I also added semolina and corn flour, a little bit, the rest was ordinary flour, cheese. After my first experiments, I realized that the dough should be a little thicker than for pancakes, but thinner than for custards. I kneaded the dough, thickly. It stood for about 30 minutes, then added soda, mixed and immediately began to bake. The dough fell from the spoon, did not drip. I realized that it would not be convenient to lay it out with a spoon, so I put the dough into a bag with a nozzle. And the dough was convenient to squeeze out, it turned out neatly, with a slide. Therefore, such logs turned out to be completely filled.
The first times I made the dough according to the consistency, like for pancakes. But such a dough cannot be poured with a slide, everything spread and the logs were not up to the very top, so they turned out not so beautiful from the top side.

The dough was not thick, so it would not work to sculpt from it, and I just put it with a spoon full of cells with a hill. It turned out two bookmarks, in the second I put a little baking powder as an experiment, these sticks rose better.
In general, the joke came out with these logs. I baked them in the evening, put them in a container, cut a pickled cucumber into another container, and in the morning in a hurry gave my son this lunch to work with me, without warning that the sticks were potato. In the evening, he tells me that he sat down to dinner, looks - in the bag are sweet sticks (as he decided), bread and cucumbers. I was surprised that my mother had prepared such a strange dinner for him, but what to do, he poured some tea, bit off a stick, and then I realized why there were pickled cucumbers.
