Ingredients

Mutton 0.5KG
Peas taste
Potatoes 5 items
Paprika (required!) 1 tsp with a slide
Frying (onions, carrots, tomato paste, tomatoes)

Cooking method

  • The fried pea lamb soup turned out to be amazing, I'll tell you right away. It tastes so good under pressure, I can't compare it with cooking in a regular cartoon.
  • I do the frying in advance in large enough quantities, pack it in portioned bags and store in the freezer. This is very, very convenient. The taste of dishes with it will turn out much brighter than with the same canned dressing. The frying recipe is classic: I fry onions and carrots in our cartoon, by the way, I add tomatoes in my own juice, tomato paste, all this will stew a little - no more 3 minutes without pressure, of course. It also cools down in packages. Highly recommend!
  • Put all the ingredients in the bowl of the pressure cooker at once, pour in water and put on the high pressure pot for 25 minutes. It couldn't be easier, but the taste is awesome. Bon Appetit!
