At first everything went well, the device clicked, the cookies remained on the baking sheet. I clicked a whole baking sheet and switched to a silicone mat, also changed the nozzle. A few things came out fine, but then problems began: the cookies stopped separating from the press. What was it? Is the dough melted or the silicone mat is not suitable for these procedures or did I change the attachment in vain? The "flower" nozzle clicked just fine! And one more thing: I have never cooked on a silicone mat, only in molds. And now, when baking at 180 degrees, an unpleasant smell was released and the cookies were saturated with it. Tescoma rug. Now I think: can I buy a new one or is this a problem with all silicone mats?
