Mirta BM2088. French bread with red wine and nuts

Ingredients

Yeast 2 tsp
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Sugar 1.5 tsp.
Flour 500 g
Butter 50 g
Flax-seed 50 g
Walnuts 100 g
Water 170 ml
Red wine 170 ml

Cooking method

  • Sometimes you want to cook something special, delicious. I suggest you try to make a refined bread with a pink tint and a light nutty flavor - French bread with red wine, walnuts and flaxseeds. The bread is baked in a Mirta BM2088 bread maker. Voila!
  • 1. Mixing ingredients
  • Place all ingredients in the bowl of the bread maker. Many housewives recommend adding yeast first, then liquid components, and then flour and other products. In my experience, the Mirta Bread Maker cooks well regardless of the order in which the food is added. In this recipe, the sequence of products corresponds to their list in the ingredients block.
  • Allow all components to come to room temperature.
  • Tip: remember to set up the kneaders before placing the ingredients in the bowl. The Mirta BM2088 bread maker has 4 kneaders (2 main and 2 spare). That is why the dough is kneaded quickly and evenly.

  • 2. Program selection
  • Select the "French bread" program and the "medium" crust.
  • 3. Kneading, kneading, raising and baking.
  • At these stages nothing more is required from you. You can calmly rest and watch the cooking process through the large window.
  • 4. Bread rest and slicing.
  • When the Mirta signals the end of cooking, immediately remove the bread from the mold.
  • Tip: Let the bread cool for a few hours, or rather let it "sleep" all night. You need to cut the bread with a sharp knife, it is advisable to buy a special knife with serrated so that it crumbles less.

I also have Mirta VM2088. Yesterday I tried to bake according to your recipe. I changed the ingredients a little (I added oat flour, and in place of red wine, juice). The result is a very tasty bread with a crispy crust. I share a photo.
By the way, 4 kneaders of different shapes. I understand that this is not so much a spare, but each set for a certain size of bread. Those that are smaller - up to kg of baked goods, more - FROM kg. Conveniently.
Thanks for sharing a great bread recipe!
