Och I liked to cook pasta pasta and spaghetti on the mode. There was a little meat with prunes left in the refrigerator, I put it in the cartoon, I put 230 g of spaghetti in half broken by a herringbone in there, different spices, water 550 ml and a paste mode for 5 minutes. At the end of the program, I opened it, mixed it, let it brew for 15 minutes. During this time, they absorbed all the water. No need to drain or rinse. The pressure was not forcibly released. I think you can try to put more time and insist less. Super naval.
Olga Todosienko
Something until the photo comes out to attach. Barley super leaves. I cooked on pilaf for 20 minutes. The night the cereal was soaked in the water. With meat and onions, and garlic - very tasty. But we ate it an hour after cooking. All this time it was heated. If you serve right away, then you need 25 minutes, as for me. This is who loves what. In the net, girls cook for 10 minutes. I love it softer. Krzpa to water 1: 2
Svetik SS
What does herringbone mean? and why exactly 230g, weighed on the scales?
Svetik SS
The main thing is no plastic smell, as they write about other brands. This was the only thing that prompted me to buy Moulinex. Other Mulinex kitchen appliances also do not smell of plastic during use.
Olga Todosienko
So as not to bother with the scales, you can take half a pack of spaghetti for a liter of water for proportions.)))) And I like to tinker with scales. I think it's very critical. half pack-200 gr. Herringbone is almost standing, in different directions around the pan. so that one coma is not. I determined the proportions of water as follows: I boiled pasta in a liter of water, let it brew a little and poured the rest of the liquid into a measuring cup. There is exactly half a liter of water left. The pasta was 220 grams. You can experiment yourself :) 0
Olga Todosienko
I bought especially for the multi glass Kureksovskaya heat-resistant saucepan for 1 l + 0.3 l lid in which you can also cook something small. cooked there barley porridge for a couple (an experiment for the possibility of cooking a duet). Coarse groats 1 ms + 2.5 water + 0.5 tsp salt. On mode, extinguishing 25 min. At the bottom there was just water, nl in further there can be stewed meat))) blew off steam, added butter. It turned out good. There was no escape, she seemed to languish. There was a saucepan on the double boiler, it was not covered with anything. The next step is rice and buckwheat.

By the way, the height of the five-liter bowl is ideal for cooking ham in it in a vertical ham. I have a plastic Teskoma with silicone legs. I cook different hams on multishef 95 degrees for three hours. In fact, the bowl is exactly ideal 85 degrees with the lid open. Half a year later, I fall more and more in love with the cartoon. The husband laughs: "Do you at least cook something not in her?" : girl_love: Of course I cook. In case of emergency. Yes, and I fry the cutlets in a wide thick-walled saucepan, it's more convenient even so. But I use black to Mulyu

Mshutik, welcome to us! I do not think that you will regret it when you master it, in terms of functionality, convenience and practicality, it is very good, there are also no problems in leaving. And small problems can be with any multicooker pressure cooker, I have never regretted that I took this particular model, and would have bought it again if I needed it now. The only thing I would like is that her own bowl was not ceramic, but non-stick. But this can be solved, I bought a non-stick Redmond 523 for frying and baking. So do not worry, it will be easier for you based on our experience, be sure to make friends)))

Thanks for the kind words!
a mule arrived yesterday, I made pilaf in it!

and immediately questions.
frying mode is not frying? everything is stewing for me, not fried

do you also make yogurt at 40 degrees on a multishefe for 4 hours?
Larra
Mshutik, glad that we waited for their mule. Frying is frying! What temperature do you set for frying? I set 150-160 degrees for vegetables, and 165-170 for meat, and everything is fried well, and the lid cannot be closed when frying! otherwise the lid will rip off with a crash. Well, of course, it fries in a cartoon longer than in a frying pan, so try it, everything will work out. And yoghurts, yes, and I do it on a multichef at 40 degrees, I don't like the taste that is obtained in 8 hours on the program, yoghurt is sourish. Well, again, this is a matter of taste. Over time, you will find what you like best. Good luck in learning.

Where do you get the recipes? just adapting your favorite recipes?
Larra
Mshutik, well, basically I adapt what all my household likes, at first I looked into the book of recipes for a mule to better co-ordinate, here I looked for advice on the site. The girls prompted. Yes, in general, I quickly got used to what mode to cook and how much. Do not hesitate to ask, we will help you in any way we can.

