Tell me pliz, but how can you bake bread in manual mode, so to speak. That is, I have a limited time right now, and I won't be able to wait 4 hours on the main mode. I didn't understand where to press for proofing the dough. The gingerbread man has already been kneaded, but what to do next? Didn't find REST))

If you did not knead in the "dough" mode (there is immediately time for proving), then just close the lid and wait until the dough comes up, then turn it on for "baking" for 50-60 minutes.

On which program did you knead the dough?

And if it's not difficult to explain in more detail, I can't find such an inscription on the display, I only have an inscription: jam, dumplings, pastries ... but the "dough" did not find this.

What should be written and how many minutes is this TEST mode?

Our ovens do not have a separate proving button. All proofers are "crammed" into the programs. If you are in a hurry, you could set the "fast" mode. In this case, we are talking about increasing the amount of yeast. If very little time has passed since the mixing, then you can still change the "main" program by turning it off with the "start" button and set the "fast" program again (the stove will repeat the batch). Bread cannot do without proofing. If you still have questions - ask.

Probably you were kneading on the program "dumplings". Then, if you are cold, then take a bucket and put it in a warm place. Let it come. And then turn on "baking".

probably .... I kneaded dumplings on the mode, this program worked for 20 minutes. and baking there is 30 minutes, is that enough? I thought why it’s about 50 minutes bread is baked ... in short, I was afraid to experiment and put it on fast mode
Mila007
no, 30 minutes is certainly not enough. My baking is programmed for 60 minutes. 10 min. added or subtracted. And as for your HP I do not know. It seems to me that you can add more. Someone will surely tell you who has the same HP model.

YOU did the right thing by putting it on fast mode. And a separate program, BAKING, is set manually for the time you need. Starting from 30 min to 1 hour 30 min.

Lover, if you continue to bake on the fast program in the future, read here:
