So when drying 130-140 degrees, there was a smell of bread, when after drying it was brewed, the tea was blackening and the taste of bread kvass was felt, only there was not enough yeast. I wanted to make pressed tea, although I understood that it would be much more difficult to dry such a plate than granules, but hunting is worse than bondage. Here's what happened Ivan-tea Fluffy (from immature seed bolls) She formed tea tablets with a spoon from a bread machine, dried in the oven. They keep their shape perfectly. I made a double twist of foxes, seed pods and fireweed flowers, added a little more raspberry leaves, sprinkled everything lightly with honey water. Raw tablets weighing about four grams turned out to be dried, they felt twice as lighter. Of course it didn't change anything in taste and aroma, just another option for a small gift.

The leaves were about the same in volume as the bolls, but certainly less in weight. The boxes fit more tightly. Faded everything. I twisted it separately in a meat grinder, mixed it and scrolled it again. The granules are dense. Fermented for 7 hours. Dried according to Anya's method 200/100/65 degrees. But my granules did not darken like Anya's. Yesterday and today I brew in a thermos. It is brewed tightly, black tea in color. And the taste is "stunning" !!! I am not a fan of strong and black teas. And this tea was not diluted strongly. Fruity, but not compote, even sweetish taste and aftertaste like ordinary tea from Ivanushka. It is difficult to convey feelings in words. This is my most successful tea to date.
My three-year-old daughter appreciated it too. Usually asks for chamomile tea. Today he says: "Chamomile? ...... mmmmm .... but how does it smell like cornflowers." I don't know why it smells like cornflowers, but her words are like a balm to my soul

I also had Ivanushka leaves in the freezer and I also let them in a separate batch, everything did not fit into the airfryer and I left a gram ... 500 to ferment further, then the spouse arrived with the boxes, they had to be brought to mind, then I rolled the caviar, tomatoes , cucumbers and .... I forgot, I remembered only two days later.
