Festive jelly

Ingredients

Pork legs (chopped into 3 pieces each) 2 pcs
Beef 800gr
Turkey 500gr
Water 200ml
Bay leaf 2 pcs
Medium onion 1 PC
Garlic 4 cloves
Pepper (allspice, black, red) Taste

Cooking method

  • Put pork legs and some of the beef with bone in the "Stew" program for 3 hours. Add a whole head of onion, spices, garlic 3pcs to the water. I put the laurel later.
  • (I always bring the meat to a boil, then drain the water, wash the meat and only then start cooking). Take apart the bones, leave only the pulp and jelly parts, add the rest of the beef and turkey pulp. Add laurel. Simmer for another 3 hours.
  • After all, decompose the jellied meat into forms, add 1 slice of chopped garlic and pour the broth.
  • Aspic with so much water can turn out like stew
