Tell me the screen is fogging up I'm terrified what to do with a little white mule
V.S.B.
If the screen fogs up after cooking, then wait - it dries up and everything will pass. It was the same for me too, especially after cooking on the "double boiler" function
luha
Svetlana thank you very much, you have calmed me down a little. otherwise I don't want to part with the mule

Hello everyone,

Good afternoon, girls. Due to the not very successful forum engine, there is no search by topic. To make life easier for myself (and of course for you), I spent three days reading the topic and compiling a recipe book for our mule. So, all the recipes and recommendations are taken from this thread for the black mule Moulinex CE502832, spelling and punctuation are not rules, as it will take a lot of time. The book is a Word file with a table of contents (with active links), about 100 pages. I will replenish the book every ten pages of this topic. Recommended primarily for beginners, but for experienced housewives, I think it will also be useful to have all the recipes for this mule in one place and with navigation. Best regards, Yaroslav. Good day! And you can also upload it to some kind of file sharing, because these are not uploaded ((but I would like to))))

Good afternoon, for the first time in your Temka, I have 9 months Moulinex CE502832, I read the Temka with interest and learned a lot of new things for myself about temperature conditions and so on. Although I already have a third cartoon, for some reason I was never interested in the temperature, but I did everything by eye, like in a frying pan.

And as I understand now, because of this, I also had a crack on the lid ((Someone unsubscribed after the service, does it make sense to go there?

In general, I really like this cartoon, it's almost perfect, I would still have a better bowl and more intelligible instructions for cooking under pressure, otherwise everything is at random ((
I used to have a Panasonic 18th + Mulinex Cook fo mi, four and a half years, but now there is no way to have two multi, nowhere to keep. I think our 32 is an honorable replacement for both of them!

In the instructions, the maximum temperature on the Legumes mode is 114 degrees. (with a closed and locked lid, you shouldn't set the temperature higher under pressure, you don't need cracks in the lid, do you?
In my other pressure cookers, the temperature limit under pressure is clearly spelled out: 115-117 degrees. depending on the cover design.
You can set the temperature higher if you bake-bake, that is, there is little liquid in the product or if you cook with the lid open.

At one time I was choosing between 502 and cook fo mi for a long time, I really wanted black, so I stopped at 502. I also think it is ideal, if not for the cup only. How do you compare to cook fo mi? This one is also available in black. It just seems to me that it is not worth changing. What do you think?

Cook fot mi really lacks a slow cooker, because not everything comes out well under pressure, the same porridge or baked goods. Therefore, almost immediately I bought Panasonic to her, so together they are perfect.
Compared to the 502, as a pressure cooker - the kukfomi is more powerful, respectively - it cooks and releases steam faster, faster, I like the automatic steam release more. But a huge plus of 502 is versatility and multi-chef. Because the recipes in cook fo mi and the programs are pretty stupid, I didn't adapt to them, but just used only quick cooking. Well, the saucepan is much more convenient and better there, of course. And she began to pester only in the 5th year, and even then it was my own fault - my fish burned there.
So if you are satisfied with the speed, manual steam discharge does not bother, it is easier to buy an additional one. saucepan to 502nd.
But the quality is weaker here. I have already swollen the film from the buttons, the lid is cracked, the elastic does not always get up correctly the first time. I have to fix it, periodically cooking under pressure E0 does not turn on, turn it off, wait, turn it on again - it works. The condensate collector is stupid. Cook fo mi after 4.5 years - generally like new, only some of the inscriptions on the plastic I erased from zeal)) But I would not change it anymore, just for a couple with Panas.
Mariska
Thank you, I will not change, but I will have to buy a saucepan.

I wanted Steba DD1, and my husband offered to buy CE5028 (black) or CE5031 (white).
Now I am tormented - which one to buy? The characteristics are the same, slightly different in the choice of programs, so I made clippings from books.
The main differences are that in the white one there is separately languishing and roasting, and in the black steamer and stewing they have 4 submenus each with a slight difference in temperature (and in the white one is always set to 108 degrees). How critical is this? In black vexation, can you just set in a multichef?
ketseven

