Frau_M, Tell me please. I read about the steam release button, I press it, but the steam does not come out ... in general ... it is necessary to lift the valve ... the steam is flowing in a stream .... if the button is also a stream? maybe something doesn't work for me? and the lid is also very hot. This is normal ... the specifications indicate that it does not heat up .. I have a cartoon steamer Moulinex CE 501132
Bes7vetrov
All-powerful, if the vegetables have a lot of liquid and are actively boiling, if you set the temperature above 100 * C, then the lid will be blocked, just the float valve with steam from the inside will support and lift, and this will not allow the lid to open.
This means that either you do not close the lid until it clicks, but then do not move away from the multi, because there will still be steam and the lid can rip off, either change the temperature, or simply extinguish with the lid open (as on the stove), or put on extinguishing under pressure, close the lid and look only at the end of the program.
I have a different slow cooker, the lid just closes and is locked by turning the knob. I cannot turn this handle back to the open position while the float valve is raised, for this I press the steam release button, the steam releases and the float falls under its own weight, descends, now it does not prevent me from turning the handle.
My lid also heats up enough, but not until it melts.
All-powerful
Bes7vetrov, thanks ... the valve does not rise when the steam release button is pressed does not react in any way ... what am I doing wrong or is it a marriage? I didn't set the temperature myself ... I chose ... steam cooking ... I poured liquid to the minimum mark ... I only set the time for 20 minutes ... that's all ... at the end I wanted to speed up the steam release with a button, not here - that was
All-powerful
Bes7vetrov, was mistaken ... the time was 10 minutes ... but what is the temperature in automatic. steam mode ... I don't know ...
All-powerful
Bes7vetrov, I got into the instructions again ... the temperature is 114 ... but I exceeded the time ... did anyone have a problem with the steam release button ... tell me what to do?
Bes7vetrov
You have a different slow cooker ...
Have you previously cooked porridge, pea soup or something similar?
Maybe your float valve is stuck? If it gets dirty with very foaming food ..
And yes. The steam mode in our 502832 is only under pressure, there is active boiling and there is a lot of steam, the lid must be blocked.
Bes7vetrov
In an empty multi, close the lid until it clicks, now remove the heavy valve (which you lift so that the steam flows). Press the steam release button, you should see a "tongue" or little thing going up and trying to push that heavy valve up. Multi-cooker-pressure cooker Moulinex CE502832
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker Moulinex CE502832
Here it looks like this.
All-powerful
Bes7vetrov, the fact of the matter is that I have not cooked anything in it yet. I poured water and put it in soup mode ... water and two potatoes ... the lid is closed and locked ... at the end of the program, the heating turned off ... the lid is locked, because steam ... I pressed the steam release button ... NOTHING ... only if I help to lift the valve with a rag ... but this is not the case ... you can scald yourself ... so nothing has stuck toooooo yet ... she is as good as new ... but I don't know what's the matter. ..: girl_sad: I'm already roaring with annoyance ... I just want to return it ... but who will take it, if I have already used it ... but I don't want to run around the centers
Bes7vetrov
So the little thing lifts the valve when you press the button?
Lenchic-atas
Damn, I got to the site at the wrong time, well, now I will take a picture a little later and show how this thing should look like here)) Pilaf will be cooked - I'll take a picture!

Frau_M
All-powerful, alas, I have another mule - 502832. The lid heats up on long programs, this is normal. Steam always comes out when the release button on the handle is pressed. It happens (rarely) that the steam has escaped completely, but the handle does not turn. In this case, you need to remove the upper "float" valve and joke with a toothpick in the hole (see pictures Bes7vetrov). Unfortunately, I can't offer anything else. In my opinion, a separate topic has been brought up about your mule. https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=418005.0
Maybe there will be a prompt?

