Fish cutlets with oatmeal (Steba DD1 pressure cooker)

Ingredients

defrosted pollock fillet 600 g
fatty pork or lard 100 g
egg 1 PC
bulb onions 1 PC
oat flakes 1 mst
vegetable oil for frying how much will it take
breading (bread crumbs + corn flour) how much will it take
salt, black pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Prepare minced meat from fish fillets, bacon, onions, eggs and oatmeal (I used a food processor, adding all the ingredients and chopping, you can scroll through the fillet, bacon and onion through a meat grinder, but then it is better to chop the flakes a little or take small ones). Season with salt, pepper, cover with foil and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Form small cutlets, roll in a mixture of corn flour and crackers, in the Frying mode, fry in vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.
  • Put the fried cutlets in a bowl, splashing a little water on the bottom, otherwise they will stick. Close the multicooker, the valve is "closed" Fish mode 0.3 bar 3 min.
  • Bon Appetit!

The dish is designed for

12-15 pcs

Time for preparing:

2 hours

Cooking program:

Roasting + Fish 0.3 bar

Note

Cutlets are very tender, juicy, oatmeal is not felt.
When forming cutlets, it is better to sculpt a small size, since it may be difficult to turn over.
Cornmeal gives a wonderful, strong crust that softens when steamed. In the absence of, you can use ordinary flour.

musya
nata_list, but it doesn't matter what kind of fish to make! any will be delicious
Vaneska, I have not tried it, but the minced meat itself is rather loose, if you are to cook dietary, then it is better to bake in the oven, there is less chance that it will fall apart. Still, chicken and fish give different minced meat in viscosity