CE5031

ElenaCook 4
You can install everything on the multishef)) There is a temperature step of 5 degrees, above 100 or 110 under pressure.
ketseven
Thank you! And in the steamer and extinguishing modes, the temperature is slightly different depending on the product - is this critical? Or is 108 good for everything?
It's just that the little white one looks more like it ...
And what by the way is the pressure level here? Not found anywhere in the description ...
ElenaCook 4
I think there is no difference in a double boiler, it only boils and there is steam, and the cooking time is regulated. But in extinguishing - different temperatures are probably good. Have you already had a multicooker? If you used all the functions - then all this matters, but if, like me, I am the fourth cartoon, but I use two or three programs and more often a multishef, then such little things do not matter. The quality of the saucepan and the multi itself are much more important in terms of breakdowns. And quickly adapt to any programs
ketseven
Elena, thank you very much for the clarification. I think that the difference of 2 degrees is not so significant, you can take a little white one. ;-)
Another question - can I make a sous vid on a multichef?
Does Moulinex normally keep the set temperature? Say if you put 60 or 65?
ElenaCook 4
I don't know, I haven't tried it)) I cook, fry and steam in the traditional way. And the temperature never measured during the cooking process, it was not important for me. The only thing I can say is that in a black multicolor at 95 degrees, the broth moves a little, as it should for cooking the jelly all 6-7 hours.And on heating (by the way, it seems like just 65 or 70 degrees) it keeps well warm for several hours for sure.
ketseven
Elena, thanks again!
Strange, the topic is almost two years ago, and no one tried to do sous vide.

Thank you! Well, everyone came from me and took my slow cooker, recognized it as a marriage. One of these days I'll go to watch. The insurance covered 6,590 rubles, and the new 503 now costs 7,989 increased by 1,400 in this store and said that if you exchange for 503, you have to pay extra for the new difference, so they can exchange only within the amount of the insurance and 501 is just right for the price
I had the same situation, but I was exchanged for a new one, no problem, although I had to tinker with the documents. And the difference in price was decent.)))

For those who peel off the film on the buttons, remove it! this is a protective film, I realized it only after half a year, it's just difficult to pry it off. And yet, here they advised the bowl Redmond RIP-A4 (RB-A523), be careful with it, cooked in it 100 times, and on the 101st the rubber band jumped so that it was opened only in the service center by the method of complete disassembly.

Indeed, at first they advised this bowl, but it turned out that it can only be used for frying, but it cannot be used under pressure, because in height it is very different from its native one and is dangerous, therefore, you never know, some also had - the lid did not open ...

I probably had this problem very first, with the lid jamming when cooking under pressure in a Redmond bowl, oh, and I danced next to it, I thought I would have to take the soup to the service))) and he is two hours away, in Samara. But still, I don’t regret that I have it, so over time it became impossible to bake and fry in my own bowl, everything sticks, so it fits well for frying and cooking without pressure)))
ElenaCook 4
And to me, by the second 832 (I still did not contact the services with this crack and bought a new one), I got under the action - a saucepan for free for the cartoon. The saucepan is suitable, but it is not native, but it is called the Bowl for MOULINEX multicooker CE50x series (XA603032)
More details: 🔗 It fits in size, although thinner than its own ... I don't know, can it be used under pressure? I do not risk it yet, because there are 2 relatives

Judging by the name, the manufacturer recommends it just for our models, it's a pity that the bowl is again ceramic.

I cook on stewing or more often - on a multi-cooker about 105 degrees under pressure for 1.5 hours, on a multi-cooker, because then it does not turn on heating

It may turn out that the store or the manufacturer gave the name to it)) It is about the same height, it did not measure it, it is still far away, but when next to it, it looked the same. As for the bowl, I do not really believe that this is a direct ceramic coating, but rather an inexpensive Teflon derivative. I have a good ceramic frying pan, it is not the same in appearance, and much better in durability, and smoother, perhaps, like a completely new Teflon. Our saucepan has some other cover.

Helen 5, welcome to our company! I often make carrot cake in our mule, it is soft and fluffy. Try it.

1 tbsp. (faceted) grated carrots on a coarse grater (150g);
1 tbsp. sugar (I put a little less);
1 tbsp. flour;
100g butter (margarine);
2 eggs;
a pinch of salt;
1 tbsp. l baking powder;
vanillin, cinnamon if desired.

1. Melt the butter in a multicooker bowl on frying for literally 1 minute (when we pour the butter into the dough, coat the bowl with the rest of the oil).
2. Beat eggs with sugar, add grated carrots, butter, flour and baking powder (vanillin and cinnamon if you wish).
3. Mix the dough well and pour into a bowl.
4. Baking mode - 40 minutes.