Multi-cooker-pressure cooker Moulinex CE502832
I made ham according to different recipes, but the most successful was the ratio of pieces of meat to minced meat 50 to 50. You can take two types of meat, one lower, the other fatter. The ham recipe in the photo above:
500 gr pork (neck can be used)
500 gr chicken breast
1 tbsp milk powder
1 tbsp false gelatin
15 grams of salt (further adjust to taste)
Spices to taste: I liked it with hops - suneli, a bit of nutmeg, dry garlic.
100 ml ice cold! water.
We turn half the meat into minced meat, cut the half into pieces of about 1 * 1 cm. Mix the spices with water. We connect everything. It is very important to mix the mixture well. Here, either a harvester with a hook or a mixer to help .. Then we ram everything into a ham maker, removing air as much as possible. Let stand overnight in the refrigerator. The next day Multishef mode 95 degrees 3 hours. The cover is open. In the bowl, exactly the right 85 degrees. In three hours, the temperature inside the ham reaches the desired temperature of 72 degrees, even higher .. But I have a Tescoma vertical ham. For those of the Beloboka type, the mixture is first rammed into the sleeve. The lid can be closed, the temperature set to 85 degrees. I pour cold water into the bowl to the very top. Gradual warming up is important.

Good day . I bought this slow cooker and cooked a little more - potatoes with mushrooms, pilaf satay from vegetables, everything worked out, but the carrot cake from the recipe book turned out to be kind of sticky in the middle, it didn't rise, although I put everything according to the book. Can anyone cook, share your advice that you need to add more flour there?
Larra
Helen 5, welcome to our company! I often make carrot cake in our mule, it is soft and fluffy. Try it.

1 tbsp. (faceted) grated carrots on a coarse grater (150g);
1 tbsp. sugar (I put a little less);
1 tbsp. flour;
100g butter (margarine);
2 eggs;
a pinch of salt;
1 tbsp. l baking powder;
vanillin, cinnamon if desired.

1. Melt the butter in a multicooker bowl over frying for literally 1 minute (when we pour the butter into the dough, coat the bowl with the rest of the oil).
2. Beat eggs with sugar, add grated carrots, butter, flour and baking powder (vanillin and cinnamon if you wish).
3. Mix the dough well and pour into a bowl.
4. Baking mode - 40 minutes.

Thank you, I will definitely cook it. My husband does not eat meat, I will look for recipes without meat, but there are not many of them in the book

And I have trouble with my cartoon 502 (((The lid burst on 2 sides of the valve. I bought it in January in the i-store, there should still be a guarantee. I have the same sadness: today I discovered a crack, however, on one side, directed back. The husband says that it’s not scary, because the inner metal lid, which holds the pressure, is intact, but I’m somehow uneasy, after all, the pressure cooker ...Lora76, did you contact the service about this, is it a warranty case? I'm all in thought
Frau_M
Selena S, back in March we had a discussion on this topic: is there a guarantee case. https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=379119.0 - exactly the same damage to the cover.
Unfortunately, neither Madamtaya nor Lora76 reported how the renovation ended.
ViktoriyaZh
Hello everyone! I'm in thought. They gave me a little white multicooker-pressure cooker. I was here inspired by your recipes. Thanks everyone! But here's what confuses me, whether the hands are hooks or what? When cooking, all my dishes rise to the lid and I constantly have to wash everything. Porridge is so completely sad, trouble. She just clogs everything and the constant dance with tambourines to clean all the holes. I have already tried all the tips and I grease with oil on top and I don’t do more than a liter, and I don’t relieve the pressure, but it will climb out anyway. The last time she was completely angry - she could not gain pressure and block during the extinguishing, but the program began and for 40 minutes she hissed and puffed. I cooked it, but a lot of condensation poured even on the floor, a puddle leaked, my soul could not stand it and I canceled the program a little earlier, and the handle turned right away, it turns out that the pressure did not accumulate. With cereals, it was also so that it sizzled all the time of cooking (letting off steam). Several times, of course, the porridge turned out perfectly - it did not rise at all and did not get out anywhere, and a couple of dishes did not run away. That is, I saw how it should work. So I'm in thought either to try my luck again and change my slow cooker to exactly the same one, or tell me please which one is better to replace? I like the multi-chef in ours, in fact, one multi-chef is enough for cooking. But it is very annoying to cook porridge. One liter of porridge is not enough for my large family. Tell the kind hostesses what to do?
ViktoriyaZh
I have been using it since July, I have cooked 60 times for sure and only 7-8 times it worked perfectly. It was bought with insurance, so I can return it. I was interested in the owners of other pressure cookers, their porridge does not rise by more than a couple of centimeters, because the pressure function does not give. And in mine it turns out that everything rises even in the process of gaining pressure. But here's how to change it so that it does not sew on soap
Selena S
ViktoriyaZh, probably, it is necessary to pass-change, because it works very incorrectly.
Frau_M
ViktoriyaZh, I have a black mule, but they say they behave the same way with whites.
So: I cook more than a liter (I add about one and a half liters of liquid to the cereal), I don't make an oil ring, I forgot to dilute the milk with water a couple of times, while everything is ok. When extinguishing, sometimes I fill the pan above the maximum, never once a year has nothing spilled onto the floor. I think, for some reason, you do not build up pressure or blocking does not work. Are you sure you always lock the handle when needed? is the silicone ring ok? if yes, then you need to change (or fix) the machine.
My mule works quite well, if it breaks down, I'll buy the same one))

