1. Do not turn on the ice cream maker for the first 2 hours after transportation, in order for the refrigerant to settle down.
2. The manufacturer insists that the mixture for the ice cream maker should be cooled to 6-8 degrees before starting the process. I wanted to use the mixture at room temperature sometimes
3. Melted ice cream should be consumed immediately (p. 38 in English, bold letters). They really have all the recipes on eggs and yolks, so I see the logic. I make ice cream with starch.

I mean that I gave a recommendation to use the microwave to thaw ice cream from the freezer - I take my words back for ice cream on eggs

When my ice cream maker arrived, it was packed in a total of three boxes. Outside - large - Amazonian and two boxes - packaging of the manufacturing plant. So, the boxes of the manufacturing plant were slightly torn in one place at the bottom and, as it were, depressed. Regarding the cooling of the mixture - if you use room temperature, it will simply cool down much longer. Perhaps it will settle a little while stirring and cooling. But here you have to experiment. Maybe with some recipe it will be okay and start cooling in an ice cream maker from room temperature.
