You can also score in the search "backlash of the scapula, Panasonic bread maker", so read there, do not re-read

Yes, the first couple of pages were enough for me, everything is fine with a spatula))

Good day everyone! I join your ranks of hp owners and bakers. I decided to bake a cake. And I’m not friends with yeast dough, I want to entrust this business to HP. A newbie question on technology arose. I put the ingredients, set the dough mode, and that's it? Do I need to give the dough some time to come up later, or do I take out the ready-made dough from the HP, put it in a mold and put it in the oven?
And another question arose, for the cake test, which mode should you choose: basic or French?
Oh, I found one answer in the instructions, you need to let the test come up again. How long does the dough fit? 30 minutes?

Put the dough in the Main-Dough mode. Lay out the finished, suitable dough in forms, by 1/3 of the height. Let me come. When the dough rises to at least 2/3 of the height of the mold, you can bake in the oven at 180 degrees. Willingness to check with a wooden stick.

Hello everyone!
I have had this bakery for a very long time ... So I decided to find out in what year I purchased it. But over the years, unfortunately, the check was lost ... Is it possible to somehow determine at least the release date for the bread maker itself? Is there this information somewhere on the case? I found the numbers printed with paint: 101214. If this is what I need, then how to decipher? Help me please!
Countryman
Anna-konda, I have numbers on the Panasonic 256, bought in March 2011 on the bottom of the HP
101213

Maybe they both gave us some BU stoves? And the numbers are their inventory numbers in the organization - the former owner?

Works, by the way, like Cinderella.

Found the decryption, hurray! Where do you think? Of course in the user manual! This manual is in two languages - Russian and Ukrainian. So, the decoding is only in the Ukrainian part of the leadership. The first two digits are pik, the third and fourth are the month. Thus, ours with you, Countryman, bread makers were made in December 2010. It turns out that I also bought it in March 2011 (I remember the month of purchase). That's it, now I can sleep well.
Unfortunately, after so many years of perfect work, it broke down: the plastic part of the drive crumbled ... Now the dough cannot be kneaded ... Repair is expensive. I have a dilemma before me: repair or buy a new one.

Buy a new one! There is no point in spending money on repairs.
Like all equipment now, it is designed for a certain service life, other parts in it are also impermanent, replace one, another will fly, so you will pay all the time ...
Your stove has worked for 6 years, for the Panasov 8 years is a sufficient period, you almost worked it out, so it began to crumble.
In addition, the new stove will work better, the stirrers are new, the bread will not stick to them, they will not get stuck in the loaf.
With the increase in the service life of the CP, the crust becomes more and more dark, with the new oven you will return to the correct one, especially for sweet baked goods.
My Panasonic 255 worked for 7 years, it is still in working order, it works in the country. But the mixer was almost gone, it started to get stuck in the loaf all the time, replaced it with a second one (how good it was that came with the rye dough!). And it roasts more than when it was new, the white bread is more tanned. So age-related changes are clearly present.
The new 2502 has been in operation for almost a year.

Anna-konda, Repair of course! My Panasonic 255 worked for 8 years, it is still in working order, the wear of HP is practically zero, https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=445.1900 a bucket and a spatula do not count, these are consumables requiring periodic replacement, if desired, of course
Anna-konda
Thank you for participating! I decided this. I will repair it this time, but if, God forbid, it breaks again, I'll buy a new one.
