Ratunda in tomato sauce

Ingredients
ratunda pepper 6 kg.
tomato juice 4 liters
sugar 2 tbsp.
refined sunflower oil 1 tbsp.
vinegar 1 tbsp.
salt 4 tbsp. l.
Cooking method

Cut pepper 1/2, peel from seeds. Boil the syrup and boil the pepper there for 5 minutes. Transfer the pepper to jars, pour over the syrup and roll up.
SYRUP: 4 liters of tomato juice (You can twist the tomatoes, it will be even tastier), add sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and spices to taste, I put only bay leaves and peppercorns.

Note
The pepper is just super! In winter (for those who love spicy things), it is just a find and is stored wonderfully.