I completely agree! I have a black 500, for over a year now, everything works fine.

ViktoriyaZh
Frau_M,
Thanks for your feedback! Yes, I also block the handle, without blocking these programs will not turn on at all and the ring will not be damaged. I think it's just a marriage that got caught, because she behaves this way from the very first time, my husband immediately said that I had to take it, and I thought I’ll learn how to rehabilitate it. But patience ran out and I never learned to cook on it. Just now I read that Steba dd is praised, I wonder if it is inferior to ours or not?
ViktoriyaZh
V.S.B., so you have no problems, great! If I don’t find an alternative, then we will try the second time with the same friendship 😊

But it is very annoying to cook porridge.
I have a model 501132 (I chose between 500, 501, 502 and 503) - I cook porridge in milk alone, without water, in large quantities. Never ran away. Apparently you just have a marriage. If possible, it is better to exchange the multicooker.

This happens if the silicone ring is not worn well.
Check on the water a couple of times how the pressure is gaining, if it picks up from under the lid or somewhere else, then the marriage, change, cooking on a multi-cook is not an option.
ViktoriyaZh
Cielito lindo, I have a white model 503132. please tell me how it differs from yours? I will then change to your model
Nadin1234, it's the same with water, I've tried the ring this way and that, it doesn't get better
ViktoriyaZh
Cielito lindo, tell me how you cope with the fact that there is no multi-chef? For example, make baked milk or other dishes that are not included in a separate program? How much porridge do you cook? Do all the porridges work? I like semolina, corn, wheat, barley and rice. Do they work? Have your valve ever got stuck? You don't have to use a toothpick? I wonder why 501 is cheaper by 2000 rubles?
ViktoriyaZh
Cielito lindo, now read to see all the same there is a multishef? It is very good!!!

Hostess tell me, can everyone who has 501 models cook a lot of porridge? I am quite satisfied with 2 liters of porridge, but in 503, as I understood it, to do it really only for a multishef at 95 degrees?

Hostess tell me, can everyone who has 501 models cook a lot of porridge?
Good evening! I tell you: I cook a lot of porridge, I measure the ingredients not with a multi-glass, but exclusively with a faceted glass :))). Nothing escaped once.
Regarding the features of the 501st model: I chose it firstly because of the removable cover - it is very convenient. Secondly, I liked that each program has its own button and you don't need to run through the menu with one button, but if you accidentally slip through, start over; there are no duplicate programs, for example "pizza", "pasta", etc. After all, it is quite possible to bake pizza on baked goods, and pasta, if necessary, can be cooked on a multichef, etc.
But a separate program for milk porridge is very convenient !!!
And yet, it is very convenient that with the forced release of steam, you can simply pull off the pressure relief valve. In general, I am happy with my choice. My friend has a black 502, she adores her, but I like mine more :))))
There is a multi-chef in it and you can cook on this program with any position of the lid (open / closed / locked)
Cielito lindo

Have your valve ever got stuck? You don't have to use a toothpick?
The valve is not sticky and the cover and O-ring are always clean. I don't even take out the O-ring. Just wash the lid under the tap and that's it !!!

