Here we get a double fermentation - first in a bucket (like our method of "sweating"), and then - additional. And towel fermentation is one way of making tea. Only now, too, I was sorry to watch the fireweed break. Although, if you do not break it all, then it's okay - the stem will still grow and even bloom. We have already spoken here about mowing ivan tea in early July. It grows and blooms by autumn. And when all the rest of the tea is already puffed out, the mowed is ready to prepare new batches of tea.
