Delfa 938's proven wheat and wholegrain bread recipe.

water 320 ml (t ~ 40)
salt 1 h / l
sugar 1 tbsp / l
wheat flour 1c 250 mg
whole wheat flour 250 mg
vegetable oil 1 tbsp / l
egg 1 pc
dry yeast 1.5 h / l

Dissolve salt and sugar (I put honey) in water, add flour, make a hole in flour and add yeast, put egg and butter in the corners. Mode 3 Whole grain bread, weight 900 g, medium crust.
At the first kneading, I help with a spatula, sometimes you need to add 1-2 tablespoons of flour (the dough should not be spread over the bucket). When the timer has 2 hours left, you need to knead the dough again, otherwise it will rise strongly and the hat will fall through. I take out the dough and shape the bun with my hands.
For 3h40min we have a wonderful hearty and healthy bread.
