Good day of the master of bread! I am just joining your, I hope, friendly family. I gave the stove to my wife a couple of weeks ago, but due to the catastrophic lack of time for my wife, I master the basics of baking myself. During this time, I baked several loaves of white bread (according to different recipes), one black one, and today I just got whole grain. So far, everything is pretty decent. At first, since I love fried bread, I put it on an intense crust, but I managed to change or get bread in time. Using the poke method, it was reduced to a weak crust and without subsequent heating. It turns out the most THAT! There are a lot of questions specifically about this model DELFA-104708 because the information in the instructions is not just meager, but none at all !!!
Perhaps the moderators will enter the position of abandoned Delphi users and add this brand to the list of bread machines. Then there we would be able to exchange, only we know, problems.
The fact is that on Delphi, even the modes are spelled out differently than on other stoves. An urgent question: after the kneading in what mode to cook KEKS, if there is no such mode ?! Yes: Baking and there is CAKE.

This is my second bread maker, before that it was Burning. Bake the cake if it is good with yeast on the baking program, if the cake with soda then the dough program is better for about 15-20 minutes. And then the baking program.
