Hello everyone))))))))
My favorite slow cooker has been plowing for more than a year and recently noticed a crack on the lid, applied a napkin while cooking, it does not seem to let it through, I still need to check it when putting pressure on it. Question: did anyone have this problem? The service is urgent or will suffer, it's a shame to the core, and the prices are now. Once upon a time, the forum was re-read, someone wrote about the crack, but again to re-read a hundred + pages, ah-ah.

Greetings! Became the owner of this CF - this is my first. There were questions: Yesterday I cooked chicken breasts in sour cream at a multichef. Set the time to 30min, temp. 125. I closed the lid, but did not turn the handle. I went about my business. After 40 minutes, I see steam coming from everywhere (from under the cover on the sides and from behind and from the valve at the top). The display temp. 125 and next to where the timer should be this type of "snake" runs in a circle. Some time later, the "snake" disappears and the timer 35min (!!!) is displayed. I opened the lid and looked - everything had boiled away, the chicken, in principle, was ready, but a little began to burn. In short, I canceled the program, heze what she was still doing there ... If I hadn't opened the lid, everything would have burned out ((. Interestingly, no sound signals about readiness (only when the buttons are pressed, it beeps, but it is silent). Then I made a charlotte on Also, there is no sound about readiness - heating immediately started stupidly (I realized that later.) Does it generally have to report readiness or how? Please explain how the "snake" stands for and why, after almost 60 minutes, the timer lit 35 minutes?

The instruction is incomprehensible to this multicooker, we can conclude that on Multishef (40-160 degrees) you can not block the lid at any temperature, but this is not so! If the temperature is above 100 degrees, and there is even a little liquid, you must block the lid. At temperatures above 115 degrees, you cannot close the lid if the dish is not baked and there is at least a little liquid. Do this a couple of times and you will get cracks in the lid.
For chicken breasts in sour cream, 112 degrees at 30 minutes and a locked lid are enough.
The "snake" runs when the multicooker tries to gain pressure and reach the set temperature. If the knob is not turned (no blocking), the pressure will not build up, since steam will come out of all slots.

Indistinct instruction for this multicooker
I agree. Especially when you have no idea what you are doing) And where can you get acquainted in general terms with the principles of cooking in such a CF?
Bes7vetrov
Leps, you set a high temperature, but did not turn the knob, so the pressure did not build up and the multicooker diligently tried to heat the contents to 125 * C, so the "snake" was running (the multicooker went out to the set parameters). When the liquid boiled away, the bottom of the bowl and the contents began to heat up as during frying, when the temperature reached 125 * C, the multicooker began to count down, unfortunately your dish was already burnt.

My lid cracked, four months have passed, I haven't noticed any changes, it works as before.

Leps, only on this forum you will find more or less adequate reviews of the work of black multi. Proven recipes are also only here. A year ago I rummaged through everything in search of information on our cartoon, I did not find anything. On page 49 there is a selection of recipes from our Temka.I advise you to re-read everything from the beginning in order to have some idea of the cooking processes and possible force majeure.
krol, thank you)))) On the service site, the plastic itself is gray top (where it cracked) 350 UAH. this is in rubles almost 850. I'll see if I still have a guarantee, maybe they will replace it in the service for free. I don't remember breaking the instructions, I practically don't cook at the multichef, only stewing, frying, porridge. I don't understand when and why this crack appeared. But you put me at ease, not fatal and okay

I tried to bake charlotte. Ingredients: flour 200g, sugar 200g, sour cream 200g, 2 eggs, soda 0.5h / l, apples 500g. Baking mode 40 min. It was not baked at all - the inside was completely damp, only the edges were browned. Half ate a piece - already my stomach ached. Put what was "baked" again for baking .... The temperature is not enough - it is not baked. Apparently this recipe is not suitable for CF - the dough is too raw.

Hi,
I plowed the cartoon for two years and the lid cracked. We changed the service, waited for the lid for about 2 months. They said that this is the "weak" point of this particular model
Anna M
Tell me what can happen to the multicooker if 1 liter of water was poured into it without a bowl inserted, which immediately spilled out onto the floor along incomprehensible moves !!!!!!!!!!

Charlotte turns out wonderful if you put coarsely chopped apples on the bottom, oiled, and pour the dough - 3 eggs, 1 glass of sugar, beat everything, and carefully add 1 glass of flour, bake for exactly 40 minutes in baking mode
Florisimo
Hello everyone, I haven't visited for a long time. I remember someone put together a recipe in one place, I can't find
Throw a link, thanks !!!!

