I disagree. Overripe bananas are much tastier for my family. My husband even smells it from which bananas I bake this cake, he loves more from overripe ones. I mixed everything with a fork, without a mixer .. Baking on High for 2 hours and on Low for 1.5 hours. It was baked very well and such a delicate structure .. I will repeat, only I will slightly reduce sugar and butter .. this time everything is clear as normal, only a retreat, that three bananas .. Thank you! The only differences are
First, the bananas were frozen (I always peel overripe bananas and freeze them for ice cream)
Second - I added chocolate drops, they go very well with banana cake
And third - I did not beat anything separately, I just mixed everything without bananas, and then I added crumpled bananas.
I never mess around with separate whipping and rubbing at all, if in a soda recipe. Here is a classic biscuit - it makes sense to mess around, and soda will do everything itself.
The scent is stunning. My daughter could not wait and decided to put a ball of ice cream on the hot biscuit. It turned out .. well, very ... well, very tasty! Thanks for such a good recipe !!!

I bought one at first, and I came up with a composition for the Nordic form (which, by the way, I hadn’t used yet, I bought it for about 3 years). I just put the dough into the mold and was stunned by the result. I still had to bribe. The cupcake doesn't taste better, but people eat it more willingly.
