Ingredients

Strong tea (Erl Gray) 1 glass
Sugar 1 glass
Honey 3 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Flour 1.5 cups
Whole grain flour 0.5 cups
Walnut kernels, chopped 1 glass
Cinnamon 2 tsp
Vanilla on the tip of a knife
Soda slaked with vinegar

Cooking method

  • Mix all ingredients. You should get a mass that resembles thick sour cream.
  • Let it brew for 30 minutes.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  • Cool on a wire rack.

This one tastes better. And before, I also did it like a gingerbread. Only the gingerbread has few crusts and there was a fight between the household for the grub. And then silicone molds appeared, and everyone is happy!
By the way, in addition to nuts, you can use raisins (with sourness), candied fruits, etc.
