Lily Cottage Cheese Casserole from Nordic Ware

Ingredients

cottage cheese 9% 720 g (4 packs of 180 g)
granulated sugar 100 g
egg 1 PC.
semolina 100 g
milk 100 ml + 50 ml to the required consistency
butter (melt) 70 g
raisins, candied fruits, dried cranberries 150 g

Cooking method

  • Mix cottage cheese with sugar, add an egg, semolina, butter, then pour in milk in small portions, achieving the consistency of thick sour cream, 100-150 ml of milk can go, add raisins, candied fruits, cranberries.
  • Thoroughly grease the form with oil and sprinkle with semolina. Bake at T = 180 degrees, for 50-60 minutes. After baking, leave the casserole in the form for 10 minutes.

I counted a little for my amount of cottage cheese. It turned out like this:

1 kg 9% cottage cheese
140 gr. Sahara
2 medium eggs
140 gr. decoys
120 ml milk (1/2 cup)
100 g butter.
180 g raisins + dried cherries

180 degrees, baked for 1 hour.

It turned out yummy. I didn't eat warm (it was too late), but in the morning it was cold and slightly warmed up - both options are good. Reliefs shed by Caramel decor from Parfait. You can also jam, you can chocolate, condensed milk - any sauce will be good.
