Girls, and someone uses a stainless steel Redmond bowl in our mule? I need it for soups, I read before that a cartoon can be blocked, is it so?
Evira
Bes7vetrov, Thank you. In general, the menu is intuitive, I haven't even used the instructions yet, I only tested the buttons. But here's the question - the "soup" mode according to the program for 12 minutes, the time can be increased at will. Suppose I increase to 30 minutes, and then than the "soup for 30 minutes." will be fundamentally different from the "cooking" mode, which is also 30 minutes?

How many minutes is it generally better to cook middle aged beef broth on the bone in this cartoon? And yet, the broth turned out to be cloudy. Does HE always work like this or because of my manipulations with pouring from one saucepan to another?

Maybe this issue has already been discussed, then sorry. I have not yet had time to read the whole topic, I have mastered 20 pages, but I want to eat.
Mariska
The mode of soup from cooking will not differ in anything, it will cook the same way. The broth is in the cooking mode, I think 40 minutes will be enough, if not for jellied meat, I cook for an hour for jellied meat, it will not be cloudy, do not worry.
Evira
Mariska, Thank you.

Good day! Yesterday we bought this device. We tried to cook the knuckle strictly according to the recipe from the book (130 degrees 1 hour), it was cooked, but the meat from the bones does not fall off as expected.
We tried such a tasty treat from friends - pestnya! A friend cooked for only 50 minutes. But he first de-skinned the knuckle.
The question is - for the knuckle to fall apart, it is necessary to remove the skin or it is necessary to increase the temperature-time?
nadinadi
I am preparing a knuckle according to this recipe, I really like it. The meat is soft, well separated from the bone. But after cooking in a cartoon. I put it in the oven so that there would be a fried crust.
I like the shank with the skin. And as you like, you can increase the cooking time or peel the skin. All in your hands.
rd54
Quote: nadinadi
The meat is soft, well separated from the bone.
The meat is also soft, but it doesn't fall off the bones. Maybe because the weight of the shank is under 2 kg., And not 900 g. as in the recipe.
nadinadi
Add cooking time. Minutes so 10. Then try with a fork. If the result is not happy, then put another one. And you will make a note for yourself: Shank 2kg - cooking 1 hour, 20 minutes.
rd54
nadinadi, Thank you.
So I will.

Good afternoon to all hostesses! Tell me, pzhlst, which bowl is better to buy for a CE 502832 multicooker, maybe not native. Mine began to pester after six months of use. Everyone liked the baked omelettes very much, but now everything sticks, it is impossible to pull out. Respond who bought what spare tire in Ukraine where.
Larra
polgusa, And good afternoon to you! I bought myself a Redmond RB-A523 non-stick bowl, everything is baked and fried perfectly, just don't cook under pressure in it, otherwise it can "jam" the lid (I had such a sad experience, all this was previously described in the topic), so for frying and baking modes, with open and closed lids, the main thing is not under pressure !!!... So feel free to take it and use it, good luck!
polgusa
LarraThank you very much and have a nice day.
polgusa
Girls! I want to share with everyone: who needs an additional bowl (in Ukraine) - on the site "Our Service" - in Kiev. Bowls are native and at the lowest prices.

Bes7vetrov,)))) I sent you thanks for the photos with a detailed description of the parsing of the multicooker. But))) accidentally poked Entr and the unfinished message flew away.
and so, I have owned this slow cooker for a couple of years. very happy with her. I use it almost every day. the eldest daughter (thanks to the clear buttons) makes porridge for herself, has learned to make steamed chicken fillet. and this means that a 14-year-old teenager will not remain hungry)))).
I confess that after the purchase, I sat here for a couple of months, copying and trying my recipes, and did not try to cook anything else. here, I went in, read about new sweets, and here it turned out to be direct surgical interventions ...))))

Good evening! I tell you: I cook a lot of porridge, I measure the ingredients not with a multi-glass, but exclusively with a faceted glass :))). Nothing escaped once.
and half a year ago, half a year ago, someone from the family (but the partisans do not inject) threw out a measuring cup from a multi ... they did not understand, apparently, and how they threw it out for garbage ... I don't remember that glass, although I grumble almost every time at my own (especially if something didn't work out very well)))

and yet, for some reason, I didn't get a ruddy fried chicken in it. somewhere here I read a recipe, once it turned out, and then - like a stew ...
nice to see the nicknames that lead this topic.
p.: and a bunch of recipes did not open for me ... how and where else can I download?