Tell me, does this bowl have a corrugated bottom or a smooth one? Now the question arose about buying a new bowl (for half a year, and everything is shamelessly sticking to the native bowl on Frying / Baking, although the coating looks intact and not damaged) and I think to order my own or look for alternatives among Redmond so that it would be well suited for frying. I have model 503132, but they seem to be only outwardly different
p. from. This Redmond RIP-A4 (RB-A523) is not on sale, perhaps it has a newer analogue. Can you tell me which one?
Inha
Girls, tell me, maybe you have already discussed: I bought a model of a multicooker pressure cooker se501132, but I don't find recipes for it. Will the recipes from the CE502832 multicooker-pressure cooker fit (I found a lot for this model)? Newbie, I want to start with simpler dishes, and not with those in the attached book, there are still tricky ones for me).
k.alena
IMHO, the main thing is that there is a suitable mode, and for which multicooker the recipes are not important. That is, if the Frying, Baking mode is used, then they are approximately the same in all cartoons. If the modes are with pressure, it is worth taking a look and compare the description of the modes you have and in the multicooker from the recipe, in order to possibly correct the time. I don’t pay attention to the models, I don’t pay attention to the manufacturers - I’m looking for the recipe I need for the products and adjust it, if necessary, to my own. I recommend starting with the recipes on the forum, according to the reviews left, you can understand what the difficulties or variations of the finished result may be

Hello!
Let me join the owners of multi)))

Help me please .
I'm in love with the mule ... but there is a but ...
It always blocks the opening of the lid after pressure cooking.
that is, to open up, I need to remove the knob where the steam descends, pull out the plastic ring under it, and with a screwdriver,
With a toothpick, or any stick from the sushi, lower the float down.
It is always up and down (((
I read in the topic what happens on milk porridge, but I have it on everything.
Lubashka
Most likely, you need to wash the valve well, most likely once something escaped and stained the rod that rises when the pressure is set and must lower itself when it drops, in extreme cases lubricate with oil (food, of course, butter, for example) so that it is under its own weight fell easily after releasing pressure
Luda2201
Hello girls. The multicooker began to work only in the "multishef" mode and in the "fry" mode. On other programs, it gives an EO error. I thought the O-ring was stretched, got a new one, it didn't help. Maybe someone has come across such a problem, I don't want to carry it to the service center.
ne_peku
Luda2201,
On the Yandex market there is a fresh review of the CE 503132 model, the same problem.
I will quote under the spoiler, the text is original:

Volodymyr Chemeris
After a year of work, the sealing error-EO caught fire. That is, only those programs worked that did not require sealing. Rosebrall and it turned out to crack one of the wires behind the hut above the condensate reservoir.I connected them and continues to work normally! However, the wiring was surprised as on a cheap Chinese garland! Mogbi at least not save money! After all, they are constantly bending over when the Krishka opens or shrinks!

Thank you, I don’t know my husband will understand or not. All the same, you have to take it to the center.

After two years of active use and two parsing of the lid for thorough washing of the porridge that had once escaped, yesterday this posting was rubbed. She told her husband. Looking forward to the weekend)))
Luda2201
Help me please! Found the reason why the multiyark works only on the multi-chef. They removed the rear roof, above the condensate tank. It turns out that one wire was cut off. We can't get to him! Can't figure out how to remove the cover? There are no screws.
Bes7vetrov
My husband will come home, I will ask him. If the photo is needed, then only after the holidays. We're not home now)
Luda2201
Thanks in advance! Yes, we'll wait. If possible, the photo would not hurt)

So! Disassembling the lid of the pressure cooker to wash, cure the error with a turn of the knob.
First, we pry on the decorative cover on the rotary handle and remove it.

Then we unscrew the two bolts from the inside of the lid, the central pin on which the removable plate is put on and the bolt behind the multicooker. Multi-cooker-pressure cooker Moulinex CE502832
Remove the square cover from the back. Multi-cooker-pressure cooker Moulinex CE502832

or unscrew two more bolts and sensors, take out the holding wires and completely disassemble the cover for washing / cleaning.

For the appearance, I apologize - the rice went foam through the overpressure relief valve (I did not calculate the temperature for the multishef).

Elizabeth, thank you !!! Everything worked out! We could not have done it without you, and I saved the budget of 1,500 rubles; now I will cook in a mulechka again)
Evira
Hello everyone! Can you please tell the multicooker really blows steam for 120 minutes?

It is urgently needed. I put the soup on the old tried and tested Shinbo, and she took it and broke. The soup was left undercooked, while the store is open, you have to run and buy another cartoon. I can't let steam off manually, the cartoon is under the kitchen cabinets, it's a pity to spoil the furniture, and 120 minutes is sooo much.
Bes7vetrov
Of course not. Not 120 minutes. But long enough if the bowl is completely filled. After all, this pressure cooker does NOT have an automatic release of pressure, it just levels out when the contents cool. And it becomes possible to open the lid.
Evira
Bes7vetrov, Thank you so much. I have already bought it and am finishing my soup.
Bes7vetrov
Congratulations on your new assistant! Delicious dishes for you!
