The day before, I read how the girls cooked apple jam, so a plan has ripened for me that my plums can be cooked like that. There were 1, 3 kg of plums, of which blackthorns can 400 gr, I immediately added sugar to the bowl, at the rate of 1 ÷ 2 (sugar-plum = 650g) and of course 100ml of water leaked, probably less, I was afraid it would burn. I switched on the MV, I have Russell (3, 5L) at 1. So she cooked for 3-4 hours, then transferred it to 2, another 4-5 hours, boiled down somewhere 2 times. As soon as the plum was boiled, the seeds began to separate well from it and I periodically caught them. For me, this turned out to be a better option than separating the seeds before boiling. The consistency turned out to be quite thick jam without much effort.