I made ham according to different recipes, but the most successful was the ratio of pieces of meat to minced meat 50 to 50. You can take two types of meat, one lower, the other fatter. The ham recipe in the photo above:
500 gr pork (neck can be used)
500 gr chicken breast
1 tbsp milk powder
1 tbsp false gelatin
15 grams of salt (further adjust to taste)
Spices to taste: I liked it with hops - suneli, a bit of nutmeg, dry garlic.
100 ml ice cold! water.
We turn half the meat into minced meat, cut the half into pieces of about 1 * 1 cm. Mix the spices with water. We connect everything. It is very important to mix the mixture well. Here, either a harvester with a hook or a mixer to help .. Then we ram everything into a ham maker, removing air as much as possible. Let stand overnight in the refrigerator. The next day Multishef mode 95 degrees 3 hours. The cover is open. In the bowl, exactly the required 85 degrees. In three hours, the temperature inside the ham reaches the required temperature of 72 degrees, even higher .. But I have a Tescoma vertical ham. For those of the Beloboka type, the mixture is first rammed into the sleeve. The lid can be closed, the temperature set to 85 degrees. I pour cold water into the bowl to the very top. Gradual warming up is important.

I join, the ham turns out to be good. We also do it with different types of meat, and also - meat + minced meat. we bought a Redmond ham. I knead the dumplings dough in a bread maker on the program (20 minutes). At first, a crumbly ham was obtained, and as soon as they began to knead in a bread maker, everything was fine. By the way, the ham maker was my next purchase, after the multicooker. Also, I was tempted and caught fire, wandering around the topics of this forum. By the way, they are looking for special salt in the topic of ham - and without it it is excellent and natural, tasty, and healthier!

And I have trouble with my cartoon 502 (((The cover burst on 2 sides of the valve.

Hello. What happened to your cartoon in the end?
I also have a crack on it today, after 1.5 years of use. So far, on the one hand, it is so even, as if it had cracked along an invisible seam. I'm sorry. (((There is no guarantee anymore.
I found a crack after the multicooker finished stewing potatoes for me, but when you click on the crack, you can see that moisture comes out, it turns out that it does not hold steam, or something ...
The husband says to stick it with tape and use, you think, it's cracked. I'm afraid of something. (

I don’t know. (((Specially, definitely not, but she herself cannot? In general, I use the multicooker actively, practically every day, but I didn’t delve into the intricacies. I use standard programs ...
Basic: I cook broth for stewing soup (meat, 40 minutes), stew vegetables for 15 minutes, steam for 12 - 15 minutes, legumes (boil pea soup). And that's all, in principle.
I have another slow cooker for soft stewing, porridge and baking - an old Panasonic. And Moulinex is for quick cooking exactly ...

My previous 502 also burst in the same way, but I unknowingly set a high temperature under pressure. As a result, she stopped gaining pressure altogether and had to buy another one of the same. I don’t fry this shore, with the lid closed, even until the year is all right.
nadinadi
My lid also burst on both sides of the valve. The temperature did not exceed, I cooked according to the programs. Now I continue to cook. The pressure keeps.
Burst after warranty service.

Have you been cooking with a broken lid for a long time? I'm worried that now the multicooker won't last for a long time. ((And I'm already used to it ... Here, it turns out, this lid has a weak point.

I don't see any alternatives yet. Of course, my pair Moulinex cook fo mi pressure cooker was perfect, wow, fast, powerful, excellent. And for baking, porridge, languishing old 18th Panas. But 2 multi now I have nowhere to go. And this one, in general, combines, in it and baking is normal, and as a pressure cooker is nicho so, the multichef is very happy, I generally have no complaints about it, except for a weak coating on the bowl and now there is still a crack. She was upset too, if the cracks are not from mishandling, then of course there is no point in buying it again ((Maybe a new model will be released ...

Here I have it. I've already resigned myself to the fact that multicooker takes up an entire table. Panasonic cooks well, stews, softly. )
Anyway, not such biscuits come out of Moulinex, porridge. And yes, the bowl in it for a long time is no longer non-stick, but a sticky one.))) I thought about changing everything, but now this crack ...

Quote: ElenaCook 4
if the cracks are not from mishandling,
In general, I have never used a multishef, a standard set was enough for me ... So I could hardly exceed the temperature. On the day when the crack appeared, I cooked meat broth on "Stew" and stewed potatoes.

Apparently, the weak point of these multicooker is the lid. ((Well, the cup, yes.

I don't even know what I will buy after it ... No, probably perfect.
ElenaCook 4
Well, at the multichefe, you can recreate any Panas program) Baking at the 502nd at a higher rate, apparently, it burns slightly with me, but manually set how many baked goods are there? It seems like 140, my sclerosis, everything is written down with me, it turns out a biscuit like in Panas, and at 105 degrees - such a shallow boil, a little stirring, languor. In short, she replaced Panas for me)

The lid burst six months ago. And the bowl has long been sticky))). I had a little Panasonic, my son took me to the hostel. I bought myself this mule.
Each has its own pros and cons.
I use the multicooker almost every day.