Uryayaya !!! The first pancake is not lumpy. Thanks to my girl. Prepared well, sooo delicious food "Mother-in-law's tongue" Awesome, quickly, you will lick your fingers. I did it for conservation. Actually, it was one of the purchase criteria ... now, after all, the season.
Products:
Eggplant - 2 kg
Tomatoes - 5 pcs.
Bulgarian pepper - 5 pcs.
Garlic -3 heads
Hot pepper - 2 pcs.
Sugar - 0.5 glass
Salt - 1 tbsp. spoons
Vegetable oil -0.5 glass
Vinegar 9% - 150 g

Cut the eggplants into slices. Salted and left for an hour to leave the bitterness.

Pepper peeled and cut.

Peeled the garlic.

She scalded the tomatoes with boiling water and then into cold water ... peeled them off.

Twisted tomatoes, peppers, garlic, hot peppers in a meat grinder.

I added sugar, salt, vegetable oil and vinegar to this mass.

I boiled it all. I'm in a saucepan. And she poured the eggplants. I fried them lightly in Mulichka at the very beginning. I think that you can not boil in
a saucepan, but it gained steam faster when I set the STEWING MODE WITH A LID VEGETABLE for 10 minutes.

I was afraid, but it turned out super. Eggplants are well soaked.

Now I have set the heating mode and I will cook cans. Then I'll boil it a little with the lid open and in sterile jars. I sterilize gas cans. I have 3 sterilized at once. No problem.

LIKE I AM GLAD THAT HAVE PASSED THE FIRST BAPTISM. Maybe my recipe is useful to someone

Oops! For joy, she did not say hello and did not introduce herself. I'm a newbie . : rose: I just bought the cartoon the day before yesterday. I have CE 501132, not like yours, but I read everything from you. Well done you girls, so warm and friendly with you. I read you until 2 am.
and in the morning I tried it. Though she made me happy. And then on the first day they changed the marriage. Not a pleasant aftertaste remained after communicating with the sellers of Eldorado. : girl_sad: BUT ... won back without service.
All-powerful
I forgot to say. I also added ajichki for the scent and creased two leaves of lavrushka. The eggplant soaked in the sauce so well. According to the recipe, cook in a saucepan on gas for 40 minutes and not soaked.
All-powerful
It turned out 3 half liters. I will still cook. It’s even more convenient for me.
Nadin1234
All-powerful, I'm glad for you that things went well and that they changed your marriage, I can imagine how you got nervous with this cover.
All-powerful
There is not much left that did not fit into the jar, I boiled potatoes and sprinkled them with cilantro, it turned out great with the snack. So you can just cook not for the winter. Tasty and healthy

