I can only answer in terms of yeast: I like Saf-Moment the most. I use whole grain flour - if you have any questions about it, I will be happy to answer. If you just need delicious white bread, I think almost any premium flour will do.

I have been using a measuring glass from my LG bread machine for three years now and bought another measuring glass with accurate graduations. There were never any punctures. But I baked a bun according to a recipe from a Rolsen bread machine (bun with raisins) - it didn't fit me, it turned out to be low, rubbery and the crust was too fried. Baked in the "sweet bread" mode, the dough was liquid, like sour cream. Maybe you need a smaller liquid and set another mode to fit longer?

There are two options:

I thought that I would send Perfezza, while Delphi had a guarantee, on a well-deserved vacation, but it was not so! Anyway, sometimes my Perfezza works, although Delfa is free at that moment. Why? Because they produce different types of bread, and perceptibly. In Perfezza the bread is fluffier. What is the reason for this? I don't know exactly yet. But there is a difference, and it is not very noticeable on white (made from premium flour) bread, but on wheat-rye or from C / W flour it is felt ... And not in favor of Delphi ... it rises worse. Although it seems like it should be the other way around: Perfezza's bucket is high, while Delph's has a "loaf", that is, lower, but wider, and there should be more space for the dough, which means that it should rise better ... but no ... I think that the fact that there is only one main batch in Delphi plays a role (although they write two batches in the instructions, but in fact there is one continuous batch, that is, they did not separate the first and second batch in time by lifting , and did the second right after the first). Well, and then the rise, workout, lift, workout, that is, two workouts. And Perfezza has two kneading and one kneading. Although on the "Village bread" mode (5:15 without baking) the cakes came out good. So my x \ n do not replace each other, but complement. But if anyone needs exclusively white bread, then Delphi will be just right ... IMHO.
