Girls, I came again with questions ...
- once put the soup on "chicken broth" on the timer and went for a walk with the child. Upon arrival, I was unpleasantly surprised - the program did not finish its work on time. Before that I already cooked on the timer, everything was fine. The cuckoo clock works exactly. What is the problem? The end of the program worked 20 minutes after it should have worked. The program was turned on at least an hour and a half before the required time
- who makes a delicate baby omelet (eggs + milk) in a "double boiler"? How much time to set? I put 4 minutes and level 3 for an omelette of 8 quail eggs, which seems to me a lot. What do you think?
I rarely use the chicken broth program, unless I boil the vegetable soup, that is, the whole bookmark at once. I don't like chicken broth for this program, it turns out muddy.
I don't make an omelette for a couple, I pour it straight into the bowl, you can put 2-3 minutes in time and after the end of the program, wait a little while with the lid closed, the omelet will "reach" until ready.
And about the program on the timer, you still need to try something and preferably on Chicken broth, so that you can make sure that this is an accident or a pattern.

Girls, I read somewhere about a cottage cheese casserole in the "multi-cook" mode, can you tell me where?

On the Stew, make a casserole, I did well, and on Chicken broth, it's not bad. You need to look for a multi-cook, but if you do it on a multi-cook, then set the temperature to 110-115 degrees for at least 25 minutes.
What do you want on the Oven? At level 1, 40 minutes
It is possible on Biscuit, casseroles there are the same normal ones.
Tat_yanka
Tanyulya, thanks, I don’t know why I wanted to use a multi-cooker, it just seemed a bit dry to me on the oven)))
julifera
I already had the Oven and Roasting at 1054 even at the 1st level, the potatoes burned a couple of times even in 15 minutes, it's good that I heard the smell and turned it off ahead of time, otherwise there would be cinders.
Multi-cook at least the temperature can be adjusted

So I made a cottage cheese casserole from Admin several times and each time the result is different. It turns out not fried, and even overcooked. Next time I reduce the cooking time by 5 minutes, and it comes out crispy again. : girl_red: It seems to me that the result of the prepared dish also depends on the products.

Of course, in this case it seems to me that the same depends on the sugar content. And I also noticed that the cuckoo heats up in different ways for many, for someone on the 1st level everything is normal, and for someone it burns and quite strongly.

Girls, tell me please, where did the topic "Recipes from the instructions for CUCKOO cooked over again" go ?! I was leaving for a vacation, I didn't appear on the forum for three weeks ... and here's a surprise - "The topic or section you are looking for is missing or unavailable for entry."
ange-linka
girls, I only have a slow cooker for two weeks, so sorry in advance if the question is stupid.
many recipes say - turn on the frying mode and cook with the lid open, stirring.
but my cartoon does not want to cook with the lid open, it immediately gives an error when you open the lid and end the program, or does not turn it on if you try to turn it on with the lid open.
How do you manage it?
cartoon I have a cookie 1054.
kirch
Open the cover and then turn the lever to the closed position.
ange-linka
girls-boys, please help, who had this?
the steam release valve seems to stick and the steam does not come out either during cooking or when steam is released.
everything was washed and cleaned, it worked, and then suddenly it stopped.
noticed when I couldn't open the lid after cooking the soup on a multi-cooker. my husband moved the valve, steam poured out from there, but the valve again and again pressed against the multi, I had to pick it up with a knife so that all the steam came out and the lid could be opened.
washed everything, cleaned it, started it again, and again the steam did not come out :( what did we do wrong, what about the cartoon, can we fix it ourselves or have to give it to the service? I worry: ((((((
Galinka-Malinka
I had that too. And sometimes the steam is being released, but the steam is not coming out. I have run steam cleaning several times. It seems to have passed.
ange-linka
Thank you, we also started steam cleaning, now steam is coming out - in steam cleaning.
God help me.

There are a bunch of recipes above your post and all are proven, each has its own author. Choose any.

Last night, I still overcame my fear of this cartoon and cooked up a little of all sorts of goodies according to the recipes indicated in the topic. They write the truth, saying that you start to cook on the cartoon and the stove is no longer needed. I confirm! The deep night stopped my vigorous activity :) True, I put milk porridge for the night :)))
Pilaf (practically without fat - we cannot) sooooo even nothing happened. Maybe I will subtract a little water in the future, and so the cartoon coped with 5 s +. Loose rice, not porridge. The household liked it very much. My husband lost 2 plates, although he doesn’t have so many ...
Then she put the cottage cheese casserole Oven 1 level, 110 degrees. 30 minutes.
The result was not very pleasing - the casserole is delicious to insanity, but the bottom is somehow very reddened. I'll even say it's burnt.
How does anyone handle this? I understand that many of the pastries in this cartoon burn ...
Maybe turn down the time? Or temperature?

Can silicone molds fit? Or is it useless?

What modes do you use on curd casseroles, and on baked goods in general?