Help, the dough rose and blocked the lid, put the bulldozer on the proofer on the program "Yogurt", the dough began to climb through the valve .... I press the valve, the handle still does not scroll, my husband has already cursed as best he could. The master class on parsing the lid is not suitable, if the lid is blocked, what should I do?
Pys. I put the whole cartoon in the refrigerator, I expect the dough to fall off a little.
Cat in slippers
Remove the valve. And with a thin pencil or pen, press on the locking pin.
It will drop down and unlock the cover.
I got so with milk porridge)))
ZOLOTKO
No, the dough presses on the lid so much from the inside that the dough creeps out of the valves in a trickle and they do not fall.
the husband completely disassembled the lid, hollowed out the dough from the valve with a toothpick until the pressure inside dropped slightly. I just opened, all the holes were inside, all in the dough.
I assembled this constructor and I have to

I have a white cartoon in operation for a month. I could not read all the pages of this topic, maybe they already wrote. I baked charlotte, found the recipe here. Beat 4 eggs with a blender with a whisk into a tight foam, gradually adding a glass of sugar and vanilla, a pinch of salt, then add 1 glass of flour and 1 hour. l. baking powder, gently mixed. The dough is like thick sour cream, only lush. Peeled and cut 4 large apples. She covered the bowl with butter and sprinkled with semolina, poured most of the dough onto the bottom, then the apples, then the remaining dough. The lid is closed, not locked.
I put it on baking for 40 minutes. At the end, the top was completely raw. I closed the lid and in the pizza mode (there are less degrees), reducing the baking time to 20 minutes, I baked it. The result is a very soft airy charlotte. The top, of course, must be sprinkled with something white, in the first photo I rubbed a chocolate bar, you can use powdered sugar, it will be beautiful. The husband ate in the evening ... The next day they baked again

Today I decided to cook tomato bean soup ... so I came up with it.
Idea: boil the broth - drain, boil the beans, then fry the onions, carrots, tomatoes, add the potatoes, boiled beans and broth, and cook in the soup.
I boiled the broth, drained it, washed the bowl, wiped it dry. I put the beans on prog legumes to cook, took a cartoon pressure, and when the beans began to boil, steam constantly escapes from the valve ... as if it bleeds steam on its own ... it shouldn't be there either, the lid is locked ... Strange. ..
olesya555
Dear bakers of bread! There was an option to finally get this machine, if it is bought in Ukraine. Can you advise where exactly to look? Maybe there are some shares. Thanks in advance
AlenaSP
Olesya, I don't know about the shares. We bought a foxtrot at 25.10 for 3799 UAH ... a little white one ... then we looked on the Internet - the prices were higher ...
Luda2201
Girls, tell me which bowl fits our mulychka? Maybe someone already ordered where or bought it ?! Thank you in advance!
Mariska
I want to share my observations with charlotte lovers. I make biscuit dough with 4-6 eggs, 1.5 tbsp of sugar, 1.5 tbsp of flour. In the baking mode for 40 minutes, everything is always baked well, but after the signal, you must immediately get it, otherwise, when it cools, condensation forms and the cake falls.
Bumbum
Girls, please tell me, how can you set the "languor" program in Moulinex CE502832?
Larra
I think you just need to look at what temperature is used for languishing, and set the temperature and desired time on the "multischef" program. Since it is precisely the program of longing on a black mule that is not.

I worked for almost a year with a cracked lid .... but still changed it ... waited almost two months. As the service center said, this is a weak point in this model.

the same problem was with me. It was some kind of sensor. I brought it to the service center - changed it within an hour. So, do not "self-medicate", but go straight to the "doctor"
polgusa
n.copokaThanks for the prompt advice, I took it to the service today, it turned out to be easier for me, the ends moved away from the sensor.

Tell me. 503 model. Is there a milk porridge mode in pressure cooker mode? How long does the pressure build up if you cook for 1-2 people. And what non-stick bowl can you buy?

You don't just read the forum, but go to the store and watch it live. I really wanted cook fo mi, but when I pressed a bunch of buttons in the store to select the program I needed, I bought a 502 and never regretted it. Although Cook should be more powerful, and therefore cooks a little faster. And another girl on another forum wrote that she also chose between these cartoons and bought Cook fo mi, does not regret it, but she would not buy it again. Her review was also decisive.

Thank you girls !!!
Bought CE502833 - super
Already baked charlotte, made a fish with steamed vegetables, class!

