Duck breast with Italian herbs and apple jam

Ingredients

duck breast, fillet 5 pieces
seasoning kotani taste
Black pepper or pepper mix taste
Apple jam 2 tbsp. spoons
water (boiling water) 2-3 st. spoons
grated carrots taste
olive oil 2 tbsp. spoons

Cooking method

  • Turn on Shteba on the "Frying" mode, without waiting for a signal, pour oil and throw carrots, I had frozen. While the carrots are fried, dry my duck breast, knead the breast with apple jam, boiling water, seasonings in a separate bowl. We send the meat together with the liquid to Shteba, fry it on all sides, until the "sauce" thickens. Then forcibly turn off the frying, turn on the "meat", pressure 0.7, time 15 minutes. After the signal, the pressure was not forcibly released. The duck gave juice, it turned out to be moderately sweet, moderately spicy. Beans with tomatoes and pepper are well suited for garnish.
