Yesterday I made Apricots with Cream ice cream according to Chadeyka's recipe, today I tasted it, very tasty
Recipe

100g dried apricots
170g sugar (originally it was 270, but it's too sweet!)
200g cream 10%
OK. 200g water + 50g for starch
10g potato starch

Pour dried apricots with water (about 0.5l) and boil until soft.
Strain, save the broth.
Process dried apricots with a blender or wipe through a sieve, weigh them (you should get about 250g).
Add the remaining broth with water to 330g, add sugar and boil the syrup. Dissolve the starch in 50 g of water and pour into the boiled syrup. When the mixture thickens, remove from heat.
Add dried apricot puree, cream and stir.
Cover the finished mixture with a film so that it lies on the surface of the jelly, cool and refrigerate.
Strain the mixture, pour into an ice cream maker and freeze for 40 minutes.
Transfer soft ice cream to a container and freeze.


Only I did it on corn starch, out of habit.
I boiled dried apricots for 10 minutes until soft, and boiled it was 150 grams, I added the broth to 250 grams and blended, it turned out to be very tasty puree, like fresh apricots, and did not filter anything.

For all three minutes, press the button, wait 5 minutes, turn on the lid with the blades and you can fill in the prepared liquid and forget for 35 minutes and wait for a click - after which the blades start spinning in the opposite direction (this means that the ice cream is ready) turn off the blades and you can eat, there is a lot of it, the leftovers can be in a container and in the freezer for up to two weeks. Passion fruit with banana is delicious, and the smell! Also very tasty ice cream made from ice cream strawberries with cream, etc. It is not even close to compare with the store. The main thing here is tasty and fast cooking.