Hello. Can anyone tell me if there is a spare seal ring and thicket Moulinex CE 501132? It was necessary. The smell of the previous dish. I tried to use tips from the Internet ... to steam with lemon ... rubbed with vinegar ... it does not help ... how to cook now, for example, milk porridge ... I don't know ...
All-powerful
Nadin1234, thank you ... I didn't see your message .. it's behind, thank God ... I wrote above what I still found in the process of using ... can you help with advice?
Bes7vetrov
You can also wash the bowl with baking soda and put the ring in the dishwasher ..
Almost a year after the purchase of the mulineski, I bought a bowl and a ring for her at the service center, which I use only for cereals and baking. True, I had to wait three weeks. But they delivered it quickly and I love the bowl !!!
All-powerful
Removed the smell ... almost completely ... smells a little ... read the advice on the internet ... first steamed with lemon ... did not help ... then poured 1 liter of water ... 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vinegar ... and for a couple of 30 minutes ... the smell remained subtle ... only the valve smells a little stronger ... although it released steam through it ...
All-powerful
Bes7vetrov, I managed almost ... maybe a little later I'll buy it ... while it's expensive somehow ... everything at once ...
Bes7vetrov
All-powerful, and I, too, do not all at once. Shtebochka has been living with a stainless bowl for 4 months now .. The time will come and I'll take a Teflon one to her.
All-powerful
I will not learn how to communicate here yet ... I miss messages .. see them later ... so excuse me ... I'll get it right ...
All-powerful
Bes7vetrov, what model do you have? you will need to try to order ... just not to voice the prices to my husband ... they bite ... he will be shocked .. so she persuaded to buy the cartoon ... and then ... hello ... I'll buy it myself ... is there a thicket and a seal?
All-powerful
Why are they writing zero new messages ... but they are ... I don't understand
All-powerful
Frau_M, they hardly communicate there ... I've already been there ... but ... the branch is silent
All-powerful
Frau_M, as for the couple, then I had a marriage ... changed ...
Frau_M
All-powerful, a service where you can order in Moscow a sealing ring and other spare parts for Mulinex: "Alfa Service", Prechistenskaya embankment, 17. The ring costs 375 rubles. Delivery for about a month. 🔗
Another way to get rid of odors is to put the ring in a dish with ice and water and put it in the "zero" section of the refrigerator overnight. It helps, but only once, and then too lazy to mess around. As a result, my ring smells, but it stopped giving off smells after about 4-6 weeks. If the smell is annoying, then the simplest solution is to order a spare for cereals and baked goods.
"Zero new posts" is about private messages, not forum replies.
Thanks for the "mother-in-law tongue" recipe!
Nadin1234
All-powerful, I ring and add. I ordered the bowl in Sovinservice, there you can order Moulinex for any models.
In general, these rings are universal, from Moulinex they came up to Polaris.
I accidentally discovered a way to get rid of odors - to steam the potatoes, but then I really can't distinguish the former "smelly" ring from the other for milk porridge.
All-powerful
Frau_M, good morning ... thanks for the answer ... I think I'll just order another ring ... the price is somehow low ... I've seen more than a thousand somewhere ... just can't remember ... on the internet snout ... but about the recipe ... I was glad if anyone liked it ...
All-powerful
Nadin1234, thanks ... I'll try .. until a new one comes ... these two ways ... I want to contact the SC of my city ...
All-powerful
Frau_M, I wonder if this is not harmful to silicone ... I mean ice?
Frau_M
All-powerful, I read the advice to put the ring in ice water in an interview with one of the developers of the mule. I did not notice any changes on my ring. In theory, there should be no problems, on silicone dishes usually markings from -40 to +200.
Another thing is that every time to arrange an ice bath for the ring (especially finding a place for this in the refrigerator!) Or a steam bath - well, it's very lazy, so buy a spare one and don't bother))

Fir-trees, girls ... Yesterday I flew by with my favorite dish ((I made lazy stuffed cabbage rolls, those that are laid out in layers and stewed, looked in this thread - the girls put 20 minutes on the program. In general, I put pilaf on the program for 20 minutes ... When I opened the lid, I realized that it was necessary to put on the strength of about 6-10 minutes .... The rice was boiled, the cabbage too ... I am a bit upset ... Eh ... study and study again ..
Frau_M
Lenchic-atas, here's another recipe for lazy cabbage rolls from our branch: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=379119.0 There are already 50 minutes on the multichef.
On the "pilaf" mode, my rice was also digested a couple of times in 20 minutes. - apparently there was too much water. Especially when I made paella on this mode according to the recipe from our book. But pilaf according to a recipe from a book, if you observe the proportions, it turns out excellent - fluffy rice, each grain separately.

Hello girls. Made lecho for the winter.
How many carrots were there.
Tomatoes - 2 kg;
Bulgarian pepper-3kg;
Sugar - 0.5 glass;
Salt - 1 tbsp. spoons;
Vegetable oil - 0.5 glass;
Vinegar 9% - 2 tbsp spoons.
Peel the tomatoes and grind them in a blender. I add salt, sugar, butter and bring it to a boil. I cut the pepper into large pieces and add to the tomatoes. In the mode ... stewing ... vegetables ... closed and blocked ... 10 minutes ... added vinegar, sterilized for 10 minutes (reinsured) ...I think that you can not sterilize, but the cooking time of 10 minutes confused.