I also kind of had this, perhaps she needs to cool down a little. And I also did not turn on the extinguishing mode. Gaining temperature and immediately switched to heating. That's why I didn't use it. But I recently turned it on and everything is fine. Mula is a girl, she has her own cockroaches)))
Larra
The extinguishing mode turns off and switches to heating because the mule, probably with some sixth sense, recognizes that there is not enough liquid to build up pressure, and turns off, I just immediately turn on the same extinguishing mode again and everything works))) it just manages to stand out from the products during this time enough of your own juice to build up the pressure.

I think so too, but lately she's not indulging, she prepares everything properly))
Yana
Hello everyone, here I have a new assistant for a week.
Stews the meat perfectly, my old cartoon was not capable of that.

Girls, and the pastries in it are not browned in any way on top?
Bes7vetrov
Yana, in none of the multicooker models does the baked goods brown on top. It's just a saucepan with bottom heating and a timer ... Only turn over or brown in the oven / airfryer
Yana
Bes7vetrov, I kind of understand, but my old cartoon left the top a little in a different form, and then the half-baked top turned out
I didn't do anything special: purchased puff pastry with apples (like a small square baking turned out, 4 squares fit on a bowl).
Bes7vetrov
Yana, I have never made puff pastry in a cartoon, I can’t tell you. And I did baking in multi-cooking five times (baked casseroles). He arranged the top in all multicooker (vitesse, shteba, moulinex, polaris). Now I bake in AF Philips or in a tabletop oven.
Can I bake on a multichef? The temperature is lower (not 160 *). Aaa, I was still baking cakes in paper forms in a mule and in a shrine. They liked the staff more.
Anna M
Tell me who faced this problem: in the white cartoon I set the cereal rice mode, blocked the lid, and after 12 minutes, steam came from all the holes, I had to turn it off after 5 minutes !!!!!! yes, water also appeared on the table ...
Bes7vetrov
Anna M, you probably have a silicone ring shifted, the multicooker's tightness is broken and steam has gone from everywhere. In a similar situation, I open the lid (carefully, very hot!) And adjust the ring (it is hot
slips off easily, you can burn your hands). Or I remove the entire plate, rinse it under cold water, adjust the ring and put it back.
P. s. Cover by turning off the multicooker and letting off steam with a valve.
Anna M
Thanks for your prompt reply, I hope your advice helps!
Marina111
For several years now I have been using two multicooker - Mulinex and Panasonic. And, you know, there is no universal one, but I want one universal miracle pot. I don't like stewing in any of the multicooker, because it turns out rather boiled than stewed. Mulya fries better, she is more powerful, but I had to buy a Redmond frying bowl so that my own bowl does not wear out. As a result, with such a careful attitude, the non-stick coating in the native bowl very quickly wore off and everything burns, especially the porridge. In Mula, a multi-chef is annoying, in which it is impossible to cook at temperatures above 100 degrees with an UNLOCKED lid and a container for collecting water. In which this water is not always collected. Sometimes I find a puddle under the multicooker. In short, except for broths, cabbage soup, oatmeal and compote, I don't cook anything in a cartoon. I really wanted to replace the stove with it, especially since small children would be convenient, but it does not work. To be honest, there are more disadvantages than advantages. And the pressure cooker justifies itself only when stewing beef - it will be 100% soft! Otherwise, this is a dubious saving of time, if you take into account the set and release of pressure - plus 20 minutes to the set time eats up all the speed of cooking. Is there something new and more technological on the Russian market?
Do not think that I hau my Mulya, no, I sincerely love her, so I am upset that I cannot use her to the fullest.
obezya
Marina111have you found a replacement for Mule?
Marina111
No, I don't have time, and Mulya is still working. I think I'll change the bowl and end this. Now new culinary hobbies have appeared and I have switched to them for now)
Bes7vetrov
Marina111, and I have no stove at all. There are two multicooker pressure cookers: Shteba and Moulinex, an electric frying pan and a slow cooker. I cook soups, cereals, side dishes. The pastries, however, are all in the Stebe mini oven. She used the multi-chef at Mulinex when the wires in the lid were frayed, she did not react to the turn of the handle, and her husband had no time to repair it. Works great without blocking, quietly allows 110-115 * to set and goes to the mode. I cook porridge in pressure cookers more often with semolina and oatmeal, we also love rice from a pressure cooker more. We eat buckwheat, millet from slow lamb.
In Moulinex I really like cereals. More than out of staff.
In general, a lot of text ... The point is that multicooker perfectly replace the stove. And on the multichef you can cook without blocking.
caprice23
Girls, tell me, please, I read it somewhere, I can’t find now which cup is like for our mullet? And where can you order it? And that native coating has already worn off, although I practically did not use it on frying and baking
