Alexander, we are now ripening autumn varieties of apples, a lot of volunteers. As soon as the freezer appeared, I began to freeze apples, 500g per bag. I cut the apples into slices, into a bag for freezing, and tie them tightly into the freezer. In winter, it goes very well in filling for pies, for baking with chicken or in compote.
For the first time this year, I thinly chopped apples on the Nyser Dayser Plus vegetable cutter, so there are more of them in the bag. Frozen well.

Can you give more details? after cooked, do you lay out and roll them into cans? And where do you store it?

I cut a full saucepan, steam mode, in this mode they quickly boiled and sat down. Then the extinguishing mode and that's it! After that, you don't need to grind them, or blender, nothing. The only thing, depending on what kind of apples you have and what taste, you can add sugar in the process. I didn’t add. I rolled it hot straight into banks and store it in the apartment in the closet!

I always freeze large slices so that later I could bake with the thighs. This year, for the first time, I chopped a lot at Niser Dyser +, and we got thin slices. The package fits more. From an old washing machine I made an apple chopper, and from a centrifuge, like a juicer. In short, when he is in place, he crushed the apples, squeezed out the juice, and I only manage to reach 90 degrees and roll up. (y) Of course, this is much faster, more economical (in the country, the gas is bottled), and I like this juice better. It turns out not boiled, super. I have two freezers in refrigerators and one stationary, but still there is not enough space.