And another immediately question - how does the Roasting mode differ from the Oven? As I understood in the Oven, the temperature is slightly higher. So can you try a casserole on Fry? At the lowest temperature level? Or will the top not be baked in this mode?
Here somewhere in the subject I saw steamed cottage cheese pudding from Admin ... Can I cook this way?
Tanyulya
I'm glad the first pancake is not lumpy.Baking is fried (I can't say that it burns too much, but some complain that it is too much) both on the oven and on toasting (induction affects). I often make cottage cheese casseroles on the Multipovar for 25-30 minutes.
You can make cottage cheese casseroles on Biscuit (you don't need to bake a biscuit there, it won't work, I've exhausted a bunch of products, but I never baked the Biscuit biscuit mode))
I don’t make baked goods in 1054, at first it didn’t burn on the 1st level, but now it’s very strong.

I also prefer to cook casseroles in Panasonic, where the temperature is much lower on Baking, so we set the time to 50 minutes - 1 hour. and everything is fine. And in Cook I would do on Multipovar, like Tanyulya advises. There you can play with the temperature as much as you like IMHO the pressure should probably be turned off ... or not? Tan?

I did it with and without pressure, for cottage cheese, in principle, it turned out to be not so important. Here, of course, cupcakes and biscuits under pressure .... well, kind of "knocked down"
julifera
Girls, the moment came at 1054, when I was pinned to turn off the pressure on the Multipovar, that is, to cook on it without pressure.
As advised - in the first 10 seconds after starting, I turn the knob to raise the valve, but the program is cut off.
What am I doing wrong?

And there it is not possible to turn the knob, the program is immediately interrupted (at least it always does for me), I just remove the pressure with the Reset button and that's it.

I also remember about the button, I’m sitting now reading the instructions - there’s some kind of rebus, I remember what I saw, I can’t find it.
And the lever, yes, always resets the program.

I found it here:

Multi Cook program Pressureless cooking

You can cook without pressure using the Multipovar program. To relieve pressure, after pressing the "Start" button, immediately press and hold the "Timer / Reset" button until the sound signal. After the audible signal, the valve will click and the information screen will change from "under pressure" to "no pressure". The pressure can be relieved only in the first 10 seconds after pressing the "Start" button.

Important note: in the programmed programs (on a light background) the pressure is not relieved.

If the cottage cheese casserole is on a multi-cooker for 25 minutes, then what temperature is it desirable to set? About all the rest of the pastries, it probably does not matter - the oven will still be better + the shape can be of any size. But with casseroles in the oven as it is reluctant to climb.
And on a biscuit, what mode (temperature, time) would you recommend for a casserole? I will try this and that. The main thing is that there is practically no toasty bottom. If, of course, this is possible at 1054.
Marihuna
And by the way, silicone molds will not help, at least partially, in solving this problem?

Biscuit is an automatic program, everything is there by default. On Multipovar I do everything from 110 to 120.
Forms will certainly help to avoid burnt bottom. You can try to lay the paper on the bottom, I haven't tried it ... I won't say anything.

I would not take risks with silicone molds for one simple reason - quickly kill the pan cover.
With a weak coverage of the bottom with the product or weak interaction of the product and the bottom - the saucepan instantly heats up and runs half empty, this destroys the coating much faster.

With a paper sheet - a more acceptable option, there will be good contact.

I am happy with the multicooker as an elephant. They practically stopped using the stove. But, given the reviews about the unstable coating of the bowl, I decided to play it safe.
While the model has not completely gone into the past, I thought about buying an additional bowl for 1054. It seemed to me that I saw a mention of this somewhere, but now I can not find it. Can you tell me where you can buy a cup (if, of course, it is possible at all)? And if you order from Korea, which model do you need to focus on in order to 100% fit?

And another question. Has anyone made baked apples in it? I saw somewhere a recipe from Tanyulya, but she wrote that she did not do it herself, this process is described purely theoretically. And who did it practically? What modes are needed and temperature? Do you need to pour water on the bottom of the bowl?

I cooked these for a couple and with frying.

For a couple, I did it at 1010 30 minutes, I exhibited the Multi-cook.
In 1054 on the Steam Cooker, the Turbo mode is enough for 10 minutes, although it depends on what size the rolls are, you can set 12 or vice versa 8.

Good afternoon to all Kuko lovers! Please welcome me to your community! The third day I use a multicooker, there are a lot of questions. Girls, can you tell me how to cook beets wholly in 1054 for vinaigrette and other things? Somewhere I found a recipe in the steamer mode, but I want to try it on a multi-cooker (it seems to me faster there).
If you do not cut the beets (slightly larger than average), 15 minutes at 110 degrees will be enough? And is it necessary to cook, laying it on a stand (like Aunt Basia)? Can't you put it in water?
Who cooks how? Please share.
At the same time, how many minutes to put on a whole carrot?

Whole beets on the Multipovar can be boiled not on a steam plate, beets directly into the bowl, add 2 m of water and set for 12-15 minutes. Carrots and cooked for 8 .. well, of course it depends on the number and size of vegetables.
Marihuna
It's baked. I've already thrown off the recipe. But how to cook boiled? On Multipovar?
Admin

On a multi-cook, 110 *, the time depends on the quantity and size of beets, 15 minutes is enough for a few medium beets.
Marihuna
In general, I cooked beets. Entirely. True, I did not cook in water, but on a steam stand, water level 2 each (I read Aunt Basie's recipe). Put Multipovar 15 minutes 110 degrees. It turned out to be not enough. I put it on for another 10 minutes. The beets were cooked normally. There were 4 pieces a little over average.

I didn't dare to put it in the water. Now I think maybe beets would be cooked faster in water? Just 15 minutes, not 25?
