What can I say from first impressions:
1. Very short cord. I am calm about short cords near kitchen appliances, but this super-short one, I did not even immediately find where to put the appliance, while I have to expel the electric kettle from its permanent place next to the outlet during baking.
2. Does not heat evenly. The log, located next to the handle, turns brown before everything, and the one at the end turns out to be the lightest. But all are baked the same, only the tan is different. Well, yesterday I figured out how to fix this, now I fill the "coolest" cell first, and the hottest last, it turns out a more uniform frying.
As for the rest, the impressions are still pleasant, of course, as well as to any device you need to adapt, but Endever did not cause any special stresses in me.

I would still have to cut it. (But there were churros in front of my eyes all the time, and they brought confusion.)

I understood that too. when I made the dough for sweet cookies, at first, according to the recipe, it was not very thick, it was not very convenient to apply, I filled the molds to the brim, looked in a couple of minutes, the baked goods did not rise to the top. I thought that the dough was not enough, and since you can't put the batter with top, I decided to add flour to the rest. I already made the second and third tabs "with a slide", although it turned out that the first one turned out well, then the dough grew as it should, but I already kneaded it. In general, and so it happened, but without the addition of flour, baking was smoother. I came to the conclusion that the liquid dough should probably be laid out from the pastry bag, it will be more convenient.

I always apply the dough using a pastry bag, very convenient and fast! She poured omelettes according to Elena's (Shelena's) recipe with a spoon, and used the leftover dumplings for the filling, cutting them into 4 pieces. My husband really liked it.
