I don't. Two trays, they are shallow for a whipped omelet. So, steamed eggs. For something more substantial, power-time is not enough. Somehow it's more efficient in a steamer / multicooker. If you just indulge in an egg for a sandwich - it works out exactly. Maybe it's more interesting in some other egg cookers, but I don't have enough imagination to adapt them.

Mine has such things, for an omelet it is possible, but inconvenient. It sticks to the plastic, you gore to wash it later. Unless to adapt these things just like boxes (for a trifle, some buttons, for example). For an omelet, you can adapt some kind of silicone cake mold, if you really want to make an omelet in an egg cooker.