I wonder why 501 is cheaper by 2000 rubles?
I can't say anything about the price. I bought a year ago, since then I stopped following the price.
ViktoriyaZh
Cielito lindo, thanks for the answer!
Cielito lindo
At first I had a problem that the cartoon did not allow to open the lid for a long time after the forced release of pressure, that is, I dumped the steam with a button, the valve is clean, not stuck, and the lid does not turn. I waited until it cooled down a bit, then turned. BUT now I just began to carefully remove the pressure relief valve (which is like a float), it pulls off easily and the problem was solved - the steam quickly comes out and the lid turns.
I think the problem was that, for fear of breaking something, I simply pressed the button weakly and did not let off steam until the end.
ViktoriyaZh
Cielito lindo,
And your lid always turns out clean, no dishes rise to it? Is there still a removable inner cover inside the top cover, or what? probably I would just move my Multiu aside and think why everyone praises her so much, but we live as a family in a construction site and she is the only cooking device, so I ask you so as not to miss the exchange. It turns out that I lose 2000 and I want to be sure that I am making the right choice
Cielito lindo
Quote: ViktoriyaZh
Is there still a removable inner cover inside the top cover, or what?
Victoria, there is no removable part inside the lid, the lid is all removable, like the lid of a saucepan. It's just plastic on the outside, and metal on the inside. A multicooker does not replace the stove for me. I bought it mainly for milk porridge, which never turned out normally on the stove, but it is excellent in it. In addition, I make omelets, sometimes carcass vegetables, buckwheat with meat, etc. At first I used it often, now less often, but only because gas is much cheaper than electricity. But if I cook, then I load the bowl to the maximum, nothing has ever escaped, the lid is always clean, there is only moisture from steam on it. She herself heats up a little, but not much.
It is difficult for me to advise you anything. I am happy with mine, friend of the 502nd, and the employee at work "KUK fo MI", she does not like her in her, I actually, on her advice, decided to buy a multicooker, at first I also wanted "Cook fo mi" and then read the characteristics, looked at them in the store and chose the 501st. Therefore, select according to your needs and preferences, which is more convenient for you personally. Good luck!

ViktoriyaZh
Thank you! Well, everyone came from me and took my slow cooker, recognized it as a marriage. One of these days I will go to watch. The insurance covered 6,590 rubles, and the new 503 now costs 7,989 increased by 1,400 in this store and said that if you exchange for 503, you have to pay extra for the new difference, so they can exchange only within the amount of the insurance and 501 is just right for the price
Cielito lindo
Good luck Victoria. Hope 501 doesn't disappoint.
ViktoriyaZh
Now I will try to be friends with the new multicooker 501 already with me! Thank you all for your help and advice! If there are new recipes, I will share!

And my thank you very much, I am now in the ranks of newcomers, I have made only buckwheat, I already have one pressure cooker Moulinex Minute Cook CE4000, I wanted to buy a girlfriend for her, the old one is about 5 years old, I wanted something new)))

All the best! Question. I was making a stew, and the mule behaved strangely: from about the middle of the 25-minute program (stewing-bird), it strongly bleed steam through the valve. When the end of the program squeaked, the lid was unlocked almost immediately. It was not cooked as usual, I put it out on the multichef. Has anyone had this? After that, I cooked soup and everything worked fine.
Frau_M
By the way! Mushroom cream soup (I tried to adapt the recipe from a regular multicooker, not a pressure cooker). I had to cook a lot, it turned out about 3 liters, if not more, so for ordinary life you can divide by two.
Fresh champignons - 800 gr., Onions - 2 pcs., Grated carrots - 200 gr., Potatoes - 5 pcs medium, 1.5 l water (I have 0.25 l of broth + 1.25 l of water), cream 20 % - 350 ml. Salt, allspice, nutmeg.
Finely chop the onion and carrots, fry until soft in olive oil ("frying", 125 degrees, 10 minutes).Then add finely chopped mushrooms to the onion-carrots and cook for another 10-15 minutes on the same mode, stir a couple of times. You can add a couple of tablespoons of oil before laying the mushrooms. Then add finely chopped potatoes, salt, pepper, add water - and cook in the "soup" for 25 minutes, the texture is the softest.
After the end of the program, she pulled out the mushrooms and vegetables into a stainless steel pan with a slotted spoon, jerked a little in it with a potato crusher (it was possible not to do this), then pureed with an immersion blender for no longer than 5 minutes (not to a completely homogeneous state, but so that small-small ones remained pieces). I added about 3 ladles of broth along the way, from the remaining in the multicooker, poured in the cream, mixed well, poured in half a teaspoon of ground nutmeg and warmed it up on the stove in the same pan for 5 minutes (until the first bubbles). It turned out super! Serve with croutons and herbs.
There is too much mushroom broth left, after all, our device almost does not allow the liquid to evaporate. I think that not 1.5, but 1 liter would be enough. water, or even less - 0.75, and then it would be possible not to bother with a slotted spoon, but to puree all the contents of the mule at once.
ViktoriyaZh
Frau_M, Try to clean the valve. I was told in the service that basically all pressure problems are due to the valve