All-powerful,
Good day!!! an urgent need to make a purchase decision. tell me what is the effective volume of the bowl? declared five liters, but in fact how much is available? in the store I saw bowls, which declared five liters, and the bowl only lasts 5 hours, in fact
thanks in advance, everyone who will answer
Olga Todosienko
Hello, take a new one))) I have a little white Mulechka for half a year

The maximum mark is somewhere a 3.5 L. But to stew stuffed cabbage, for example, you can fill a bowl to the eyeballs, only liquids not to the top, but from bowls
Olga Todosienko
A small clarification - 3.5 - this is the actual displacement for liquid dishes, and where little liquid is needed (roast) - I hammer it to the eyeballs
hottern
Good morning everyone! Yesterday we bought a mule 5028, take it into your ranks)) And immediately the first question is, how to cook oatmeal correctly? Ksha is needed now, I won't have time to read and find the whole topic (
Bes7vetrov
ABOUT! By the way .... That's what I'll cook now)))
hottern, congratulations on your purchase!
I am very primitive in cooking porridge ... I do everything in the mode of milk porridge, although for oatmeal, I reduce it to 3-5 minutes if it is rolled oats or flakes, and for grain I increase it and leave it on the heating (I put the grain with a delay in the morning - 35 min and heating for two or three hours). The grain is washed very well - or the grass gives off strongly.
Olga Todosienko
My hands did not reach the porridge. But one of the girls wrote that it was not bad from the recipe book. Just to be on the safe side, coat the walls and the bowls with oil on top, so that you don't run away and don't cook more than a liter of milk, some of them have gruel, if there was a lot. Milk porridge never ran away from me. But, again, I didn't cook oatmeal. Do not release steam abruptly after the signal. Or a little bit, or five minutes later. You don't need to start your acquaintance with her with dancing with tambourines near the valve
Frau_M
Mshutik, The black mule has a max mark = 3.5 liters exactly. This is for the soup. When I make steamed vegetables or stews (vegetables + meat, no water) - I fill the bowl to the top.
Olga Todosienko, welcome))
hottern
The first experience is unsuccessful so far (the porridge turned out to be too liquid, I did it without milk, on water. I will still try
hottern
Today I want to make mulled wine, I hope there will be no problems with this)

Thank you so much....
already mastered 95 pages of the topic,
when I read the first 20 pages, I decided that we should take this particular model ... the only copy in Kazakhstan is already on its way to me
read 95 pages and regretted it.
girls, are you disappointed in the purchase?
Larra
Mshutik, welcome to us! I do not think that you will regret it when you master it, it is very good in functionality, convenience and practicality, there are also no problems in leaving. And small problems can be with any multicooker pressure cooker, I have never regretted that I took this particular model, and would have purchased it again if I needed it now. The only thing I would like is that her own bowl was not ceramic, but non-stick. But this can be solved, I bought a non-stick Redmond 523 for frying and baking. So do not worry, it will be easier for you based on our experience, be sure to make friends)))
Olga Todosienko
I have never regretted purchasing this particular model. During the whole time of work there were no unpleasant troubles. Nothing has ever escaped. did not burn out. The bowl began to stick a little on the baking, so the parchment will help. It is a pity that I had read earlier about the care of ceramics, it turned out that before boiling the lemon, grease the bowl with oil and warm it up a little to clog the pores, and only then wash and boil. Now a new bowl and a ring for milk are coming to me, but the old one does not seem to give off smells anymore. Before that, I had the usual Mulinex cartoon for 4 buttons, without frying and baking, but I figured it out quickly, now I want to master duet dishes. And I still haven't had time to try everything, although half a year has passed. There was no time for experiments, now the child has become older, time has appeared
