Delicious! Oh, sorry there is no waffle iron ...
Manna
Thank you, Tanyush! So ... why did the matter arise?

manna, what an interesting, I think, and very tasty recipe!
in my plans a little later to take myself a waffle iron, so I stock up on recipes! (this is where our new homa smiley would do).
Once upon a time I had a waffle iron for a very long time, and I was very pleased with it!
Manna
valushka-s, thanks for your attention to the recipe! These wafers are crumbly and taste like oatmeal cookies. I generally like oatmeal baked goods.

How many waffles come out of a portion ???
It looks very crunchy waffles, I'll go do it, but a double portion
Manna
Oh, I won't say for sure ... About 15-20 somewhere ... I didn't count them
nimart
Mannochka,
I see a beautiful floral frame and immediately look in, realizing that your handiwork
as the saying goes: a Swiss, and a reaper, and a igrets on a pipe - both tasty and stylishly decorated
question:
Is it possible to fry this dough in a frying pan with a pancake and twist it with a tube?
Manna
Thank you for such flattering ratings

Oh, I don't know what will turn out in the pan ... I think something like pancakes, probably

I even have pancake dough (custard pancakes from Mistletoe) baked in a waffle iron, and waffles were obtained. And from the same dough I baked pancakes in a frying pan - there were pancakes
nimart
I carry it to bookmarks, and I will play at a convenient moment

What can I say, the recipe pleased me. There is one big BUT !!!! Few!!! Made for a portion, it turned out 15 pieces.
I did not have oatmeal flour, I ground the cereals in the combine, but they ground not to flour, but small grains. Therefore, when I started the dough, it turned out to be liquid, I added a couple of tablespoons of flour. This made the waffles thicker. But tasteful !!!!!!! Thank you
P. S. It turns out that I have the same waffle iron

How glad I am that you liked the waffles. Oh, for me 15 pieces is a good portion. I bake waffles every two or three days. One of them all and I eat

manna, thanks for the crunchy delicacies! I was just thinking where to adapt the oatmeal, and here is your recipe!
Baking in Brand, it turned out not as neat as yours, but very tasty!

Mannochka, I already want too much of what I want, my husband does not have time to write down my wishlist
Manna
We need to make a list by priority. So the turn will come to the waffle iron. I used to do this when there were a lot of wishes

manna , here is my maiden memory, I bought rice flour today, but I forgot oatmeal!
have to buy later!
Julia_Ko
Thanks for the recipe. I will definitely try to bake it, especially since these are oatmeal wafers - they will be healthier than from ordinary flour. And the baby cracks waffles with great pleasure.

By the way, you can also use oatmeal for oatmeal biscuit. HERE there is a recipe for such a biscuit.

I wanted to make a cake. But while I was thinking about what filling to make (the waffles themselves turned out to be very sweet), the waffles somehow imperceptibly ended.

Yulechka, I didn't understand, is the oatmeal waffle according to my recipe too sweet?
I haven't tried oatmeal yet, but I will definitely report on the work done
Manna
I really hope you like the waffles I will wait for your impressions and photos

Here I am with my report on oat waffles.

Oat waffles Oat waffles Oat waffles Oat waffles Oat waffles

I kneaded the dough according to Manna's recipe, though I made a few digressions:
I poured 200 ml of milk and did not subtract it, just poured a little more flour and oatmeal.
Sugar poured 2 tablespoons with a hill.
Salt added on the tip of a teaspoon (approx. 1/6).

I poured butter, as in a vegetable recipe - 3 tablespoons and melted 1 tablespoon of butter. In the process, it seemed to me that 2 spoons of vegetable would probably be enough. But add the creamy one - it turns out a wonderful creamy taste!

I put the temperature regulator at 2 and the oven began. Opening the lid on the call, I saw my waffle on the bottom floor of the form.
She seemed a little pale to me.
I set the regulator to 3 and baked the next wafer - it turned out darkish.
Accordingly, it turned out that thermostat 2.5 - what you need.

For some reason, the first two wafers were at the bottom when the lid was opened. And all the subsequent ones (at a higher temperature) adhered to the upper floor of the form and after opening they fell off smoothly, twisting. I had to catch them with a spatula and transfer them to the board, and then twist them into a tube.

