Svetlana, and there is practically nothing to assemble it: everything is very simple and easy there, it is very easy to recharge: lift the piston up, take it to the side and fill the tube. I don't know how much you can stuff into it, but 2 kg of meat can be inserted completely freely. I didn't stuff it to the end, I was afraid that it would be difficult to twist and the meat would climb over the top. Nothing of the kind happened: the meat does not climb up at all and it is very convenient to twist. I specially took the vertical one so that it took up less space on the table and left a large area free for sausages.
