye flour to knead the dough. Should it be included?
I only had one shoulder blade, no teeth. Is this the norm for Delfa or the store is undersized?
My stove is like this:

I didn't have light either. Read the complete set in the passport.

Eh ... it means that pure rye bread is too tough for us.

Eh ... it means that pure rye bread is too tough for us.

Rye bread does not depend on the type of scapula. Rye bread must be baked, especially pure rye, which cannot be baked in a x / oven.
But wheat-rye - you can bake in any x / oven Gingerbread man made from wheat-rye flour (master class)

Only according to the programs in this CP there is no rye bread, it is necessary to adapt.

Well, after a month has passed since the acquisition of HP Delfa DB-1348, I can only write enthusiastic odes to this model. It seems that the stove is like a stove, but no! I have something to compare with, my friend Moulinex, Aunt Zelmer. A friend of us has been treating us with bread for a couple of years, my aunt also gave us a loaf a couple of times. Both the one and the other make good bread. But mine, in Delfe, tastes much better! And this is not bragging, I have already given both breads, they also noted that a completely different taste and texture. Moreover, I baked one of the first loaves exactly according to the recipe of a friend, according to which she bakes in Mula. A completely different bread, although the recipe and ingredients are the same. In Delfe, the crumb turns out to be quite special, at the same time airy, tender and at the same time dense. The crust is thin, but crispy, unless of course in the French program. At the same time, the bread almost does not crumble, although I have not tried any recipes - from rye to sweet. In general, I am happy as an elephant, and with a clear conscience I can recommend this bread maker to anyone. For little money, it is in no way inferior to well-known brands, and in some ways it even surpasses.

Several images to show exactly the crumb structure.