The first waffle could not resist and immediately tried it. IT'S JUST A SUPER TASTE !!!
Of all the following, I wound the tubes.
In total, 13 awesomely delicious crispy waffles turned out (this is for my rather finicky taste)

Mannochka, thank you very much for the recipe

He's 100% successful. Happy as an elephant. Even my husband, who loves soft rather than crunchy waffles, liked it and hummed rather chewing one of them when I asked - well, how?

Manna
Yulechka, I am very glad that I liked the waffles I am especially glad that your husband liked the recipe too
Thanks for the report and photos
Hummingbird
Manna, thanks for the recipe. The waffles are delicious. They are done simply and quickly. They are eaten just as quickly. Therefore, the second time I baked double the rate, only slightly reduced the amount of sugar, it was too sweet for me.

I have the same waffle iron. Baking the same for 1 with a little. Apparently the temperature depends on the recipe. I baked lean waffles from Qween at 2.5, there is little sugar and at a lower temperature they were pale.

When I baked for the first time, I twisted the waffles, burning my fingers. And my husband asked to leave them flat, it is more convenient for him to eat, so now I bake them even faster and it turns out a stack of waffles, which all strives to crumble like a house of cards!
Manna
Hummingbird, I am very glad that I liked the waffles! These are my favorite waffles

I myself usually roll the waffles into tubes - I like it more (I somehow got used to folding them without burning my fingers).

Of course, the browning time of waffles depends on the amount of sugar - the more sugar, the faster they cook.

I report,
I bought flour a long time ago, but all hands did not reach
And yesterday, out of greed, I kneaded one and a half portions
It turned out to bake two cakes, unfortunately the children were winding in circles, it already sticks very much in our frying pan and cannot be turned over, now I also want a waffle iron
Under the exclamations of children: "where else is this delicious cake?!"
began to think urgently: where to attach such a delicious dough?
and ... I made a fool, combined it with soaked shrimati semolina and zucchini from the Sonador Pie recipe
baked three batches of cupcakes, even this morning there are still, but what delicious!

I understand, a strange report, but at the heart, in the idea, it's your waffles, Mannochka
Thank you for the delicious recipe
Manna
nimart, great report! The main thing is that the kids liked both cakes and cupcakes! A Omelochkin srimati, and Manyunin I love zucchini chocolate cake too!

I would like to check with the author. How much is 50 g of oatmeal? Well, for example, in my table it says that 50 g of wheat flour is 2 tablespoons. And I don't know how much oatmeal is needed ...
Manna
Valentine, they have the same weight

Thank you so much!!!!
Happy March 8! Happiness and health to you!
Manna
Thank you! Mutually!

I did it today. Very tasty. It turned out 17 pieces, but this is not a complete circle. Sugar for me 3 tablespoons just right. At first I did not have time to roll into a tube, then I remembered the advice given on the forum and folded right in the waffle iron with a fork))))) rolled perfectly, but these waffles are less plastic than completely in butter. Thank you very much, Manna, for the delicacy.
I looked for less high-calorie ones and found them. Very crispy waffles, oat-nut-creamy flavor.

Natasha, I am very glad that I liked the waffles. I love them too.

Manna, now the next ones are next, those that are light)))))
I like that there is not much oil, just for flavor, because there is always one oil is also not an option, although I have nothing against it, but too much for me. I need something easier.
You know what it seemed to me, after standing for a long time, the dough became a little thicker during the baking process, apparently the oatmeal swells a little?
Manna
Yes, that's right, oatmeal, rice, etc. flour is more hygroscopic than wheat.
TatianaSa
Thank you very much, Mannochka! Awesome waffles.
Manna
Tanechka, how glad I am that I liked the waffles!

Manna, waffles are super, nutty, only tomorrow I will reduce the sugar - it's too much for me, I put a mixture of spices for gingerbread. I can't insert a photo

I want to try these waffles too. And I will drag the recipe into the piggy bank in our Temko Cartoon. Thank you!
I will report.

Ritulya, and for waffles you "step on your heels", thanks for pushing on the recipe.
A Mannochke for the recipe itself!
True, I replaced milk with water, put only 2 tbsp / l of sugar and added a gingerbread mixture instead of cinnamon. Baked in Cloer for "3" 1.5 min. Super crispy.

Tomorrow I, tomorrow, Tanyush, circumstances did not give me ...
And I can't want them, especially after your praise. We have similar tastes!

I would have reduced the sugar to 1 tbsp / l, but in general I now want to make not sweet ones like bread with some seasonings.
Bettina
Manna, thanks for the recipe. Delicious and crispy waffles. Baked in the Redmond multi-baker.
