I have a simple CF without pressure cooker function. I have been using it for five years, very often. Recently, I noticed that a lot of condensation began to form, in the Soup mode, 2-3 times you need to pour water from the condensate container in an hour. And earlier, once in a few days. I also noticed that from under the lid, when cooking, a little steam poisoned. The rest of the MV works fine, mmm, nothing to complain about.
During all this time, I have never changed the silicone O-ring to a new one. And I didn’t pull it out to wash it. Maybe the ring has somehow stretched out or lost its elasticity over so many years of using CF?
Do you think this could be the reason for such an increase in the volume of condensate?