Olёnka, good day! Sorry to bother you, I have a question, I want to buy a RB-A523 bowl, but the site where I want to buy contains photos that are not the same as those on the site, could you take a picture of how your bowl looks like? I want to buy on the technopoint website. I would be very grateful to you! And then live in our city you can't buy bowls anywhere, only via the Internet. Thank you in advance!
cadman
Yesterday, I finally bought a CE502832 multicooker-pressure cooker, I additionally took an RB-S520 bowl (Redmond), a RAM-ST5 steamer bowl (Redmond), a RAM-PLU1 (Redmond) bowl silicone lid and a silicone spoon. Everything in one COMFY store (Kiev), has already prepared bigus (mushrooms, fish, cabbage) and barley porridge with pork bones for a dog in the second bowl. The only thing I didn’t understand, it was like they wrote in the instructions that the stitching was before the start of cooking, but apparently it started with even the cooking time earlier. So far satisfied :-))
Anna M
Who faced the problem of CHECKING INSIDE THE BOWL (DIAMETER 3 MM), is it possible to use the bowl after that ...
Bes7vetrov
Anna M, I (((I use. Why not?
cadman
Bes7vetrovWhere there is a chip, I think there will be rust and possible expansion due to oxidation due to food debris, but how are you?
Bes7vetrov
No rust, expansion? Well .. After this cleavage I bought a second bowl in the service, I don't really regret the first one, I do it in the PMM, I pour dry pasta with water and mix it, I can cook meat with bone, I don't observe the temperature, I can pour cold water over the frying, and so on. The photo of the cleavage is in the subject somewhere. I will photograph the current state a little later. More than a year already))
cadman
Bes7vetrov, I'm glad for you, so it's obvious that the bowl is made of high-quality metal, I judged it by enameled dishes, everything is much worse there

Can you tell us more about pasta? Do you also cook them in a cartoon? I don't even risk noodles soup, I'm afraid that everything will stick together. Tell us what program and how long. Thank you.
Larra
In our mule there is a "pasta" mode, it is just for pasta and is intended))) I always cook pasta on it, if I pour out a whole pack of "makfa" pasta, then I salt and fill it with water so that it is covered, I set the "pasta" mode - 10 minutes. I bleed off the steam manually and everything is ready. True, sometimes for some reason the pressure does not have time to gain, but the pasta is still ready. Try it, you will choose the time yourself, everyone loves pasta of different hardness.
Mariska
Thank you very much, I will try.

Maybe someone will come in handy - in the morning I fell asleep in the cartoon oatmeal, poured water. When water flowed out from under the pan, I saw that there was no bowl in the cartoon. For two days my saucepan was drying, along the way I picked these two flakes out of it. Two days later, I turned it on, everything is fine, my worker is working.

Evira,: swoon: what a horror .... I probably would not have the patience to pick out these flakes, at least it worked well later)))

Tell me please. They cooked a stew, but apparently the water was not calculated and it flowed out along with the fat when the steam was released. The fat got under the bowl, under the plate at the bottom. I do not know what to do. If you disassemble the cartoon and wash it, will the warranty be lost? I'm afraid if you leave it this way, during subsequent cooking, the fat that will sinter inside and smell, etc., unpleasant consequences.
formochka
How long are you still under warranty? I don't even remember if there is a guarantee for it?
if the warranty period was coming to an end, I would have opened it myself; if the guarantee just went, then I would have taken it to the service for cleaning. call there, ask.
999
The fact of the matter is that the warranty is still 1.5 years, and going to the service in a neighboring city is not an option.

Hello! Can you please tell me who had the experience of cooking boiled condensed milk in a mule? I read on the Internet that you can cook in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes, and then leave it to cool in it. Your experience is interesting))) I was going to make Bannofi cake, which contains boiled condensed milk. I can't find exactly boiled without nasty things in the composition.

Hello! Again to you for advice! I steam vegetables for children, set for 10 minutes. Can I steam rice with vegetables? Will ten minutes be enough? And how to arrange the rice on a stand - in a heat-resistant glass bowl? Or what kind of special containers for rice should you buy?

All the same, she overcooks on Baking.
I made Charlotte according to the recipe, the Charlotte itself is excellent, tall, airy, but the apples were slightly overcooked from below
Now I threw in the cottage cheese casserole, the bottom is too brown ... although I put it for 35 minutes, I looked at the temperature 150
This is a bit too much
I usually bake at 130-140 in the oven and it turns out very good, does not overcook
Has anyone tried it on a multi-cook?
... Try on a multi-cooker 120-130 gr. I baked bread on a multi-cooker 130 gr turned out
well
Marina111
Has anyone tried to cook cabbage soup from the "regular" recipe book? Will you get cabbage soup without pre-cooked broth on soup mode for 12 minutes?
Nastia12345
Bes7vetrov, Bes7vetrov, Hello! You were very cool about how to open the lid of the Moulinex CE502832 multicooker. Specify, please: How to remove the central pin on which the removable cover is put on. It is hex. We tried to turn it with a hex key - it scrolls.
Bes7vetrov
Nastia12345, you do not need to unscrew any pins to disassemble the cover. They won't hurt. If you need to unscrew everything completely, then on the back of this iron cover, the pin is fixed with a hex nut. Hold on one side with pliers / pliers / fingers, and on the other side, twist the nut with a wrench.
Nastia12345
Bes7vetrov, Thanks, let's try. The first time, it seems, did not tighten up a bit. Afraid to break. Now there is confidence)))
